A production process of a disinfection wet tissue comprises the following steps:
A. placing the cloth with the outer package on an automatic cloth feeding and discharging assembly 13 of the dust-free protection room 11;
B. the package tearing assembly 9 is matched with the cutting assembly 10 to remove the outer package;
C. the automatic cloth feeding and discharging assembly 13 feeds the cloth to the cloth feeding assembly 15 lacking the cloth, and the new cloth and the old cloth are stitched through the stitching assembly 14 and then are continuously conveyed;
D. treating immersion liquid;
E. confirming the identification strip by a recognizer on the cutting device 4 and cutting off a part on the identification strip;
F. packaging, boxing and stacking are performed.
The automatic replacement is convenient and quick without stopping, and the automatic replacement is more sanitary without manual contact.

A disinfection wet tissue production facility which characterized in that: the automatic cloth feeding device comprises a cloth feeding device, a folding device, a dipping device, a cutting device, a bagging device, a cover attaching device, a boxing device and a stacking device which are sequentially arranged, wherein the cloth feeding device comprises a dust-free protection room, a stock guiding and conveying frame, an automatic cloth feeding and discharging component, a sewing component and a plurality of cloth feeding components, the dust-free protection room is arranged at the input part of the folding device, the stock guiding and conveying frame, the automatic cloth feeding and discharging component, the sewing component and the plurality of cloth feeding components are all arranged in the dust-free protection room, the cloth feeding components are arranged at equal intervals along the width of the stock guiding and conveying frame, the dust-free protection room is provided with an inlet and an outlet, the automatic cloth feeding and discharging component is arranged in a plurality of cloth feeding components and the inlet and outlet, and the sewing component is positioned at the top of the dust-free protection room and is arranged between the stock guiding and conveying frame and the cloth feeding components;
the automatic cloth feeding and discharging assembly comprises a movable base, a translation driver, a lifter and a placement frame, wherein guide rails are arranged on the storage guide transmission frame, branch rails are respectively arranged between adjacent cloth feeding assemblies on the guide rails, guide blocks matched with the guide rails are arranged at the bottom of the movable base, the movable base is movably arranged along the guide rails and the branch rails, the translation driver is arranged on the movable base, the lifter is arranged on the movable end of the translation driver, and the placement frame is arranged on the lifting end of the lifter;

the cloth feeding assembly comprises a fixing frame, a swinging rod and a swinging driver, wherein the swinging rod is rotatably arranged on the fixing frame, the swinging driver is arranged on the fixing frame and is in driving connection with the swinging rod, and a rolling sleeve is arranged on the swinging rod;
the automatic cloth assembly of going up and down in the dustless guard house corresponds the both sides and installs the packing respectively and tear the subassembly, and installs the cutting assembly in automatic cloth assembly top about.

B. the package tearing assembly is matched with the cutting assembly to remove the outer package;
C. the automatic cloth feeding and discharging assembly feeds the cloth to the cloth feeding assembly lacking the cloth, and the new cloth and the old cloth are stitched through the stitching assembly and then are continuously transmitted;
D. treating immersion liquid;
E. confirming the identification strip through a recognizer on the cutting equipment, and cutting off a part on the identification strip;
F. packaging, boxing and stacking are performed.
