The invention relates to a turntable bearing repairing method which comprises the steps of detecting the assembly height, play and the size of a matching surface of a bearing to be repaired, detecting the rotation precision of the bearing, disassembling the bearing, detecting the damage condition of the inner part and the surface of the bearing ring, determining a repairing scheme, determining the grinding amount of a raceway and a flange of the bearing ring according to the damage condition of the bearing ring, grinding the bearing ring, selecting new rollers according to the grinding amount of the raceway, sleeving the bearing ring and the selected rollers, measuring the play value, the assembly height and the size of the matching surface of the bearing, keeping the assembly height, the play and the size of the matching surface of the bearing consistent with those of the bearing before repairing after the selected new rollers are assembled with the bearing after the bearing is ground, detecting whether the bearing rotates stably after grease injection, and detecting whether the rotation precision is consistent with the rotation precision of the bearing before repairing. Background
The turntable bearing is used as a key part required by large engineering machinery and is widely applied to products such as shield machines, wind driven generators, radar transmitters and the like. The turntable bearing can bear huge load during working, so that the situations of noise, unstable operation and the like caused by the damage of the roller path can be avoided, and besides, the turntable bearing has strict precision requirements. In order to respond to the call of the sustainable development of the country, the cost is reduced, and timely repairing of the damaged bearing becomes an alternative for a host manufacturer.
Three rows of cylindrical roller bearings are one of the most common turntable bearings, and the three rows of cylindrical roller bearings bear high bearing capacity during operation, so that the raceway surfaces of the three rows of cylindrical roller bearings can generate indentations, and scratches can be caused on the raceways and flanges if impurities enter the bearing cavities due to sealing failure, so that the normal use of the raceways is affected.
The existing bearing repairing method comprises the steps of completely disassembling a bearing, checking the raceway abrasion condition of an inner ring and an outer ring to replace or repair worn parts, repairing the raceway surface if the depth of a groove ground on the raceway surface of the inner ring or the outer ring is 3-5mm, overlaying the groove on the raceway surface by adopting an abrasion-resistant welding rod during repairing, polishing the overlaying position, and then electroplating the polished position, and replacing the part where the raceway surface is located if the depth of the groove ground on the raceway surface of the inner ring or the outer ring is more than 5 mm.

Step S3, determining grinding amounts of a raceway and a flange of the bearing ring according to the damage condition of the bearing ring, and grinding the bearing ring;
S4, selecting a new roller according to the grinding amount of the raceway, sleeving the bearing ring and the selected roller, and measuring the clearance value, the bearing assembly height and the size of the matching surface, so that the assembly height, the clearance and the size of the matching surface of the bearing are consistent with those of the bearing before repair after the selected new roller is assembled with the ground bearing ring;

The invention provides a turntable bearing repairing method, which aims at the problems that the prior bearing repairing method has more working procedures and the whole repairing process is complex when repairing a bearing. According to the repairing method of the turntable bearing, the worn raceway surface is polished, and the roller with larger diameter is replaced, so that the high assembly, the play and the rotation precision of the repaired bearing can meet the requirements, and meanwhile, the repairing process is simple and convenient to repair.
In a basic embodiment, taking a three-row cylindrical roller bearing as shown in fig. 1 as an example, the three-row cylindrical roller bearing comprises an outer ring 1, a first inner ring 2 and a second inner ring 3, and a main thrust roller 4, a secondary thrust roller 5 and a radial roller 6 are arranged between the outer ring 1 and the first inner ring 2 and the second inner ring 3.
Before repairing, the maximum grinding amount of the roller path needs to be determined, the surface hardness and the depth of a hardening layer of the roller path are ensured, and meanwhile, the damage to the surface of the roller path is eliminated, so that a repairing scheme is formulated.
When the repairing scheme is feasible, firstly, the bearing to be repaired is cleaned, impurities on the surface of the bearing are removed, so that the assembly size of the bearing to be repaired can be accurately measured, and then the three rows of cylindrical roller bearings are repaired by adopting the following steps.

S4, selecting a new roller according to the grinding amount of the raceway, sleeving the bearing ring and the selected roller, and measuring the clearance value, the bearing assembly height and the size of the matching surface, so that the assembly height, the clearance and the size of the matching surface of the bearing are consistent with those of the bearing before repair after the selected new roller is assembled with the ground bearing ring;
And S5, assembling, detecting whether the rotation is stable after the grease injection, and detecting whether the rotation precision is consistent with the rotation precision of the bearing before repair.
In the above embodiment, after the bearing is disassembled in step S2, each component is cleaned, then the bearing ring is detected, and when the magnetic particle inspection is performed on the raceway surface of the bearing ring, the repairing possibility is determined by observing the level of the defect on the raceway surface, and if the repairable condition is not satisfied, the bearing ring needs to be replaced as a whole.
On the basis of the embodiment, when the grinding amount of the roller path is determined, according to the flaw detection result of the roller path, taking the position with the largest abrasion degree of the roller path as the depth to be ground, and ensuring that the depth of the hardening layer of the bearing ring after the grinding is finished meets the use requirement, and if the depth of the hardening layer of the bearing ring after the grinding is finished can not meet the use requirement, integrally replacing the bearing ring or adopting the secondary surface quenching treatment of the roller path.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the main fitting dimensions of the three-row cylindrical roller bearing are the diameter of the outer diameter fitting surface 14, the diameter of the first inner ring inner diameter fitting surface 21 and the diameter of the second inner ring inner diameter fitting surface 31, the bearing fitting height h, the parameters of the outer teeth 11, and the play value. The damage of the three rows of roller turntable bearings is more marked by the damage of the rollaway nest, so that the repair of the rollaway nest of the outer ring 1, the first inner ring 2 and the second inner ring 3 is an important factor for ensuring the repair result. When the bearing ring is ground, the grinding can be performed by adopting a reference superposition principle, so that the positioning reference is a design reference, or the grinding can be performed by adopting a unified reference principle. In a preferred embodiment, the principle of mutual referencing is used in grinding the raceway and the flange of the bearing ring.
When grinding the outer ring 1, as shown in fig. 2, the outer diameter mating surface 14 is ground with the outer ring flange 13 as a reference, and then the outer ring flange 13 and the outer ring raceway 12 are ground with the outer diameter mating surface 14 as a reference.
When grinding the first inner ring 2, as shown in fig. 3, the first inner ring inner diameter mating surface 21 is ground based on the first inner ring flange 23, and then the first inner ring flange 23 and the first inner ring raceway 22 are ground based on the first inner ring inner diameter mating surface 21.
In grinding the second inner ring 3, as shown in fig. 4, the second inner ring inner diameter mating surface 31 is ground based on the second inner ring flange 33, and then the second inner ring flange 33 and the second inner ring raceway 32 are ground based on the second inner ring inner diameter mating surface 31.
And after the bearing ring is ground, performing magnetic particle inspection, and determining that the rollaway nest and the flange of the bearing ring are cleaned. Therefore, the coaxiality of the bearing ring can be ensured by grinding the bearing ring, and the bearing ring is placed into a kerosene tank for soaking and cleaning, so that impurities on the surface of the bearing ring and rust in holes can be cleaned conveniently. In particular, care should be taken that the raceway surfaces are not available for attachment of contaminants, preventing contamination from remaining in the cavity after assembly to damage the rollers and raceways.
Preferably, the two matching end surfaces where the bearing assembly height h is positioned are precisely matched with the external connecting piece, impurities are difficult to enter, the surface is smooth, and the polishing treatment is finished. The tooth surface meshing position of the external teeth 11 can also be subjected to gear grinding processing, so that the surface quality is ensured, and meanwhile, the grinding quantity is required to be controlled, the common normal deviation of the teeth is controlled, and the external teeth 11 can be normally meshed.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the grinding amounts of the outer ring raceway 12, the first inner ring raceway 22 and the second inner ring raceway 32 are recorded respectively, and the diameters of the rollers to be replaced are calculated accurately according to the grinding amounts of the raceways, so that new rollers are selected, and the assembly height h, the play and the size of the mating surface of the repaired bearing are kept consistent with those of the bearing before repair. The increased diameters of the main thrust roller 4 and the auxiliary thrust roller 5 are used for compensating the grinding amount in the axial direction, and the radial roller 6 is used for compensating the grinding amount in the radial direction, so that the bearing assembly height h of the bearing after repair is ensured, the diameter of the outer diameter matching surface 14, the diameter of the first inner ring inner diameter matching surface 21 and the diameter of the second inner ring inner diameter matching surface 31 are kept consistent with those before repair.
Because of the errors in grinding the raceways of the bearing ring, in a preferred embodiment, the diameter of the replaced rollers needs to be 10-20 microns larger than the diameter of the rollers calculated by grinding in order to ensure that the play value is consistent with that before repair, so that the play value of the bearing can be conveniently adjusted.
When the diameter of the roller is larger, the axial and radial play value of the bearing is smaller. By continuing to grind the raceways, the axial radial play value will become progressively larger. And (3) performing secondary grinding on the race of the ferrule according to the play value measured during the fitting process, so as to ensure the play value. The axial play and the radial play are increased by grinding the outer ring raceway 12, the first inner ring raceway 22, and the second inner ring raceway 32 uniformly, thereby ensuring that the play value is kept consistent with the play value of the bearing before repair.
On the basis of the above embodiment, when fitting, the ground outer ring 1, the first inner ring 2 and the second inner ring 3 are assembled, a plurality of new rollers can be uniformly placed between the respective raceways, and then the play value of the bearing, the bearing assembly height h and the assembly face size are measured. In a preferred embodiment, 10-15 new rollers are placed evenly circumferentially between the raceways, thus facilitating measurement of bearing play values, bearing fit height h and fit face size.
In a preferred embodiment, in step S1, the starting moment of the bearing to be repaired is detected, in step S6, the repaired bearing is injected with grease to idle after the assembly is completed, the running condition of the bearing is detected, and the friction moment of the bearing is tested to ensure that the running condition of the repaired bearing is consistent with that of the bearing before the repair.
And (3) putting the bearing ring subjected to final grinding into kerosene for soaking again so as to clean impurities and rust existing on the surface of the bearing ring, wherein the surface of a raceway cannot be adhered with the impurities, then assembling the bearing ring and a selected new roller together, detecting, measuring whether the play value, the bearing assembling height h and the size of an assembling surface of the assembled bearing are consistent with those of the bearing before repair, detecting the rotation precision and the grease injection friction moment of the bearing after the assembly, ensuring that the running condition of the bearing after repair is consistent with that of the bearing before repair, and finally generating a final report to finish repair.

S4, selecting a new roller according to the grinding amount of the raceway, sleeving the bearing ring and the selected roller, and measuring the clearance value, the bearing assembly height and the size of the matching surface, so that the assembly height, the clearance and the size of the matching surface of the bearing are consistent with those of the bearing before repair after the selected new roller is assembled with the ground bearing ring;
