本发明提供了一种除草组合物及其在大豆田杂草防治中的应用,属于农药除草剂领域。该除草组合物包括有效成分和农药制剂辅助成分,其中有效成分仅由嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松组成,不包含任何其他组分。该除草组合物有效成分持效期长,一次用药,药效可达作物整个生育期;用药时间灵活,扩大了除草范围,对稗草、狗尾草、金狗尾草、马唐等禾本杂草以及鸭跖草、茴麻、铁苋菜、大蓟和藜属等阔叶杂草有很好的防效;并且增效作用明显,有效成分的田间用量下降,降低了生产和使用成本,减少农药残留和环境污染,安全性高,环境相容性很好。

本发明属于农药除草剂领域,特别涉及一种除草组合物及其在大豆田杂草防治中的应用。
背景技术
嗪草酸甲酯是触杀性茎叶处理除草剂,是日本组合化学公司开发的玉米、大豆田除草剂。嗪草酸甲酯属于原卟啉原氧化酶类抑制剂,在敏感杂草叶面作用迅速。引起原卟啉原积累,使细胞质过氧化作用加强,从而导致敏感杂草的细胞膜结构和细胞功能不可逆损害,在光条件下,24~48h叶面出现枯斑症状,其活性高、作用速度快。
异噁草松是富美实公司开发的有机杂环噁唑烷类苗前选择性除草剂,主要用于防除大豆、油菜、花生、玉米等作物田一年生禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草。用药时间非常灵活,可用于苗前土壤封闭或苗后茎叶,作用机理是抑制光合作用,抑制敏感植物的双萜(异戊二烯)化合物合成,阻碍胡萝卜素和叶绿素的生物合成,造成叶片失绿、白化,使杂草在短期内死亡。
在农业生产的实际过程中,施用化学药剂是防治植物病虫草害最为有效的手段,但通过化学防治杂草最容易产生的问题是杂草抗药性的产生。而且长期连续高剂量地施用单一的化学除草剂,容易造成药剂的残留、环境污染等一系列问题合理的化学除草剂的复配或混配具有扩大除草谱,提高防治效果、延长施药适期、减少用药量、降低药害、减少残留、延缓杂草抗药性的发生与发展等积极特点,除草剂复配或混配是解决上述问题的最为有效的方法之一。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种除草组合物及其在大豆田杂草防治中的应用,该组合物对大豆田中禾本杂草和阔叶杂草有突出防治效果,组合使用可减少各有效成分的施用剂量,降低成本、减少污染。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种除草组合物,包括有效成分和农药制剂辅助成分,其中有效成分仅由嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松组成,不包含任何其他组分。
作为优选,所述有效成分中嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松的质量比为50:1~1:50,优选为1:1~1:10。
作为优选,所述除草组合物中有效成分的重量百分含量为6%~77%。
作为优选,所述辅助成分包括载体和助剂,所述载体为水、溶剂和填料中的至少一种,所述助剂包括至少一种表面活性剂,为常见的非离子表面活性剂或阴离子表面活性剂的单剂或复配制剂。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂包括乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂和渗透剂中的至少一种;根据不同的使用场合和需求,还可以包括防冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、崩解剂和消泡剂中的至少一种。

所述崩解剂选自膨润土、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铝、低取代羟丙基纤维素、乳糖、柠檬酸、丁二酸或碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
所述消泡剂选自硅油、硅酮类化合物S930、C10~C20饱和脂肪酸类化合物或C8~C10脂肪醇类化合物中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
可以理解的是,本发明所使用的嗪草酸甲酯、异噁草松以及上述表面活性剂等组分均可以通过各种商业渠道购得。
作为优选,所述除草组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、乳油、微乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、水悬浮剂或水分散粒剂。
本发明还提供了一种根据上述任一项技术方案所述的除草组合物在大豆田杂草防治中的应用。
作为优选,所述大豆田杂草选自包括稗草、狗尾草、金狗尾草、马唐的禾本杂草以及包括鸭跖草、茴麻、铁苋菜、大蓟和藜属的阔叶杂草中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了一种根据上述任一项技术方案所述的除草组合物在大豆田杂草茴麻防治中的应用。
作为优选,所述除草组合物中的有效成分仅由嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松组成,不包含任何其他组分,其质量比为1:1~1:10。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于:
1、本发明除草组合物最突出的特点是持效期长,一次用药,药效可达作物整个生育期;用药时间灵活,扩大了除草范围,对稗草、狗尾草、金狗尾草、马唐等禾本杂草以及鸭跖草、茴麻、铁苋菜、大蓟和藜属等阔叶杂草有很好的防效。
2、本发明由两种不同作用位点的有效成分构成,作用位点增加,有利于克服和延缓杂草抗药性的产生,药效大幅提高。
3、防治药效高,持效期长,抗性风险小。
4、本发明增效作用明显,有效成分的田间用量下降,降低了生产和使用成本,减少农药残留和环境污染,安全性高,环境相容性很好。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
1、可湿性粉剂
制备方法:将有效成分嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后再混合制得可湿性粉剂。主要设备有混合机、气流粉碎机。
实施例1:(77%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松可湿性粉剂)50:1
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,75%;异噁草松,1.5%;润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠,3%;分散剂木质素磺酸钙,8%;填料白炭黑,8%,填料高岭土,余量。
实施例2:(62%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松可湿性粉剂)30:1
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,60%;异噁草松,2%;润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠,3%;分散剂木质素磺酸钙,8%;填料白炭黑,10%,填料高岭土,余量。
实施例3:(63%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松可湿性粉剂)20:1
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,60%;异噁草松3%;润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠,4%;分散剂木质素磺酸钙,10%;填料白炭黑,10%,填料高岭土,余量。
2、乳油
制备方法:按实施例配方比例将有效成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,在搅拌混合釜中搅拌混合均匀即可。搅拌混合釜可选用搪瓷反应釜、不锈钢搅拌釜等。
实施例4:(11%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松乳油)10:1
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,10%;异噁草松,1%;乳化剂选用农乳500#,4%和农乳OP-10#,5%;溶剂选用乙酸乙酯,5%;环己酮,20%;二甲苯,余量。
3、微乳剂
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将有效成分嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松用溶剂及助溶剂完全溶解,然后再加入其它助剂,混合均匀,最后加入水,充分搅拌后,即可制得本发明除草组合物微乳剂制剂。
实施例5:(6%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松微乳剂)5:1
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,5%;异噁草松,1%;乙醇,8%;S150#,10%;乳化剂500#,10%;乳化剂604#,8%;防冻剂丙二醇;3%;水,余量。
4、可分散油悬浮剂
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分嗪草酸甲酯与异噁草松、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加油混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得产品。主要设备是配料釜、胶体磨或匀质混合机、砂磨机。
实施例6:(20%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松可分散油悬浮剂)1:1
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,10%;异噁草松,10%;油分散剂聚羧酸盐,2%,乳化剂选用复配非离子乳化剂HY8365,18%;增稠剂选用有机膨润土,1%;油酸甲酯,余量。
实施例7:(30%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松可分散油悬浮剂)1:5
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,5%;异噁草松,25%;油分散剂聚羧酸盐,2%;乳化剂选用复配非离子乳化剂HY8365,18%;增稠剂选用有机膨润土,用量为0.5%;油酸甲酯,余量。
5、水悬浮剂
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分嗪草酸甲酯与异噁草松、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得产品。主要设备是配料釜、胶体磨或匀质混合机、砂磨机。
实施例8:(22%砜吡草唑·二氯异噁草酮水悬浮剂)1:10
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,2%;异噁草松,20%;乳化剂农乳NP-10,3%;BY-125,2%;分散剂聚羧酸盐,5%;增稠剂选用黄原胶和硅酸镁铝,用量分别为0.08%和0.8%;防冻剂丙二醇,3%;消泡剂硅酮类化合物S930,0.2%;水,余量。
实施例9:(21%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松水悬浮剂)1:20
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,1%;异噁草松,20%;乳化剂农乳NP-10,3%;分散剂聚羧酸盐,5%;增稠剂选用黄原胶和硅酸镁铝,用量分别为0.08%和0.8%;防冻剂丙二醇,3%;消泡剂硅酮类化合物S930,0.2%;水,余量。
6、水分散粒剂
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将有效成分嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得产品。主要设备有混合机、气流粉碎机、捏合机、挤压造粒机,烘房或流化床干燥,或沸腾造粒机、筛分机。
实施例10:(62%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松水分散粒剂)1:30
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,2%;异噁草松,60%;润湿剂十二烷苯磺酸钠,3%;分散剂烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物,8%;填料凹凸棒土,余量。
实施例11:(61.5%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松水分散粒剂)1:40
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,1.5%;异噁草松,60%;润湿剂十二烷苯磺酸钠,3%;分散剂烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物,8%;填料凹凸棒土,余量。
实施例12:(76.5%嗪草酸甲酯·异噁草松水分散粒剂)1:50
配方:嗪草酸甲酯,1.5%;异噁草松,75%;润湿剂十二烷苯磺酸钠,3%;分散剂烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物,5%;填料凹凸棒土,余量。
室内联合毒理生物测定:
1、嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松的室内毒理生物测定
1.1供试药剂
99%嗪草酸甲酯原药96%二氯异噁草酮原药
1.2供试靶标
稗草、鸭跖草
1.3实验方法
通过室内生测,以稗草、鸭跖草为作为生测对象,选用未施用过除草剂的土壤,pH=6.8,将土壤风干过筛后,定量装入直径32cm,深20cm的塑料钵中。采用茎叶喷雾法,参照NY/T1155.4-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第4部分。将供试靶标杂草种子30粒播种在塑料钵中,盖1cm厚的细土,放在可控温室内培养,温室内白天温度(25±2)℃,晚上(20±2)℃,光照周期16D/8L,光照强度1400μmol/(m2·s),相对湿度(70±5)%。待杂草长至2~5叶期进行茎叶喷雾处理,每钵喷药液1mL,每处理重复4次,并设不含药剂的处理为对照。处理后试材继续放置可控温室培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,15d后测定株鲜重,以鲜重抑制率评价药剂对靶标杂草的毒力作用。
空白对照液:1mL DMF加400mL 0.1% TWEEN 80乳化剂的水。
鲜重抑制率P(%)=[(对照鲜重-处理鲜重)/对照鲜重]×100%
1.4数据统计与分析
联合作用评价方法:采用DPS软件分析,计算毒力方程,LC50值(mg/L)和共毒系数。
以药剂浓度(mg/L)的对数值为自变量x,以鲜重抑制率的几率值为因变量y,分别建立毒力回归方程式,采用DPS软件计算单剂及各配比的LC50,按照孙云沛方法计算毒力指数及共毒系数(CTC)。计算公式如下:(以嗪草酸甲酯为标准药剂,其毒力指数为100):
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂LC50/供试药剂LC50)×100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=∑(某有效成分的毒力指数ATI×在混剂中该有效成分的百分含量)
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100
CTC大于120时为增效作用,小于80时为拮抗作用,80~120时为相加作用。

由表1可以看出,嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松比例在50:1~1:50之内时,CTC数值都大于100,表现为协同增效作用,其中在嗪草酸甲酯:异噁草松为1:1~1:20时,共毒系数>160,增效作用最好。

由表2可以看出,嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松比例在50:1~1:50之内时,CTC数值都大于100,表现为协同增效作用,其中在嗪草酸甲酯:异噁草松为10:1~1:10时,共毒系数>160,增效作用最好。
由表1和2得出,嗪草酸甲酯:异噁草松在50:1~1:50时,其共毒系数均大于100,说明嗪草酸甲酯:异噁草松复配对大豆田杂草表现为协同增效作用,在嗪草酸甲酯:异噁草松为1:1~1:10(质量比)时,增效作用最明显,共毒系数达到最高的数值。
田间药效验证:
为了进一步证明嗪草酸甲酯:异噁草松复配在大田使用时,对防治大豆田杂草具有增效作用,采用了田间药效试验的方法。
2.1试验方法
实验大豆田杂草主要有稗草、马唐、大蓟、茴麻等。使用药剂为实施例1、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、12,对照药剂为5%嗪草酸甲酯EC,48%异噁草松SC。

本田间药效试验设实施药剂处理组、单剂药剂处理组、清水对照组等共12个处理,各试验小区面积为50m2,每处理4个重复,亩施药量相同,小区随机排列,每个小区之间以及试验田周围都设有0.5m保护行。使用工农-16型手动喷雾器进行常规喷雾,在杂草2-5叶期,进行喷雾,清水为对照,施药24h内未降雨,试验期间无特殊恶劣天气,田间常规化管理。施药后15d及30d,各调查1次,共2次。
试验于药后3、7、15、30d目测小麦的生长情况,观察是否有发生药害。分别于药后15d和30d调查杂草防效,试验按《农药田间药效试验准则》GB/T17980.30-2000进行。调查方法为每小区对角线取样四点,每点0.25m2,记录杂草株数。防效计算方法如下:

根据表3、表4数据得知,所试验的实施例在大豆田防除效果上,要明显高于嗪草酸甲酯单剂和异噁草松单剂,按照一定比例复配后,实施例药剂的平均株防效可达到90%以上,表明嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松复配后可以达到协同增效的效果。并且在大田试验中,作物的生长状况没有受到影响,生物安全性高,环境相容性好。进一步可见,实施例6、7、8的平均株防效要明显高于其他比例药剂的数值,30d后均达到97%以上,说明在嗪草酸甲酯:异噁草松(质量比)=1:1~1:10时效果最好,尤其是对于茴麻而言,其防效效果更为突出。
Claims (10)
1.除草组合物,其特征在于,包括有效成分和农药制剂辅助成分,其中有效成分仅由嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松组成,不包含任何其他组分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述有效成分中嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松的质量比为50:1~1:50,优选为1:1~1:10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物中有效成分的重量百分含量为6%~77%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述辅助成分包括载体和助剂,所述载体为水、溶剂和填料中的至少一种,所述助剂包括至少一种表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂和渗透剂中的至少一种;所述助剂还包括防冻剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、崩解剂和消泡剂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、乳油、微乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、水悬浮剂或水分散粒剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的除草组合物在大豆田杂草防治中的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述大豆田杂草选自包括稗草、狗尾草、金狗尾草、马唐的禾本杂草以及包括鸭跖草、茴麻、铁苋菜、大蓟和藜属的阔叶杂草中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的除草组合物在大豆田杂草茴麻防治中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述除草组合物中的有效成分仅由嗪草酸甲酯和异噁草松组成,不包含任何其他组分,其质量比为1:1~1:10。
