The working principle and the using flow of the invention are as follows: when the plastic injection molding machine is used, solid plastic raw materials are poured into a hopper in a raw material extrusion mechanism 11, the raw material extrusion mechanism 11 is powered on, a heating module in the raw material extrusion mechanism 11 works normally, so that the solid plastic raw materials are melted into liquid plastic, the melted liquid plastic is extruded into a die holder 24 from an injection molding pipe, the liquid plastic is gradually solidified and cooled to be molded, after a plastic part in the die holder 24 is cooled and molded, the extension of the piston end of a hydraulic rod 22 is controlled, so that a top frame 23 connected with the piston end of the hydraulic rod 22 moves upwards, the top frame 23 slides on the surface of a wedge block 210, and meanwhile, the two die holders 24 can be pushed to move to two sides on the surface of the frame 1, so that the molded plastic part is exposed, and the die opening action is conveniently completed;
simultaneously, the T-shaped slide bar 26, the fixed guide block 25 and the first spring 27 are matched, so that when the two die holders 24 move to two sides on the surface of the frame 1 in the die opening process, the die holders 24 can slide on the surface of the T-shaped slide bar 26 through the fixed guide block 25 to conduct moving guiding, the stability of the die holders 24 in the die opening process is ensured, meanwhile, the hydraulic rod 22 is contracted in the die closing process, and the first spring 27 is matched, so that the two die holders 24 can be quickly closed after the molded plastic part is taken out;
the fixed support plate 28 and the model top plate 29 are matched, so that when the two die holders 24 move to two sides during die opening, the model top plate 29 is in a relatively static state, the molded plastic part is conveniently and completely exposed, the follow-up demolding operation of the molded plastic part is convenient, and the molding of the plastic part is convenient;
when the two die holders 24 move to two sides to open the die, the toothed plate 38 fixed on the side surface of the die holder 24 can move along with the toothed plate, the transmission rod 36 of the first gear 37 meshed on the surface of the toothed plate 38 can be driven to rotate together with the winding roller 33, so that the stay cord 313 encircling the surface of the winding roller 33 is released, at the moment, the T-shaped ejector rod 311 connected with one end of the stay cord 313 and slidingly connected in the fixed sliding seat 31 can slide out to one side under the elastic force of the second spring 35, and the top plate 312 arranged at one end of the T-shaped ejector rod 311 is pushed to slide to the side close to the die holder 24, and the molded plastic part between the two die top plates 29 is pushed out, so that the molded plastic part can be ejected smoothly and rapidly, braking blanking is realized, and the molding process of the plastic part is improved;
when the mold is closed, the winding roller 33 reversely rotates to wind the stay wire 313, so that the stay wire 313 pulls the T-shaped ejector rod 311 to slide into the fixed sliding seat 31, the second spring 35 is compressed, and preparation is made for the next demolding operation;
during production, cooling liquid can be injected into the refrigerating box 41, a refrigerating device of the refrigerating box 41 is started, the cooling liquid in the refrigerating box 41 is refrigerated, the submersible pump 42 is started to pump out the cooling liquid, cooling is carried out on plastic parts between the model top plates 29 and the two model top plates 29 through the refrigerating circulation pipeline 43 which is arranged in a serpentine manner, the cooling duration of the plastic parts between the model top plates 29 and the two model top plates 29 can be prolonged through the refrigerating circulation pipeline 43 which is arranged in the serpentine manner, the plastic parts can be conveniently and timely cooled and molded, the plastic parts are prevented from being adhered to the surface of the die holder 24, the automatic demolding of the plastic molding machine is conveniently matched, the molding efficiency and the molding product quality of the plastic parts are improved, and the rapid molding of the plastic parts is facilitated;
meanwhile, in the process of die opening, the first rack 46 connected to one side of the die holder 24 can follow the moving roller, and the second rack 49 is reversely moved to push the piston plate 45 which is slidably connected in the cavity of the die holder 24 to move to one side under the action of the second gear 48, and cold air which enters the cavity of the die holder 24 through the one-way air inlet pipe 44 is extruded, so that the air is blown out to one side of the die top plate 29 through the one-way air inlet hole 412, the die top plate 29 is cooled, and the cooling effect on the die top plate 29 and plastic parts between the two die top plates 29 is improved, so that the molding speed is improved;
the air blown to one side of the mold top 29 during mold closing can be discharged from the air discharge hole 413, and the air in the refrigeration case 41 can be drawn into the cavity of the mold base 24 through the unidirectional air intake pipe 44 when the piston plate 45 moves in the reverse direction, so as to prepare for the cooling of the next side.
It should be noted that: the surface of the refrigeration case 41 is provided with a one-way air valve for introducing air into the refrigeration case 41.
