Abstract
一种液压式无键联接套,属于无键联接技术领域。特征是:轴套套装在传动轴上,内环套装在轴套外面,外环套装在内环外面,其结合面为圆锥面,结合面间装有密封圈;内环左端制有凸台,外环左端制有凹台阶,内外环圆锥面末端设有第二高压油腔,内环凸台与外环凹台阶间装有位移传感器;固定螺帽通过螺纹副套装在内环右端,其左端面与外环右端面间形成第一高压油腔;锁紧螺帽通过螺纹副套装在固定螺帽外,其左端面与外环右端面相抵触;外环圆周面上制有第一、第二注油孔,分别与第一、第二高压油腔连通;固定螺帽与锁紧螺帽右端面分别制有第一、第二螺纹孔。优点是通过操控高压油对联接套进行装卸,减少人力,节省时间,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于无键联接技术领域,具体涉及一种液压式无键联接套。
背景技术
无键联接套是机械传动系统中用来连接机械传动组件的部件,起着传递扭矩的作用,广泛应用于风力发电、冶金机械、新能源电动汽车、工业机器人等领域。目前,国内外普遍采用的胀紧套是纯机械式无键联接套。这种纯机械式无键联接套存在的缺点是:装配复杂、拆卸困难、步骤繁锁、极易损伤零部件,大量消耗人力、物力、财力,且效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种液压式的无键联接套,可有效地克服现有技术存在的缺点。
本发明是这样实现的:如图1所示,其特征是:轴套2套装在传动轴1上,内环4套装在轴套2外面,外环5套装在内环4外面,其结合面为圆锥面,结合面间安装有密封圈;内环4左端制有凸台20,外环5左端制有凹台阶21,外环5与内环4圆锥面的末端间设有第二高压油腔15,凸台20与凹台阶21之间安装有位移传感器3;固定螺帽6通过第一螺纹副8套装在内环4的右端部,其左端面与外环5的右端面之间形成第一高压油腔14;锁紧螺帽7通过第二螺纹副9套装在固定螺帽6的外面,其左端面与外环5的右端面相抵触;外环5的圆周面上分别制有第一、第二注油孔12、13,第一、第二注油孔12、13分别与第一、第二高压油腔14、15连通;固定螺帽6与锁紧螺帽7的右端面上分别制有用于拆卸的第一、第二螺纹孔10、11。
本发明的优点及积极效果是采用了向高压油腔内注入高压油的方法进行无键联接套的装配和拆卸,从而使得整个拆装流程更加简单,相对于传统的拆装方法而言提高了效率,节省时间、减少人力消耗,降低零部件的损坏。

具体实现方式:
如图1-3所示,当需要将液压式无键联接套装配在传动轴1上时,先通过第一注油孔12往第一高压油腔14内注入高压油,因为固定螺帽6与内环4之间为螺纹连接,所以油压会推动外环5沿着锥面向左移动,与内环4形成过盈配合,从而使得内环4与轴套2、轴套2与传动轴1之间实现牢固的联接,达到传递扭矩的效果。通过位移传感器3检测在内外环端面平齐后拧紧锁紧螺帽7,固定外环的位置,再抽除高压油,封住注油孔,装配完成。
当需要将液压式无键联接套拆卸时,先通过第一注油孔12往第一高压油腔14内注入高压油,通过位移传感器3检测到外环5向右移动,再拆卸锁紧螺帽7。接下来抽除第一高压油腔14内的高压油,然后通过第二注油孔13往第二高压油腔15内注入高压油,使外环5向左移动至初始位置,从而无键联接套各圆柱结合面之间的比压消失,抽除高压油,封住注油孔,拆卸完成。

1.一种液压式无键联接套,其特征是:轴套(2)套装在传动轴(1)上,内环(4)套装在轴套(2)外面,外环(5)套装在内环(4)外面,其结合面为圆锥面,结合面间安装有密封圈;内环(4)左端制有凸台(20),外环(5)左端制有凹台阶(21),外环(5)与内环(4)圆锥面的末端间设有第二高压油腔(15),凸台(20)与凹台阶(21)之间安装有位移传感器(3);固定螺帽(6)通过第一螺纹副(8)套装在内环(4)的右端部,其左端面与外环(5)的右端面之间形成第一高压油腔(14);锁紧螺帽(7)通过第二螺纹副(9)套装在固定螺帽(6)的外面,其左端面与外环(5)的右端面相抵触;外环(5)的圆周面上分别制有第一、第二注油孔(12)、(13),第一、第二注油孔(12)、(13)分别与第一、第二高压油腔(14)、(15)连通;固定螺帽(6)与锁紧螺帽(7)的右端面上分别制有用于拆卸的第一、第二螺纹孔(10)、(11)。
