Abstract
The invention relates to a special retroreflection coefficient on-line detection system for a highway traffic sign reflective film production line, which belongs to the technical field of material analysis or test and comprises a hardware system and a software system; the hardware system comprises a retroreflection coefficient detector host, an industrial personal computer (upper computer), a meter, an audible and visual alarm, an RS585 concentrator and a retroreflection coefficient detection device (lower computer). The on-line detection system for the special retroreflection coefficient of the road traffic sign reflecting film production line realizes six-channel detection of the whole retroreflection coefficient through six retroreflection coefficient detection devices, and can carry out real-time six-channel equidistant detection on the traffic sign reflecting film under the cooperation of hardware systems such as a meter, an audible and visual alarm and the like, thereby improving the detection direction and frequency of the reflection coefficient, further improving the detection effect, and judging the grade of the current reflecting film and determining the classification thereof through the cooperation of software systems such as a data reading module, a threshold value setting module, a historical data inquiring module and the like in the detection process.

A threshold setting module: after the threshold setting module finishes setting the retroreflection threshold of the reflecting film with a certain color, the output end of the audible and visual alarm is connected with the input end of the threshold setting module in a signal way, the audible and visual alarm is used for detecting and lifting the threshold setting module, and if the threshold setting module detects and displays yellow, the audible and visual alarm can give out a 3-second flashing alarm;
historical data query module: the query module can query the data of the current database according to the number and the color, and note that the current database only retains the measurement data of the current day; the measurement data of other dates are stored in the folder in the form of exce l l files.
In this embodiment, in the detection process, the grade of the current reflective film can be determined and classified by matching software systems such as the data reading module, the threshold setting module, the historical data query module and the like, and when the retroreflection coefficient does not meet the threshold of the retroreflection coefficient, an audible and visual alarm is performed to improve the automation degree of the detection system, thereby improving the detection efficiency.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
