Abstract
一种制作大孔径滤孔陶瓷滤芯的组合物,其包括硅藻土、消失物、粘剂及水,依选定比例调拌均匀制成陶瓷滤芯,施以500~1300℃高温锻烧成型,消失物为木质粉、塑胶粉或经过高温锻烧会消失的物质粉。利用硅藻土与消失物的粒度大小调整陶瓷滤芯孔的孔径和密度,制成的大孔径滤孔的陶瓷滤芯,其表层阻塞时是可简易刷洗清理以供重复使用,具有更长的使用寿命,其回收处理将不致造成环境污染,符合环保要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷滤芯,是一种制作大孔径滤孔陶瓷滤芯的组合物。
背景技术
众所周知,传统的陶瓷滤芯的滤孔均极细微,并呈高密度分布,因此对于水浊度较高的地区,极容易遭污泥或铁锈等较粗颗粒杂质阻塞,而影响其过滤水量,故通常均于该高密度滤芯的前面再设置一道或一道以上具有较大滤孔的低密度滤芯,利用前置滤芯预先去除水中较粗颗粗杂质、污泥、悬浮物质等,借以保护后置活性碳滤芯、离子交换树脂滤芯或半透膜(RO)滤芯等高密度滤芯,使其不致被较粗颗粗杂质被覆而影响其滤净或吸附等功能。其主要缺陷在于:常用的前置滤芯,其不外乎是由PP塑胶、纤维、毛线等材质构成,故一经阻塞后即必须抛弃,无法再次冲洗以供重复使用,其不仅消耗性大,造成人力物力负担,且由于不符合环保条件,无法在短时间内完成分解,以致在日后均成为环境高污染物质,不符合经济环保要求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种制作大孔径滤孔陶瓷滤芯的组合物,其是由硅藻土、消失物、粘剂及水依选定比例调拌均匀,并施高温锻烧而制成各种陶瓷滤芯,该陶瓷滤芯经过滤使用一段时间后,当滤芯被日益增多的异物、杂质阻塞时,是可借硬刷子或菜瓜布在流动水下清洗其阻塞表层,即可恢复原来水流量,因其可供重复刷洗使用,故具有更高的经济效益及更长的使用寿命,且其主原料为硅藻土,故经过掩埋后即可土壤化,而被完全分解,达到取代高耗、低环保、高成本的传统前置式除污滤芯的目的。
本发明的次要目的在于提供一种制作大孔径滤孔陶瓷滤芯的组合物,其特别是利用硅藻土与消失物的粗度大小,以调整设定陶瓷滤芯孔径的预定孔径和密度,达到依其孔密度的高低以决定所要过滤的物质,制成各种陶瓷滤芯的目的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种制作大孔径滤扎陶瓷滤芯的组合物,其特征在于:主原料为硅藻土,副原料包括消失物、粘剂及水,其各成分的重量份数配比为:硅藻土37-39、消失物6-8、粘剂6-8、水47-49;该消失物为木质粉、塑胶粉或经过高温锻烧会消失的物质粉。
该硅藻土是采用食品级过滤用的硅藻土为主,其主要成分的重量百分含量如下:氧化硅92%、氧化铝1%、氧化铁1.5%、氧化钙0.3%、氧化镁0.3%、氧化钠十氧化钾2.5%、消失物2.4%。该消失物是经过适当研磨及筛选取得其所需的粒度大小,并利用硅藻土与消失物的粒度大小,以调整设定该陶瓷滤芯孔的预定孔径及其密度。
本发明的主要优点是;陶瓷滤芯经过滤使用一段时间后,当滤芯被日益增多的异物、杂质阻塞时,是可借硬刷子或菜瓜布在流动水下清洗其阻塞表层,即可恢复原来水流量,因其可供重复刷洗使用,故具有更高的经济效益及更长的使用寿命,且其主原料为硅藻土,故经过掩埋后即可土壤化,而被完全分解,因此可确保不会造成环境污染,符合环保要求,具有取代高耗、低环保、高成本的传统前置式除污滤芯的功效。
以下配合较佳实施例进一步说明。
具体实施方式
本发明的所为制作大孔径滤孔陶瓷滤芯的组合物,其主要原料为硅藻土,副原料包括消失物(lgloss)、粘剂(CMC)及水,其成分重量配比为:
主原料:硅藻土(diatomaceous earth) 37~39%;
副原料:消失物(lgloss) 6~8%;
粘剂(CMC) 6~8%;
水(Water) 47~49%。
将如上主原料及副原料按比例搅拌混合均匀,通过射出成型、压模成型或模具成型等方式,制成各种陶瓷滤芯胚,再施予高温锻烧,温度在500~1300℃之间,烧结成型本发明的产品。
主原料的硅藻土常采用食品级过滤用的硅藻土为主,其主要成分如下:
氧化硅(SiO2) 92%;
氧化铝(Al2O3) 1%;
氧化铁(Fe2O3) 1.5%;
氧化钙(CaO) 0.3%;
氧化镁(MgO) 0.3%;
氧化钠十氧化钾(Na2O+K2O) 2.5%;
消失物(lgloss) 2.4%;
当然,食品级的硅藻土中也会有少量的其它杂质。上述的消失物(lgloss),是可为木质粉或塑胶粉等,包括经过高温锻烧均会消失的物质均可替代,且该消失物亦可经适当研磨以筛选取得其所需的粒度大小,可利用硅藻土与消失物的粗度大小,以调整设定该陶瓷滤芯孔的预定孔径及其密度,并依其孔密度的高低,以决定所要过滤的物质,非常方便。
综上所述,本发明所提供地制作大孔径滤孔陶瓷滤芯的组合物,依其选定比例调拌均匀,并高温缎烧所制成的各种陶瓷滤芯,其与常用具有细微滤孔的后置式精密陶瓷滤芯相比,显然其材料组合物具有很大区别,且该组合物制成的大孔径滤孔陶瓷滤芯非常适于作为前置滤芯,以供预先去除水中较粗颗粒杂质、污泥、悬浮物质等,尤以本发明具有重复使用及毫无环保忧虑等优越特性,更是传统以P.P塑胶、纤维或毛线等材质构成的前置滤芯所无法相比,故深具产业利用价值。
Claims (3)
1、一种制作大孔径滤孔陶瓷滤芯的组合物,其特征在于:主原料为硅藻土,副原料包括消失物、粘剂及水,其各成分的重量份数配比为:硅藻土37-39、消失物6-8、粘剂6-8、水47-49;该消失物为木质粉、塑胶粉或经过高温锻烧会消失的物质粉。
2、如权利要求1所述的制作大孔径滤孔陶瓷滤芯的组合物,其特征在于:该硅藻土是采用食品级过滤用的硅藻土为主,其主要成分的重量百分含量如下:氧化硅92%、氧化铝1%、氧化铁1.5%、氧化钙0.3%、氧化镁0.3%、氧化钠十氧化钾2.5%、消失物2.4%。
3、如权利要求1所述的制作大孔径滤孔陶瓷滤芯的组合物,其特征在于:该消失物是经过适当研磨及筛选取得其所需的粒度大小,并利用硅藻土与消失物的粒度大小,以调整设定该陶瓷滤芯孔的预定孔径及其密度。
