Technical Field

Background
Along with the continuous development of science, the functions of the washing machine are more diversified and intelligentized, and users have higher and higher requirements on the operation convenience and the putting precision of detergent putting. The automatic detergent feeding technology of the washing machine can automatically and accurately add detergent dosage according to the quantity of clothes, and on one hand, the condition that the detergent feeding dosage is inaccurate due to manual detergent feeding can be avoided to a great extent; on the other hand, the automatic detergent feeding technology can feed more detergent once, and the detergent can be used for a long time after being fed once, so that the time cost for feeding the detergent for washing each time is greatly saved.
At present, most of detergent storage and feeding devices of drum washing machines for automatically feeding detergent are positioned at the upper top of the washing machine, and in order to adapt to the narrow space at the upper corner of the drum washing machine, detergent storage boxes of the washing machines are generally long-strip-shaped and extend along the longitudinal direction of the drum washing machine. Therefore, the user cannot easily check the residual amount of the detergent in the storage box, and the user is not facilitated to add the detergent in time.
The door body of the drum washing machine generally comprises a door body frame and a glass bowl, the glass bowl is fixed in the door body frame, when the door body is closed, the edge of a protruding part of the glass bowl is in close contact with a sealing ring of the washing outer cylinder feeding opening so as to achieve the purpose of sealing the washing outer cylinder feeding opening, and the residual space of the door body is not utilized, so that certain space waste is caused.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the door body of the clothes treatment equipment so as to realize the aim of integrating the automatic throwing function of the door body.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the door body of the clothes treatment equipment is provided with a detergent storage unit and a detergent temporary storage unit which are mutually independent, so that after a detergent is put into the detergent temporary storage unit through the detergent storage unit, the detergent in the detergent temporary storage unit is flushed into a washing drum of the clothes treatment equipment by washing water.
Furthermore, the detergent storage unit is fixedly connected with the door body, the temporary detergent storage unit is arranged on one side of the door body close to the opening of the washing barrel, and the temporary detergent storage unit is communicated with the inside of the washing barrel; the door body is provided with a liquid outlet, and the detergent in the detergent storage unit flows into the temporary detergent storage unit through the liquid outlet.
Preferably, the door body comprises a door frame and a groove-shaped observation window arranged on the door frame, the groove part of the observation window is inserted into the opening of the washing barrel, the detergent storage unit is fixedly connected with the door frame, and the detergent temporary storage unit is arranged on the observation window and is positioned on one side of the observation window close to the opening of the washing barrel.
Further, the observation window is vertically arranged, so that the opening of the groove part of the observation window faces to the horizontal direction, and the top of the groove part of the observation window is downwards sunken to form a temporary detergent storage unit; one end of the temporary detergent storage unit is connected with the door frame, and the other end of the temporary detergent storage unit transversely extends to the outermost end of the observation window close to one side of the opening of the washing drum and is communicated with the inside of the washing drum.
Preferably, the detergent temporary storage unit is provided with an open top so that the detergent and the washing water in the detergent storage unit flow into the detergent temporary storage unit through the open top.
It is further preferred that the bottom of the detergent buffer unit is inclined downward from the connection end to the extension end.
Further, the liquid outlet sets up on the door frame, and the liquid outlet is located the top of detergent temporary storage unit, makes the detergent that flows from the liquid outlet receive the action of gravity and flow into in the detergent temporary storage unit.
Preferably, the door frame comprises an annular outer frame and an annular inner frame, the inner frame is positioned on one side of the door body close to the opening of the washing drum, and the periphery of the observation window is clamped between the outer frame and the inner frame; the open-top end of the temporary storage unit of the detergent is connected with the inner frame, the other end of the temporary storage unit of the detergent extends to the outermost end, close to one side of the opening of the washing barrel, of the observation window, the liquid outlet is formed in the inner frame and located above the open top of the temporary storage unit of the detergent, and the washing liquid flows into the temporary storage unit of the detergent from the liquid outlet along the inner frame through the opening in the top.
Preferably, the inner frame is in a frustum shape gradually inclining from the outer periphery to the inner periphery to the center, and the liquid outlet is located on a vertical middle axial plane of the frustum-shaped inner frame.
Further, the detergent storage unit is hollow inside, clamped between the inner frame and the outer frame, and positioned on the upper side of the door frame.
Preferably, a liquid pump is further arranged between the inner frame and the outer frame, and the liquid pump is respectively communicated with the detergent storage unit and the liquid outlet.
Preferably, the top end of the door frame close to the opening of the washing drum is further provided with a liquid feeding port which is communicated with the detergent storage unit and used for feeding detergent inwards.
Furthermore, a water inlet unit and a water outlet are arranged on the door body, and washing water flows into the temporary detergent storage unit from the water outlet through the water inlet unit so as to flush detergent in the temporary detergent storage unit into the washing barrel.
Furthermore, the water outlet is arranged on the inner frame and positioned above the liquid outlet and the temporary detergent storage unit, and washing water flows into the temporary detergent storage unit from the water outlet along the inner frame.
Preferably, the water outlet and the liquid outlet are both positioned on the central axial surface of the temporary detergent storage unit.
Preferably, the axis of the temporary detergent storage unit is located on the central axial plane of the door body, and the water outlet and the liquid outlet are both located on the central axial plane of the door body.
Furthermore, the water inlet unit comprises a water inlet waterway, the water inlet waterway is arranged inside the door body, one end of the water inlet waterway penetrates out of the door body and is communicated with a water inlet device of the clothes treatment equipment, and the other end of the water inlet waterway is communicated with the water outlet.
Preferably, the water inlet waterway is arranged between the outer frame and the inner frame, and one end of the water inlet waterway penetrates out of the door body through a door hinge on one side of the door body; the water outlet is provided with a nozzle which is communicated with the water inlet channel.
Furthermore, two mutually independent detergent storage units, namely a first storage unit and a second storage unit, are arranged on the door body.
Preferably, the first storage unit and the second storage unit are circumferentially distributed on two sides of the liquid outlet along the door frame, and the liquid pump is arranged between the first storage unit and the second storage unit and is respectively communicated with the first storage unit, the second storage unit and the liquid outlet; the top of door frame still is equipped with the first liquid mouth and the second of throwing that are linked together with first memory cell, second memory cell respectively and throws the liquid mouth.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a laundry treating apparatus having the door body of any one of the above laundry treating apparatus mounted thereon.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
1. Through setting up mutually independent detergent and depositing unit and detergent unit of keeping in for the door body has integrateed automatic function of putting in, and the detergent can be in detergent unit of keeping in the temporary is dissolved by the washing water and flow into the washing section of thick bamboo again, has avoided the damage of high concentration detergent to the underwear thing of washing section of thick bamboo, has improved washing quality.
2. Detailed Description

The embodiment of the invention also discloses a clothes treatment device, wherein the door body 100 of the clothes treatment device is arranged on the clothes treatment device, and the clothes treatment device also comprises a box body provided with an opening. The door body 100 of the clothes treatment equipment is connected with the cabinet of the clothes treatment equipment through a door hinge arranged on one side of the door body, the door body 100 can rotate around the vertical direction of the door hinge to open and close the opening of the cabinet, and the door body 100 can play the functions of sealing and observing in the washing process of the clothes treatment equipment, namely in the state that the door body 100 is closed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treatment apparatus further includes a water tub disposed in the cabinet, the water tub is used for containing water for washing, a washing device driven by a motor is disposed in the water tub, and the washing device includes a washing drum for containing laundry, a stirring impeller and/or a stirring column, etc., so that the washing device driven by the motor is used for driving the washing drum to turn over laundry, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the laundry.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, a door hook 6 adapted to a door lock slot on a cabinet is disposed on a side of the door body 100 facing the cabinet of the laundry processing apparatus, and when the door body 100 is in a closed state, the door hook 6 on the door body 100 extends into the door lock slot to fix the door body 100 on the cabinet; when the door body 100 needs to be opened, the door lock ejects the door hook 6, so that the door body is ejected. The door hook 6 and the door hinge are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the door body and are used for fixedly connecting the door body 100 with the box body.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, in the present embodiment, a door body 100 of a laundry treatment apparatus is described, in which a detergent storage unit 2 and a temporary detergent storage unit 1 are provided on the door body 100, which are independent from each other, so that after detergent is put into the temporary detergent storage unit 1 through the detergent storage unit 2, the detergent in the temporary detergent storage unit 1 is flushed into a washing drum of the laundry treatment apparatus by washing water.
In the embodiment, the detergent storage unit 2 is fixedly connected with the door body 100, the temporary detergent storage unit 1 is arranged on one side of the door body 100 close to the opening of the washing barrel, and the temporary detergent storage unit 1 is communicated with the inside of the washing barrel; a liquid outlet 23 is arranged on the door body 100, and the detergent in the detergent storage unit 2 flows into the temporary detergent storage unit 1 through the liquid outlet 23; after the detergent stored in the detergent storage unit 2 flows into the temporary detergent storage unit 1, the detergent is flushed from the temporary detergent storage unit 1 into the washing tub by the washing water.
In this embodiment, the door body 100 includes a door frame 4 and a groove-shaped observation window 5 installed on the door frame 4, the groove portion 51 of the groove-shaped observation window 5 is inserted into the opening of the washing drum, the door frame 4 includes an outer frame located at a side far away from the opening of the washing drum and an inner frame 41 located at a side close to the opening of the washing drum, and the edge of the groove-shaped observation window 5 is inserted between the outer frame and the inner frame 41 and is fixedly connected with the outer frame and the inner frame, respectively.
In this embodiment, the groove-shaped window 5 is a circular concave glass, the groove-shaped window 5 is vertically disposed such that the opening of the groove portion 51 faces the horizontal direction, and a ring-shaped flange folded outward is provided at the edge thereof, and the ring-shaped flange is similar to a hat shape and is fixedly connected to the outer frame and the inner frame, respectively.
In this embodiment, the detergent storage unit 2 is fixedly connected to the door frame 4, and the temporary detergent storage unit 1 is disposed on the observation window 5 and located on one side of the observation window 5 close to the opening of the washing drum.
In the embodiment, the groove-shaped observation window 5 is vertically arranged, so that the opening of the groove part 51 faces to the horizontal direction, and the top of the groove part 51 of the observation window 5 is downwards sunken to form the temporary detergent storage unit 1; one end of the temporary detergent storage unit 1 is connected with the door frame 4, the other end transversely extends to the outermost end of the observation window 5 close to one side of the opening of the washing barrel, and the extending end is communicated with the inside of the washing barrel.
In this embodiment, the detergent temporary storage unit 1 is open at the top, so that the detergent in the detergent storage unit 2 and the washing water of the laundry processing device flow into the detergent temporary storage unit 1 through the open top, and the detergent is flushed into the washing drum by the washing water through the detergent temporary storage unit 1.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the temporary storage unit 1 of detergent is inclined downwards gradually from the connecting end to the extending end, so that the detergent flows into the washing drum under the action of gravity, and the detergent is prevented from remaining in the temporary storage unit 1 of detergent.
In this embodiment, the liquid outlet 23 is disposed on the door frame 4 and above the temporary storage unit 1 of detergent, so that the detergent flowing out from the liquid outlet 23 flows into the temporary storage unit 1 of detergent under the action of gravity.
In this embodiment, the door frame 4 includes an annular outer frame and an annular inner frame 41, the inner frame 41 is located on the side of the door body 100 close to the opening of the washing tub, and the outer periphery of the observation window 5 is clamped between the outer frame and the inner frame 41; one end of the top opening of the temporary washing agent storage unit 1 is connected with the inner frame 41, the other end of the top opening of the temporary washing agent storage unit 1 extends to the outermost end of the observation window 5 close to the opening side of the washing drum, the liquid outlet 23 is arranged on the inner frame 41 and is positioned above the top opening of the temporary washing agent storage unit 1, and washing liquid flows into the temporary washing agent storage unit 1 from the liquid outlet 23 along the inner frame 41 through the top opening; the inner frame 41 is in a frustum shape gradually inclining from the outer periphery to the inner periphery toward the center, and the liquid outlet 23 is located on the vertical central axis surface of the frustum-shaped inner frame 41.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, in the embodiment, the door 100 is provided with a water inlet unit 3 and a water outlet 32, and the washing water flows into the temporary detergent storage unit 1 from the water outlet 32 through the water inlet unit 3, so as to flush the detergent in the temporary detergent storage unit 1 into the washing drum. In this embodiment, the water outlet 32 and the liquid outlet 23 are both located on the central axial plane of the temporary detergent storage unit 1.
In this embodiment, the axis of the temporary detergent storage unit 1 is located on the central axial plane of the door body, and the water outlet 32 and the liquid outlet 23 are both located on the central axial plane of the door body.
In this embodiment, a nozzle 33 is disposed at the water outlet, the nozzle 33 is communicated with the water inlet channel 31, and the washing water in the water inlet channel 31 is sprayed into the temporary detergent storage unit 1 through the nozzle 33.
In this embodiment, the water inlet unit 3 includes a water inlet channel 31, the water inlet channel 31 is disposed inside the door body 100, one end of the water inlet channel 31 penetrates through the door body 100 and is communicated with a water inlet device of the clothes treatment apparatus, the other end of the water inlet channel 31 is communicated with a water outlet 32 on the door body 100, and washing water in the water inlet device is discharged from the water outlet 32 through the water inlet channel 31, so as to flush the detergent in the temporary storage unit 1 into the washing drum.
In this embodiment, the door frame 4 includes an outer frame located on the side far from the opening of the washing tub and an inner frame 41 located on the side near the opening of the washing tub, and the observation window 5 is sandwiched between the outer frame and the inner frame 41; the water inlet channel 31 is disposed between the outer frame and the inner frame 41, and one end of the water inlet channel 31 penetrates the door body 100 through a door hinge on one side of the door body 100.

As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the detergent storage unit 2 is fixedly connected to the door frame 4, a liquid outlet 26 communicated with the detergent storage unit 2 is disposed on the door frame 4, and the detergent in the detergent storage unit 2 flows into the temporary detergent storage unit through the liquid outlet 26. In this embodiment, the detergent storage unit 2 is held between the inner frame 41 and the outer frame, and is located on the upper side of the door frame 4 together with the temporary detergent storage unit 1, and the liquid outlet 23 is disposed on the inner frame 41 and above the temporary detergent storage unit 1.
In this embodiment, a liquid pump 7 is further disposed between the inner frame 41 and the outer frame, the liquid pump 7 is respectively communicated with the detergent storage unit 2 and the liquid outlet 23, the liquid outlet 23 is located right below the water outlet 32, and the detergent in the detergent storage unit 2 is pumped out by the liquid pump 7 and then flows into the temporary detergent storage unit 1 through the liquid outlet 23.
In this embodiment, a liquid feeding port 24, which is communicated with the detergent storage unit 2 and used for feeding detergent inwards, is further disposed at the top end of the door frame 4 near the opening of the washing drum.
In this embodiment, two mutually independent detergent storage units 2, namely a first storage unit 21 and a second storage unit 22, are arranged on the door body 100, and detergent, softener and other washing products with different efficacies can be stored in the first storage unit 21 and the second storage unit 22 respectively; the first storage unit 21 and the second storage unit 22 are circumferentially distributed on two sides of the liquid outlet 23 along the door frame 4, and the liquid pump 7 is arranged between the first storage unit 21 and the second storage unit 22 and is respectively communicated with the first storage unit 21, the second storage unit 22 and the liquid outlet 23; the top end of the door frame 4 is further provided with a first liquid feeding port 25 and a second liquid feeding port 26 which are respectively communicated with the first storage unit 21 and the second storage unit 22.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present embodiment further introduces a clothes treating apparatus, on which a door body 100 of the clothes treating apparatus according to any one of the first to third embodiments is installed, and the door body 100 is provided with a detergent storage unit 1 and a temporary detergent storage unit 2; the door body 100 of the laundry treatment apparatus is connected to the laundry treatment apparatus cabinet by a door hinge provided at one side of the door body, and the door body 100 is rotatable around a vertical direction of the door hinge to open and close an opening of the cabinet.
In this embodiment, before the laundry treatment apparatus is normally operated, a user may put detergent into the detergent storage unit 2 through the liquid inlet 23 in advance; the user can put detergent into the first storage unit 21 through the first liquid feeding port 25 and can put softener into the second storage unit 22 through the second liquid feeding port 26.
In this embodiment, when the laundry treatment apparatus starts a washing process, the detergent storage unit 2 sprays a predetermined amount of detergent into the temporary detergent storage unit 1 through the liquid pump 7, and meanwhile, the washing water of the laundry treatment apparatus primarily dissolves the detergent in the temporary detergent storage unit 1 through the water inlet waterway 31 and the nozzle 33 and flushes all the detergent in the temporary detergent storage unit 1 into the washing drum; the first storage unit 21 sprays a predetermined amount of detergent into the temporary detergent storage unit 1 through the liquid pump 7, and then the washing water of the clothes treatment equipment preliminarily dissolves the detergent in the temporary detergent storage unit 1 through the water inlet waterway 31 and the nozzle 33 and flushes all the detergent in the temporary detergent storage unit 1 into the washing drum; the second storage unit 22 sprays a predetermined amount of softener into the temporary storage unit 1 through the liquid pump 7, and then the washing water of the clothes treatment equipment preliminarily dissolves the softener in the temporary storage unit 1 through the water inlet waterway 31 and the nozzle 33 and flushes all the softener in the temporary storage unit 1 into the washing drum.
