Background
In an aeroengine fuel control system, a fuel filter module is an important component, so that the fuel filter device is required to be frequently detached, inspected and cleaned in order to avoid fuel filter blockage in the working process of the engine fuel control system, the detachment and cleaning time of the fuel filter device is shortened, the working efficiency of a product is improved, and the design of the fuel filter module becomes important research content. The existing fuel oil filtering device usually adopts a single-stage filtering or multi-stage separation filtering mode, and engineering practical results show that when the number of the filtering devices is increased in multi-stage separation filtering, the blocking situation is also increased, and the working efficiency of products is seriously influenced by the time spent for disassembly and cleaning.

The right ends of the crude oil filter 1 and the shell 3 are sealed by a sealing ring.
The left end of the fine oil filter 2 is sealed with the shell 3 through a sealing ring.
The part of the right end of the fine oil filter 2 inserted into the coarse oil filter 1 is sealed by a sealing ring.
The filter screen area of the fine oil filter 2 is larger than that of the coarse oil filter 1.
The filter screen of the fine oil filter 2 is welded on the fine oil filter 2.
The filter screen of the crude oil filter 1 is welded on the crude oil filter 1.
An automatic flushing type integrated fuel filtering method comprises the following steps:
when the product works normally, fuel oil from the gear pump passes through the oil inlet hole and is filtered by the coarse oil filter 1, then enters the cavity in the center of the shell 3, the fuel oil is divided into 2 paths, the 1 st path is filtered by the filter screen of the fine oil filter 2 and then enters the servo control loop by the servo fuel oil device; the 2 nd path of fuel oil and impurities attached to the outer side of the filter screen of the fine oil filter 2 enter the combustion chamber through the oil outlet for combustion.
The beneficial effects of this application lie in: the invention adopts a combination device of coarse oil filtration and fine oil filtration, and has the innovation points that:
1. the multistage filtration adopts a combined matching mode, is different from the traditional multistage separation filtration, and has more compact structure and material saving.
2. The fine oil filter has a self-flushing function, saves equipment disassembly and cleaning time, and improves the reliability of the fuel oil filter and the working efficiency of products.

An automatic flushing type integrated fuel filter combination device, as shown in fig. 1, comprises:
the oil filter comprises a coarse oil filter 1, a fine oil filter 2 and a shell 3, wherein the center of the shell 3 is a cavity, the right end of the cavity of the shell 3 is provided with internal threads, the left end of the cavity of the shell 3 is provided with an oil path hole, and the side wall of the shell 3 is provided with an oil outlet and an oil inlet which are communicated with the cavity; the right side in the cavity of the shell 3 is in threaded connection with a crude oil filter 1 which is used for filtering larger pollutants generated by abrasion of a gear pump, carrying out primary filtration on pressurized fuel oil and ensuring the cleaning of fuel oil supplied to a metering valve, a differential pressure valve and a minimum pressure parking valve; the fine oil filter 2 is inserted into the left side of the cavity of the shell 3, and secondary filtration is carried out on the fuel oil after primary filtration, so that the high cleanness of the fuel oil of the servo system is ensured, and the self-flushing function is realized; the left end of the crude oil filter 1 is provided with an inner hole, the right end of the fine oil filter 2 is inserted into the inner hole of the crude oil filter 1, the filter screen of the crude oil filter 1 is opposite to the oil inlet hole of the shell 3, and the filter screen of the fine oil filter 2 is opposite to the oil outlet hole of the shell 3.
The right ends of the crude oil filter 1 and the shell 3 are sealed by a sealing ring.
The left end of the fine oil filter 2 is sealed with the shell 3 through a sealing ring.
The part of the right end of the fine oil filter 2 inserted into the coarse oil filter 1 is sealed by a sealing ring.
The filter screen area of the fine oil filter 2 is larger than that of the coarse oil filter 1.
The filter screen of the fine oil filter 2 is welded on the fine oil filter 2.
The filter screen of the crude oil filter 1 is welded on the crude oil filter 1.
As shown in figure 1, when the product works normally, fuel from a gear pump passes through an oil inlet of a shell 3, is filtered by a coarse oil filter 1 and enters a cavity in the center of the shell 3, the initially filtered fuel is divided into 2 paths, and the 1 st path is filtered by a filter screen of a fine oil filter 2 and enters a servo control loop by a servo fuel device; when the 1 st path of fuel is filtered by the fine oil filter 2 filter screen, impurities can be attached to the outer wall of the fine oil filter 2 filter screen, and when the 2 nd path of fuel passes through the central cavity of the shell 3, the impurities attached to the outer side of the fine oil filter 2 filter screen enter the combustion chamber through the oil outlet for combustion.
