The cleaner is a very conventional floor cleaning tool, but the cleaner is very noisy and uncomfortable. And the cleaning mode of the garbage is just to suck the garbage into the garbage box.
Broom, mop, floor brush are of the type of cleaning tools that generally have a fixed cleaning section with a cleaning capacity that is determined by the dirt removal and suction capacity of the cleaning section. Since the cleaning portion is contaminated upon contact with the soiled floor, the cleaning ability is gradually reduced during the subsequent cleaning process, and particularly when the cleaning is continuously performed over a large area, thorough cleaning is not possible. Therefore, the cleaning products must be rinsed frequently, which is very troublesome.
For Chinese consumers, the sweeping and mopping are necessary, and the thorough cleaning of the floor can not be realized only by sweeping or mopping. However, these existing mopping machines require either constant washing or a complex structure, which is costly and prohibitive for the average consumer. Moreover, existing floor cleaning tools can either only clean dry waste (brooms or cleaners, etc.), or can only be used to clean liquid waste (mops, floor wipes, etc.). It is either particularly poor or laborious (e.g. rag, need to be washed several times) for cleaning dry and wet mixed waste, especially sticky waste (e.g. syrup, tomato paste, etc.), so to speak.

As shown in fig. 5C and 5D, the transfer filter house 160 may be a circular cylinder structure with a filter screen and removable from the side of the cleaning head. The water tank 196 is provided at a side of the cleaner head casing, and is sealed by the cover plate 195 to form a chamber, thereby forming a sewage line. The sewage squeezed out of the first drum is collected to the transfer filter house 160 through the water tank 196. The transfer filter house 160 may include a cylindrical house body 161, a sealing cover 162, a filter screen 163, a sewage inlet 164, and a sewage outlet 165. Sewage in the sump 196 enters the transfer filter house 160 through the sewage inlet port 164. The filter screen 163 can make large garbage intensively intercepted when passing, so that centralized treatment is facilitated. After the sewage is filtered by the filter screen 163, the sewage in the transit filter bin 160 can be pumped out by negative pressure pumping, so that the risk of blockage of the waterway pipeline is reduced. The sealing cover 162 adopts a spiral cover type sealing to firmly seal the transit filtering bin 160, so that sewage leakage is avoided.
It should be further noted that the filter screen for filtering sewage may be disposed in the water tank structure, or may be disposed in the transit filtering bin, which is not limited in this application. In order to avoid the blockage of the sewage channel by fine garbage, the filter screen needs to be taken out periodically for cleaning. The filter screen arrangement shown in the embodiment of fig. 5D can enable the user to conveniently take out the filter screen from the rear side of the cleaning head for cleaning, thereby greatly improving convenience.
FIG. 6A shows a first schematic view of a cleaning head waterway in accordance with a first example embodiment of the present application; fig. 6B shows a second schematic view of a cleaning head waterway according to a first example embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6A, 6B, the cleaning head provided herein further includes a dirty water outlet 161 and a clean water inlet 197. The clean water inlet 197 is provided on the housing of the cleaning head, and delivers clean water to the first drum through the clean water channel 198 provided on the housing. The sewage outlet 161 is arranged on the shell and connected with the transit filtering bin 160, or can be arranged on the transit filtering bin 160, and the filtered sewage in the transit filtering bin 160 is discharged out of the cleaning head. A cover plate can also be arranged outside the clear water channel 198 and is in sealing connection with the clear water channel 198 to form a cavity. The fresh water may be transported through the cavity to the first drum.
Figure 7A illustrates a perspective view of a cleaning head according to a second example embodiment of the present application; figure 7B illustrates a front view of a cleaning head according to a second example embodiment of the present application; figure 7C illustrates a cross-sectional view of a cleaning head according to a second example embodiment of the present application.
There is also provided a self-cleaning head 101 according to a second embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7A, 7B, 7C. The overall structure of the cleaning head 101 is similar to that of the cleaning head 100 in the first embodiment, and the details thereof are not repeated. The difference is that the waste bin 152 in the cleaning head 101 is disposed below the second drum 140, as shown in fig. 7C. The debris box 152 is shaped like a U-shaped rail and can be removed from the sides of the cleaning head 101. Under normal use conditions, the second drum 140 would normally need to be removed for cleaning for a period of about 1 month, and the waste bin 152 would need to be removed for cleaning for a period of about 1 week. The garbage box 152 is arranged below the second roller 140 and taken out from the side, so that the garbage box 152 and the second roller 140 can be taken out independently for cleaning, and the garbage box and the second roller are not mutually influenced.
The trash can 152 is a main body of the trash can because it is disposed under the second drum 140, and a cover plate is not required for sealing. In addition, the provision of the debris box below the drum reduces the size of the cleaning head 101 in the direction from the front wheel 181 to the rear wheel 182. Thus, the cleaning head 101 is more compact. In the cleaning head 101, the upper case 191 entirely covers the first and second drums 110 and 140 and is openable in a direction from the front wheel 181 to the rear wheel 182.
