该种子包衣组合物还可以含有营养素、肥料或生物添加剂,如接种体型细菌或真菌,包括菌根、或其混合物。
根据本发明的实施例,该种子组合物包含至少一种阳离子混合物和植物生物刺激素。植物生物刺激素通常是除在叶面施用或当添加到土壤时影响植物生长和/或代谢的肥料之外的组分。植物生物刺激素通常落入如下三类之一:含荷尔蒙的产品、含氨基酸的产品以及含腐植酸的产品。鉴于植物生物刺激素,例如,提高生长速率、降低有害物植物生长、提高抗逆性、提高光合速率、以及提高耐病性的能力,植物生物刺激素被用来在商业环境下处理作物。植物生物刺激素通常被认为通过上调或下调植物荷尔蒙来起作用。
该种子包衣组合物还可以含有颜料、佐剂、表面活性剂、和/或肥料。
该种子包衣组合物还可以是液态或固态组合物,值得注意地是粉末。可利用适合的包覆技术以将在此描述的种子包衣组合物包覆到种子或种子聚团上。可用于包覆的设备可包括但不限于鼓式包衣机、旋转包衣机、翻滚式鼓、流化床、以及喷流床,但是可以使用任何适合的设备或技术。可以通过分批式或连续式包覆方法来包覆这些种子。
方法
在第一实施例中,本发明还涉及提高植物生长的方法,该方法通过在第一步骤中用包含上述化合物中的至少一种的组合物包覆该植物的种子,并且然后在第二步骤中将该包覆的种子施加到土壤上或土壤内;值得注意地以便将该包覆的种子与土地接触。
在另一个实施例中,本发明还涉及提高植物生长的方法,其中完全可能设置到土壤上或土壤内“原位包覆”;值得注意地通过将原生或未包覆的植物种子植入土壤中的洞内并且然后将包含上述化合物中的至少一种的包衣组合物施加到该洞中以包围或部分地包围该种子。
本发明然后还涉及用于提高植物生长的方法,该方法包括将包含上述化合物中的至少一种的组合物施加到种植所述作物的土壤中。
在包覆前将这些种子分离,这在一个实施例中利用机械装置,如筛。然后可以将所分离的种子引入具有储种容器的包衣机。在一个实施例中,将混料罐中的这些种子与此处描述的涂层中的一个或多个结合并且用粘合剂或胶黏剂粘附。
在该方法的一个实施例中,可添加一层或多层来包覆该种子或聚团。可以顺序地将外层引到转鼓上。
在另一个实施例中,还可使用凝聚剂或凝聚剂设备。通过在旋转包衣机中将种子放入旋转室来进行包覆,该旋转室将这些种子推到该室的内壁上。离心力和放置在该包衣机内的混合棒使该种子旋转并且与涂层混合。可以将粘合剂或其他包覆材料泵送到该包衣机的近似中心内、到随该包衣室转动的雾化器盘上。在碰撞到该雾化器圆盘上后,液态胶黏剂然后以小滴地被向外引导到该种子上。
在一个实施例中,种子包衣技术包括,例如,旋转盘或旋转鼓内的种子。然后用水或其他液体喷雾种子并且然后将细惰性粉末(例如,硅藻土)逐渐添加到该旋转盘上。每个蒙雾的种子变成了粉末、层或尺寸逐渐增加的涂层的质量体的中心。然后通过该盘内的翻滚作用将该质量体圆化并且光滑化,类似于沙滩上的鹅卵石。通过该盘中材料的重量的压实作用将这些涂层压实。在接近该包覆方法结束时,经常结合粘合剂来将该质量体的外层硬化。粘合剂还可以降低由处理、运输以及播种成品而产生的灰尘的量。经常利用筛选技术(如,频繁手工筛选)来消除空白物或双体物,并且确保均匀的尺寸。例如,此处描述的种子包衣组合物的公差可以是+/-1/64英寸(0.4mm),这是美国种子尺寸贸易标准,建立在引入涂层的很久以前。例如,最频繁地用带式种植机通过该带上13/64英寸直径的圆孔来播种包覆的莴苣种子。此孔尺寸要求这些包含莴苣种子的种子包衣组合物可以通过7.5/64英寸的筛和通过8.5/64英寸的筛进行尺寸化。
在另一个实施例中,此处描述的种子包衣组合物及方法包括“原位包覆”。原位包覆装置;在一个实施例中,其中,将原生或未包覆的种子植入土地中的洞内,并且立即或不久之后将包衣组合物直接喷洒或施加到该洞内以将该种子包围或部分地包围。根据本发明,该洞可值得注意地是洞、腔或空心区域。典型地,机械地进行该种子的施加以及该包衣组合物的施加,但是理解的是还可以手动地进行所引用的施加中的任一个或二者。
以下实例被包括来说明本发明的实施例,不用说,本发明并不限于所描述的实例。
实验部分
在这些实验中,相应地使用阳离子基添加剂。
阳离子葫芦巴、阳离子魔芋以及阳离子塔拉的生产:
在1升的搅拌式反应器中,在覆盖的惰性氮气的保护下,在室温下引入与140g去离子水混合的327g的异丙醇溶剂。然后在室温并且强烈搅拌下装入100g的多糖粉。在进行几分钟搅拌以允许均化后,加入22g的2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵。让此试剂与瓜耳胶分散体在室温下混合20分钟,之后缓慢地加入10g的25%氢氧化钠。然后将该分散体加热到65℃并且在这个温度下保持90分钟,之后将温度降低到至少50℃以便开始清洗程序。
在搅拌下以178g的异丙醇、45g的水和3-4g的乙酸将如上一段落中描述的所得反应混合物分散。然后让其处在搅拌下15分钟,并且然后从该反应器排出。然后通过定性滤纸在真空下过滤此分散体。用与60g水混合的240g的异丙醇以30分钟的间隔再次重复此清洗和过滤程序。最后将所得瓜耳胶粉末与300g异丙醇混合,置于搅拌30分钟,并且过滤:然后将所收集的固体置于空气中干燥过夜,并且然后再置于真空烘箱中在50℃下干燥4h。
以上样品的所得分析结果在上表中示出:该表含有通过酸性提取后的1H NMR的DS阳离子,以及通过SEC-LS确定的分子量。
自狭叶番泻叶部生产阳离子决明胶:
根据申请WO 2004/112733,通过与缩水甘油基三甲基氯化铵反应来生产阳离子决明胶。
实例1:对小麦种子的生长增强
将0.4wt%的添加剂水溶液喷洒到小麦种子表面以获得0.2%的添加剂/种子重量比。在气候室中在湿纸表面上进行发芽试验,并且将发芽箱覆盖,这样在该试验过程中不再需要水,温度为15℃至25℃。此后,对20个种子进行几天后根长的计算。DAP是种植后天数
实例2:对卷心菜生长的增强
将1wt%的添加剂水溶液喷洒到上海青(Brassica chinensis)种子(大白菜)表面以获得0.5%的添加剂/种子重量比。在每盆中使用50g沙;此沙来自山西省。初始土壤湿度为38wt%(水/土壤wt%)随后不用再灌溉的浇水条件下,在气候室中湿纸表面上进行发芽试验,温度为25℃。然后对40盆(按盆5个种子)进行发芽数的计算。

然后似乎是与没有提供包覆处理的种子相比,本发明的种子处理允许提高发芽率,而且还提早促进发芽。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于提高植物生长的方法,该方法包括至少一个用包含至少一种阳离子化合物的组合物包覆所述植物的种子的步骤,该阳离子化合物选自由以下各项组成的组:阳离子苯乙烯单体的均聚物和共聚物、阳离子烯丙基单体的均聚物和共聚物、(甲基)丙烯酰胺阳离子单体的均聚物和共聚物、(甲基)丙烯酸酯阳离子单体的均聚物和共聚物、聚乙烯胺、阳离子聚乙烯醇、聚季铵-2;聚亚脲基铵盐、阳离子羟乙基纤维素、阳离子黄原胶、阳离子卡拉胶、阳离子卡拉亚胶、阳离子阿拉伯胶、阳离子塔拉胶、阳离子加纳芬胶、阳离子决明胶、阳离子魔芋胶、阳离子尖叶田菁、阳离子葫芦巴胶、阳离子槐树豆胶、阳离子车前籽胶、阳离子魔芋、阳离子牧豆树胶、阳离子象牙果甘露胶、阳离子藻酸盐、阳离子琼脂、阳离子乌凡胶、阳离子黄芪胶、阳离子茄替胶、阳离子罗望子胶、阳离子木葡聚糖、阳离子菊粉、阳离子蛋白质、阳离子果胶、以及阳离子半纤维素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中该阳离子化合物选自由以下各项组成的组:阳离子决明胶、阳离子葫芦巴胶、阳离子塔拉胶、阳离子魔芋胶、阳离子槐树豆胶、阳离子罗望子胶、以及阳离子车前籽胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中该阳离子化合物是阳离子半乳甘露聚糖,该阳离子半乳甘露聚糖选自由以下各项组成的组:阳离子葫芦巴胶、阳离子塔拉胶、以及阳离子槐树豆胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,包括至少以下步骤:
a)用包含至少一种阳离子化合物的组合物包覆植物种子;并且
b)将该包覆的种子施加到土壤上或土壤中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,包括至少以下步骤:
a)将原生或未包覆的种子植入土壤中的洞内;并且
b)将包含至少一种阳离子化合物的包衣组合物施加到该洞内以包围或部分地包围该种子。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中种子选自由以下各项组成的组:玉米、小麦、高粱、大豆、西红柿、花椰菜、萝卜、卷心菜、油菜、生菜、黑麦草、草、稻、棉花、以及向日葵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中使用阳离子醚化剂获得阳离子化合物。
8.根据权利要求1中所述的方法,其中使用铵盐、鏻盐以及锍盐作为阳离子醚化剂来获得阳离子化合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中铵盐选自由以下各项组成的组:3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、以及二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中阳离子化合物是选自由以下各项组成的组:
-阳离子苯乙烯单体的均聚物和共聚物;
-阳离子烯丙基单体的均聚物和共聚物;
-(甲基)丙烯酰胺阳离子单体的均聚物和共聚物;以及
-(甲基)丙烯酸酯阳离子单体的均聚物和共聚物。
11.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中阳离子化合物具有包括在0.005与3之间的阳离子化合物取代度。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中阳离子化合物具有包括在0.01与2之间的阳离子化合物取代度。
13.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中阳离子化合物具有在约20,000道尔顿与20,000,000道尔顿之间的平均分子量。
14.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中该种子包衣组合物还包括粘合剂。
15.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中该种子包衣组合物还包括活性成分。
16.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中该种子包衣组合物还包括植物生物刺激素。
17.一种种子包衣组合物,其包含了至少一个种子,以及包覆所述种子的全部或一部分的至少一个层,所述层包含至少一种阳离子化合物,该阳离子化合物选自由以下各项组成的组:阳离子决明胶、阳离子葫芦巴胶、阳离子塔拉胶、阳离子魔芋胶、阳离子槐树豆胶、阳离子罗望子胶、以及阳离子车前籽胶。
18.一种种子包衣组合物,其包含了至少一个种子,以及包覆所述种子的全部或一部分的至少一个层,所述层包含至少一种阳离子化合物,该阳离子半乳甘露聚糖选自由以下各项组成的组:阳离子葫芦巴胶、阳离子塔拉胶、阳离子槐树豆胶、以及阳离子决明胶。
19.一种用于提高植物生长的方法,该方法包括将一种组合物施加到所述植物的种子上,该组合物包含至少一种选自由以下各项组成的组的阳离子化合物:阳离子苯乙烯单体的均聚物和共聚物、阳离子烯丙基单体的均聚物和共聚物、(甲基)丙烯酰胺阳离子单体的均聚物和共聚物、(甲基)丙烯酸酯阳离子单体的均聚物和共聚物、聚乙烯胺、阳离子聚乙烯醇、聚季铵-2;聚亚脲基铵盐、阳离子羟乙基纤维素、阳离子黄原胶、阳离子卡拉胶、阳离子卡拉亚胶、阳离子阿拉伯胶、阳离子塔拉胶、阳离子加纳芬胶、阳离子决明胶、阳离子魔芋胶、阳离子尖叶田菁、阳离子葫芦巴胶、阳离子槐树豆胶、阳离子车前籽胶、阳离子魔芋、阳离子牧豆树胶、阳离子象牙果甘露胶、阳离子藻酸盐、阳离子琼脂、阳离子乌凡胶、阳离子黄芪胶、阳离子茄替胶、阳离子罗望子胶、阳离子木葡聚糖、阳离子菊粉、阳离子蛋白质、阳离子果胶、以及阳离子半纤维素。
