Abstract
The invention relates to a corrosion-free type decontamination and sterilization effervescent tablet for a washing machine tank, which comprises the following main components in percentage by mass: 30 to 50 percent of acid disintegrating agent, 20 to 50 percent of alkaline disintegrating agent, 3 to 10 percent of binder, 2 to 4 percent of lubricant, 0.1 to 5 percent of surfactant, 1 to 5 percent of activating agent, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of metal protective agent and 0.1 to 5 percent of three-in-one complex enzyme. The technical advantages of the invention are as follows: the washing machine tank is cleaned, the service life of the washing machine tank is protected, the problem that the traditional powder products are inhaled by a respiratory tract in the using process, the human health is influenced, and the stability of particle products is solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily-use chemical products, and particularly relates to a corrosion-free type decontamination and sterilization effervescent tablet for a washing machine tank and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increasing living standard of people, the full-automatic household washing machine is quite popular. People wash clothes with the washing machine every day, but the cleaning problem of the washing machine is avoided. Relevant authoritative health institutions survey and discover that the bacterial overproof rate of the household washing machine is as high as 81.3%; the detection rate of the mould is 60.2%; the detection rate of coliform bacteria reaches up to 100%, and if the washing machine is not cleaned, the pathogenic bacteria can be brought into washing water when clothes are washed, so that secondary pollution is caused to the clothes.
At present, many washing machine tank cleaning agents on the market have the effects of sterilization and decontamination, but the products are basically strong in oxidizing property or strong in acidity, and the products are powder, particles or liquid, so that the powder is easily absorbed by respiratory tracts when the washing machine tank cleaning agents are used, and the health of human bodies is influenced; the oxygen content of the particles is unstable; the liquid was corrosive when stained on the hand. Meanwhile, products with strong oxidizing property and strong acidity uniformly damage various substances, corrode the service life of metal parts and influence the service life of the washing machine, so that the washing machine tank cleaning agent is not suitable for long-term use. In view of the above, it is an important task to develop a washing machine tub cleaning agent which is friendly to the human body and the environment and protects the life of the washing machine tub while cleaning the washing machine tub.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the existing washing machine tank cleaning agent, the invention aims to provide a non-corrosive type washing machine tank decontamination and sterilization effervescent tablet which has good decontamination and sterilization effects, no stimulation to human bodies, no corrosion to the washing machine tanks, good product stability and easy storage.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
the invention relates to a corrosion-free type decontamination and sterilization effervescent tablet for a washing machine tank, which comprises the following main components in percentage by mass: 30 to 50 percent of acid disintegrant, 20 to 50 percent of alkaline disintegrant, 3 to 10 percent of binder, 2 to 4 percent of lubricant, 0.1 to 5 percent of surfactant, 1 to 5 percent of activator, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of metal protective agent and 0.1 to 5 percent of three-in-one complex enzyme.
The acid disintegrant is one or more of citric acid, malic acid and tartaric acid, wherein citric acid is more preferable.
The alkaline disintegrating agent is a mixture of two or three of coated sodium percarbonate, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate, wherein the sodium percarbonate and the sodium carbonate are more preferably mixed.
The binder is one or a mixture of more of polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and hydroxyethyl cellulose, wherein polyvinylpyrrolidone is more preferable.
The lubricant is polyethylene glycol, wherein polyethylene glycol-6000 is more preferable.
The surfactant is one or a mixture of more of natural plant soap powder, sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and fatty alcohol sodium sulfate, wherein the natural plant soap powder is preferably selected. The plant soap powder is natural, healthy and environment-friendly, has the functions of cleaning, emulsifying, permeating, foaming and the like, and can quickly strip dirt in an interlayer of a washing machine tank by cooperating with an oxidation bleaching agent.
The activator of the present invention is preferably tetraacetylethylenediamine. The tetraacetylethylenediamine can improve the washing function of the sodium percarbonate in low-temperature water, and the effects of the invention, disinfection and sterilization.
The metal protective agent is preferably a mixture of polyepoxysuccinic acid, benzotriazole and sodium gluconate, wherein the mass percent of the benzotriazole is more preferably 0.01%.
The three-in-one complex enzyme is lipase, protease and lysozyme, wherein the weight ratio of the three is more preferably 1: 2: 1.
in addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the corrosion-free type washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet, which comprises the following steps:
1) dissolving a binder and a lubricant in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare a 5% solution to obtain a solution A;
2) spraying the acid disintegrant with the solution A, granulating, and drying in a fluidized bed to obtain granules A;
3) spraying the alkaline disintegrating agent except the coated sodium percarbonate with the solution A, granulating, and drying in a fluidized bed to obtain granules B;
4) mixing surfactant, metal protectant, activator and three-in-one complex enzyme, granulating, and drying in fluidized bed to obtain C granules;
5) mixing the granules A, B and C with the coated sodium percarbonate uniformly, stirring for 10 min, tabletting after sufficiently mixing, extracting a sample, inspecting according to a quality standard, and packaging after inspecting.
Compared with the prior art, the corrosion-free type washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1) the invention uses the granulation and coating technology and then carries out dry tabletting, avoids bringing in water, has stable system, avoids the risk of bag expansion, is convenient to use and is easy to store for a long time.
2) The invention adopts the coated sodium percarbonate which is an alkali source in the effervescent agent, has oxidability, is compounded with an oxygen activator, a surfactant and a biological enzyme, releases a large amount of active oxygen and carbon dioxide when meeting water, effectively removes dirt and germs in a separation layer of a washing machine tank, avoids secondary pollution of clothes and has no chemical residue.
3) The invention adds the green metal protective agent, forms a layer of protective film on the surface of the metal, prevents the metal from being corroded by the oxidant, and protects the service life of the washing machine tank while cleaning the washing machine tank.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The following detailed description will be made with reference to specific preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 4
According to the formula content in the table I, the non-corrosive type washing machine tank decontamination and sterilization effervescent tablets in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-4 are respectively prepared, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyethylene glycol-6000 in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare a 5% solution, thus obtaining a solution A; spraying citric acid with the solution A, granulating, and drying in a fluidized bed to obtain granules A; spraying the solution A on sodium carbonate for granulation, and drying in a fluidized bed to obtain granules B; mixing natural soap powder with polyepoxysuccinic acid, benzotriazole, sodium gluconate, tetraacetylethylenediamine, lipase, protease and lysozyme, granulating, and drying in fluidized bed to obtain granule C; and finally, mixing the granules A, B and C with the coated sodium percarbonate, stirring for 10 minutes, fully and uniformly mixing, tabletting, extracting a sample, inspecting according to a quality standard, and packaging into the non-corrosive washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet after the inspection is qualified.

Comparative example 1 differs from example 2 in that: does not contain metal protective agent, and increases the content of the acidic disintegrating agent.
Comparative examples 2, 3, 4 differ from example 2 in that: respectively, one less metal protective agent.
Examples of product Effect tests
The performance test method of the non-corrosive washing machine slot decontamination sterilization effervescent tablets of the embodiment and the comparative example of the invention is as follows:
1. quantitative bacteria killing experiment
The test is carried out according to the test requirements in the disinfection technical Specification of the Ministry of health: the cleaning agent prepared by 1% of the examples and the comparative examples was used for sterilizing Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, which are common bacteria in a washing machine tank, for 90 minutes, and the results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the decontamination and sterilization effervescent tablet for the non-corrosive washing machine tank has a sterilization rate of 99% on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and has a better sterilization effect than the commercially available brands.
2. Detergency test evaluation method
And (3) purchasing old washing machine tanks which are not cleaned for a long time and sold in the market for separation, and cutting the washing machine tanks attached with a large amount of dirt to manufacture standard dirt sheets. The standard dirt sheet is fixed on the wall of the washing machine, and a piece of non-corrosive washing machine slot decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet is put into the cylinder wall of the washing machine according to the standard mode of the washing machine for simulated washing, and the removal percentage of the dirt is measured, and the result is shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the pH value of the non-corrosive type washing machine tank decontamination and sterilization effervescent tablet is close to 7, the tablet is neutral, the product is mild, the detergency is superior to that of similar products on the market, and the dirt on the washing machine tank can be powerfully removed.
3. Experiment of corrosion resistance of metal
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the determination of the metal corrosivity of the disinfectant is carried out according to the requirements of disinfection technical Specification 2008 edition 3.4 of the Ministry of health:
(1) soaking the metal sheet in a cleaning agent containing a surfactant for 10 minutes, and cleaning; the oxide layers on both sides and the periphery of the metal sheet are ground by 120-mesh water sand paper and then washed by tap water. The mixture was dried in a constant temperature oven for 1 hour and weighed before the experiment.
(2) A1% sample solution was prepared and used to soak the test pieces. When in soaking, each metal needs to be soaked in 200 ml of sample solution for 1 hour, after the specified time is up, the metal sheet is taken out, firstly washed by tap water, then placed in a constant temperature box for drying for 1 hour, and weighed according to the weight after the test.
(3) And (4) evaluating the result: and (R, a corrosivity grading index) is calculated according to a metal corrosion rate formula.

(4) The test results are shown in table 5.

As can be seen from Table 5: the examples 1 to 3 basically have no corrosion to metal, the comparative example 1 has moderate corrosion to metal, and the comparative examples 2 to 4 have slight corrosion to metal, which shows that the compounding of the polyepoxysuccinic acid, the benzotriazole and the sodium gluconate can effectively prevent the corrosion of active oxygen to the inner tank of the washing machine and is superior to similar products sold in the market. The reason is probably that a layer of protective film is formed on the surface of the metal by the sodium gluconate and the benzotriazole, but the film is not tight enough with the metal and can not well protect the metal, and the film forming characteristic is perfected and the protection effect is improved after the synergistic effect of the polyepoxysuccinic acid.
4. Product oxygen content stability test
The stability tests were carried out on the above examples, comparative examples and commercial samples, respectively, at a test temperature of 25. + -. 5 ℃ and a test humidity of 50. + -. 5% RH for 6 months, and the results are shown in Table 6.

As can be seen from Table 6, the corrosion-free type washing machine tank decontamination and sterilization effervescent tablet of the invention has good stability, because the sodium percarbonate used in the invention is coated sodium percarbonate, and the sodium percarbonate is used for respectively carrying out granulation and coating on an acidic component and an alkaline component and carrying out dry tabletting, thereby avoiding bringing moisture, having stable system and being easy for long-term storage.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these modifications and adaptations should be considered within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The non-corrosive decontaminating and sterilizing effervescent tablet for the washing machine tank is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 30 to 50 percent of acid disintegrant, 20 to 50 percent of alkaline disintegrant, 3 to 10 percent of binder, 2 to 4 percent of lubricant, 0.1 to 5 percent of surfactant, 1 to 5 percent of activator and 0.5 to 1.5 percent of metal protective agent.
2. The no-corrosion type washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet of claim 1, which is characterized in that: the acidic disintegrant is one or more of citric acid, malic acid, and tartaric acid.
3. The no-corrosion type washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet of claim 1, which is characterized in that: the alkaline disintegrating agent is a mixture of two or three of coated sodium percarbonate, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate.
4. The no-corrosion type washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet of claim 1, which is characterized in that: the binder is one or a mixture of more of polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and hydroxyethyl cellulose.
5. The no-corrosion type washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet of claim 1, which is characterized in that: the lubricant is polyethylene glycol.
6. The no-corrosion type washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet of claim 1, which is characterized in that: the surfactant is one or a mixture of more of natural plant soap powder, sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and fatty alcohol sodium sulfate.
7. The no-corrosion type washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet of claim 1, which is characterized in that: the activator is tetraacetylethylenediamine.
8. The no-corrosion type washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet of claim 1, which is characterized in that: the metal protective agent is a composition of polyepoxysuccinic acid, benzotriazole and sodium gluconate.
9. The no-corrosion type washing machine tank decontamination sterilization effervescent tablet of claim 1, which is characterized in that: the three-in-one complex enzyme is lipase, protease and lysozyme.
10. A process for the preparation of a non-corrosive laundry washing machine tank decontamination germicidal effervescent tablet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving a binder and a lubricant in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare a 5% solution to obtain a solution A;
(2) spraying the acid disintegrant with the solution A, granulating, and drying in a fluidized bed to obtain granules A;
(3) spraying the alkaline disintegrating agent except the coated sodium percarbonate with the solution A, granulating, and drying in a fluidized bed to obtain granules B;
(4) mixing surfactant, metal protectant, activator and three-in-one complex enzyme, granulating, and drying in fluidized bed to obtain C granules;
(5) mixing the granules A, B and C with the coated sodium percarbonate uniformly, stirring for 10 min, tabletting after sufficiently mixing, extracting a sample, inspecting according to a quality standard, and packaging after inspecting.
