Abstract

The invention relates to the field of human body surface cleaners, in particular to a high-oil cream facial cleanser. The components of the invention comprise grease, sodium cocoyl isethionate and sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate. The invention is an amino acid facial cleanser with high grease content, has three-in-one effects of skin care, makeup removal/sun protection and facial cleansing, has the characteristics of cream texture and deep cleaning, plays the effect of immediately moistening skin, and does not need to care skin again. The cream has high vegetable oil content, is easy to spread, foams quickly, can deeply remove dirt in pores, protects the water locking layer of skin from being damaged while cleaning the skin, and keeps clean and clear for a long time.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of human body surface cleansers, in particular to a high-oil cream facial cleanser.

Background technique

Facial cleanser is a cleansing cosmetic; it is used to remove dirt from the surface of facial skin, keeping the skin refreshed and comfortable, and helping to maintain the normal physiological functions of the skin.

When cleansing the skin, it removes sebum and stratum corneum fragments and their oxidative decomposition products, or cosmetic residues. These residual metabolites are unstable. When exposed to sunlight or bacteria on the skin, various physical, chemical and biochemical reactions will occur, forming some substances that may harm the skin. Therefore, skin cleansing is also a necessary process for skin care.

The function of facial cleanser is achieved by surfactants. There are four main types of commonly used surfactants, namely: soap base, SLS/SLES, amino acid, and APG. Since there is a certain degree of conflict between cleansing power and mildness, cleansers with strong cleansing power usually cause moisture loss quickly after washing the face, resulting in dryness and peeling. Milder oil-based cleansers feel too greasy on the skin and lack cleansing power.

Summary of the invention

In view of the problems of traditional facial cleansers, the present invention provides a high-oil cream facial cleanser, which is achieved by the following technical solutions:

A composition comprising the following components in parts by mass:

Grease 5-40

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate 2-10

Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate 5-15.

Preferably, the composition further comprises a moisturizer; the mass parts of the moisturizer are 5-25; the moisturizer includes but is not limited to sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, sorbitol, and 1,2-hexanediol.

Preferably, the oil is at least one of animal-derived oil, plant-derived oil, mineral oil, and synthetic oil.

More preferably, the oil is sunflower seed oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, meadowfoam seed oil, etc.

Preferably, the composition further comprises:

Anionic surfactant 2-15

Amphoteric surfactants 3-8.

The anionic surfactants include, but are not limited to, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium cocoyl aminopropionate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, and sodium cocoyl glutamate.

The amphoteric surfactants include, but are not limited to, lauroyl amphoacetic acid, and cocamidopropyl betaine.

The preparation method of the above composition comprises mixing each component with an appropriate amount of water, and then heating, stirring and homogenizing until the components are completely dissolved.

A high-oil cream cleanser comprises any one of the above compositions.

Use of any of the above-mentioned compositions in the preparation of a human body cleaning product, wherein the human body cleaning product is a rinse-off product.

The present invention is a high-oil amino acid facial cleanser with three-in-one effects of skin care, makeup removal/sunscreen and cleansing. It has a cream texture and can instantly moisturize the skin while deep cleansing, without the need for re-skin care. The cream texture has a high content of plant oil, is easy to spread, and foams quickly to deeply remove dirt from the pores. While cleaning the skin, it protects the skin's water-locking layer from damage, keeping it clean and clear for a long time.

The beneficial technical effects of the present invention are embodied in the following aspects:

(1) The present invention uses a specific surfactant system (sodium cocoyl isethionate, sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, etc.) to allow high content (5-40%) of various oils to be encapsulated in a specific micelle structure formed by the surfactant to form a stable system.

(2) The present invention selects mild surfactants and natural plant oils to instantly moisturize the skin, deeply cleansing it while leaving the skin soft and smooth as silk.

(3) The present invention uses a special combination of skin conditioning agents, which has a good moisturizing and emollient effect after cleansing, and is of natural origin, easily degradable and pollution-free.

(4) In the present invention, without adding an emulsifier, the surfactant and a large amount of natural oil form a stable liquid crystal structure, which produces rich and micro-emulsified foam when in contact with water, cleansing and moisturizing the skin.

(5) A large amount of water-soluble active ingredients or oil-soluble active ingredients can be added to the formula of the present invention, thereby expanding the efficacy of the product and the flexibility of the formula.

Preparation:

Turn on the heating, add water, moisturizer, pH regulator, emollient, and surfactant while stirring until completely dissolved, add oil and keep stirring at high speed until the system is uniform.

In Table 2, “-” means no addition; the unit is part by mass.

The difference between Comparative Example 6 and Example 3 is that there is no sodium cocoyl isethionate.

The difference between Comparative Example 7 and Example 3 is that no sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate was used.

The difference between Comparative Example 8 and Example 3 is that sodium cocoamidopropionate and lauramidopropyl hydroxysulfobetaine are not used.

The difference between Comparative Example 9 and Example 3 is that potassium cocoyl glycinate is not used.

The difference between Comparative Example 10 and Example 3 is that excessive grease was used.

Performance Testing:

(1) Patch test

With reference to the 2015 Technical Specifications for Safety of Cosmetics, the compositions of Examples 1-5 were evaluated for cosmetic irritation. The test method was a skin patch test, and 60 randomly distributed people aged 16-65 were tested.

Test method: Put the test substance into the patch tester, the dosage is 0.02-0.025ml, cover the patch tester with the test substance on the back or forearm of the subject with non-irritating cloth-based tape, and gently press it with the palm to make it evenly adhere to the skin surface for 24 hours. After removing the test patch tester, observe the skin reaction 30 minutes after the indentation disappears. If the result is negative, observe again 24 hours and 48 hours after the patch test.

Grade 0: negative reaction;

Grade 1: Suspicious reaction, only slight erythema;

Grade 2: weak positive reaction, erythema, infiltration, edema, and papules may be present;

Grade 3: Strong positive reaction, erythema, infiltration, edema, papules, and the reaction may extend beyond the test area;

Grade 4: Very strong positive reaction, obvious erythema, severe infiltration, edema, confluent herpes, and reaction beyond the test area.

Test results: Skin reactions were negative in all subjects.

The above test results show that the compositions of Examples 1-5 are mild and non-irritating to the skin and safe to use.

(2) Foaming test

The foam increasing and stabilizing properties of the products of the examples and comparative examples were tested using a Roche foam meter. The testing method was based on GB/T 7462-1994. The foam heights at 30 seconds and 15 minutes were recorded, respectively. The results are shown in Table 3.

According to the comparison between Example 3 and Comparative Examples 6, 7, 8 and 9, when the surfactant combination of the present invention lacks any one component, the foaming amount and the foam durability will be reduced accordingly.

According to the comparison between Example 3 and Comparative Example 10, it can be seen that the present invention can carry a large amount of grease, but has a higher upper limit.

(3) Moisturizing ability test

The facial cleansers prepared in the examples and comparative examples were used as comparison objects, and Corneometer CM825 was used to measure the capacitance of the stratum corneum before and after use to measure the change in the water content of the stratum corneum.

There were 30 subjects in total, including 15 females and 15 males, aged 20-40 years old, with an average age of 28 years old. The subjects washed their forearms and sat quietly for 30 minutes in a set humidity environment. A 3×3 cm ² square experimental area was selected from each of the left and right forearms of the subjects, and the left arm was used as the test area for the facial cleansing milk of the embodiment and the comparative example, and the symmetrical area of the right arm was used as a blank control. The moisture content of each experimental part was detected by Corneometer CM825, and the test was repeated 5 times to obtain the average value for recording.

The formula for calculating skin hydration rate is:

According to the comparison between Example 3 and Comparative Examples 6, 7, 8 and 9, it can be seen that when the surfactant combination of the present invention lacks any one component, its moisturizing ability is reduced to a certain extent.

Although Comparative Example 10 has the best moisturizing performance, this is caused by a large amount of oil. The test subjects reported that the sample of Comparative Example 10 was relatively sticky and uncomfortable to the skin.

The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the oil is at least one of animal-derived oil, plant-derived oil, mineral oil, and synthetic oil. 4. The composition according to claim 1, further comprising: Anionic surfactant 2-15 Amphoteric surfactants 3-8. 5. The composition according to claim 4, characterized in that the anionic surfactant comprises at least one of the following: sodium laureth sulfate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium cocoyl aminopropionate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, sodium cocoyl glutamate. 6. The composition according to claim 4, characterized in that the amphoteric surfactant comprises at least one of the following: lauroyl amphoacetic acid, cocoyl amphopropyl betaine. 7. A method for preparing the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that each component is mixed with an appropriate amount of water, and then heated, stirred and homogenized until completely dissolved. 8. A high-oil cream cleanser, characterized by comprising the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7. 9. Use of the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6 in the preparation of a human body cleaning product, characterized in that the human body cleaning product is a rinse-off product.
