In this embodiment, according to the baking curve, when the weight of the material is baked to a difference from the target weight not greater than the set weight, the host computer 300 slowly reduces the moisture in the material by controlling the heat pump part to lower the temperature of the baking chamber, and slowly reduces the weight of the material to the target weight.

at least one heat pump section and at least one server section, said at least one heat pump section being remotely communicatively connected to said at least one server section; and a controller 50 including a memory 520 and a processor 510, wherein the memory 520 stores a machine executable program 41, and the machine executable program 41 implements the control method of any one of the above when executed by the processor 510.
The heat pump drying equipment comprises a plurality of heat pumps and a server part 100, wherein the heat pumps are connected with the server part 100 in a remote communication way, and the heat pump drying equipment also comprises a controller 50 for controlling the baking process of the baking room according to a baking curve, a weight detection part 200, a humidity detection part and a temperature monitoring part in the baking room, wherein the temperature of the baking room is regulated by the heat pumps, and the temperature is displayed to on-site and remote staff by the temperature detection part; the controller 50 includes a memory 520 and a processor 510, wherein the memory 520 stores a machine executable program 41 and a baking curve, the machine executable program 41 includes an operation process of heating, cooling, dehumidifying, etc., and the machine executable program 41 implements the control method of any one of the above when executed by the processor 510.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the current owners of some plant materials purchase heat pump drying equipment, and the growers perform drying operations, including tobacco filling, controlling drying temperature, and dehumidifying, either by themselves or by employing a baker. The tobacco filling is carried out in a curing barn, the filling amount cannot be controlled to be the same or similar each time, and when the filling amount difference is large and the same curing curve is used for controlling curing, the curing quality is easy to be different. In addition, the requirements of controlling drying and dehumidifying in the baking operation on the technical experience of operators are high, a baker is required to have subjective judgment capability, and the corresponding labor cost is high. The invention solves the problems of large difference of tobacco filling amount and high labor cost. Secondly, poor quality of the dried materials generally generates compensation disputes, the purchase host side considers that the machine problem leads to poor drying quality, claims are made to a host factory, and the host factory has insufficient evidence to prove that serious compensation loss exists when the host quality is reliable, and meanwhile, the product public praise is influenced. According to the invention, the baking curve is issued by the server to control the operation process of drying the weight of the material, so that the tracing difficulty caused by human factors can be avoided and unnecessary disputes can be eliminated. Meanwhile, the baking curve is kept secret, and advanced baking technology can enhance the competitiveness of the product in the market.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the present invention is provided with the pressure sensor 200 in the material carrier for measuring the weight of the loaded material, and displaying the weight of the loaded material to the worker and the server part 100, the server part 100 displays and stores the weight information of the material, the worker inputs the material type and the baking place in the host machine 300 after the loading is completed, and the worker can save the material type and the baking place to the host machine 300 or the server part 100 in advance, and change the material type when the material is replaced; the server portion 100 stores baking curves, which include baking curves of various materials in each region, and the baking curves corresponding to the materials in each region are different, because the baking curves of the same material in different regions are not necessarily identical, and the characteristics and water content of different materials are different, and the corresponding baking curves are different. The same material has different water contents due to different growing environments of different producing areas, and the corresponding baking curve also changes along with the different water contents. The loading weight of the material is visible and transparent to the host 300 and between the server portions 100. The baking curve is a host operation parameter for controlling the temperature of the baking room, the dehumidifying time node and the dehumidifying time according to the weight and time of the materials in the material carrier. In the drying process, the baking time and the dehumidification are generally controlled through temperature and humidity detection data in the baking room, and temperature and humidity differences exist at different positions in the space of the baking room, so that the detected temperature and humidity are not accurate enough, and the baking quality difference or poor baking quality can be caused. Because the drying is to evaporate and separate the water contained in the material as soon as possible in an artificial way. The essence of drying is to remove the moisture of the material. Taking the rose as an example, the initial moisture content of the rose is 75%, and the final moisture content after drying is 14%, then 61% of the moisture is lost in the drying process, namely the corresponding weight is lost. If one hundred kilograms of rose is to be baked, the corresponding moisture is lost after the baking, thirty-nine kilograms of rose is used as the target parameter of qualified baking and finished baking. In the process, when the material is changed from one hundred kilograms to seventy kilograms, the baking curve is operated to remove the moisture, the temperature is raised again after the moisture is removed for a certain time, the weight of the material is changed to fifty kilograms, the moisture is removed again, and the like, and a series of processes are performed until the target weight is reached, and the drying is completed.
The invention also provides a human body thermal sensation detection part in the curing barn, when the human body thermal sensation detection part detects that a person is in the curing barn, the host machine can not start the heat pump and give an alarm to prompt, so that accidents are avoided.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of heat pump drying equipment is characterized in that,
the heat pump drying equipment comprises at least one heat pump part and at least one server part, wherein the at least one heat pump part is remotely connected with the at least one server part; and
the control method comprises the following steps:
acquiring position information of the at least one heat pump part and material information of materials filled in the curing barn;
forming a baking curve on the at least one server portion according to the position information and the material information;
and controlling the at least one heat pump part according to the baking curve so as to adjust baking parameters in the baking room.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein,
the heat pump drying equipment further comprises at least one weight detection part which is at least in communication connection with the at least one server part; and
the obtaining the material information comprises the following steps:
measuring the material weight of the material in real time according to the at least one weight detection part;
the material information comprises the weight of the material; and
the material weight is stored on the at least one server portion.
3. The control method according to claim 1, wherein,
the at least one server part stores at least one baking curve database, and the mapping relation of the material information, the position information and the baking curve is stored in the baking curve database; and
the control method comprises the following steps:
and controlling the at least one server part to search the baking curve from a stored baking curve database according to the position information and the material information.
4. The control method according to claim 2, wherein,
the controlling the at least one heat pump part according to the baking curve to adjust baking parameters in the baking chamber comprises:
acquiring the weight of the materials and the humidity information in the curing barn;
based on the baking curve, the preset time length for dehumidifying the baking room is obtained by taking the weight of the materials and the humidity information as input values, so as to control the at least one heat pump part to dehumidify.
5. The control method according to claim 4, wherein,
after controlling the at least one heat pump section to dehumidify according to the preset time period, the method further includes:
and based on the baking curve, taking the preset time length as an input value to obtain a preset heat pump temperature so as to control the at least one heat pump part to heat the baking room.
6. The control method according to claim 1, wherein,
the control method further includes:
and detecting whether organisms exist in the curing barn or not as a response of the heat pump part in a to-be-started state, and if so, stopping the heat pump part from being started and/or sending out a reminding signal.
7. The control method according to claim 1, wherein,
said forming a baking curve on at least one server portion comprising:
according to the position information and the material information, a corresponding prior baking curve is searched for on the at least one server part;
acquiring first time information when the previous baking curve is generated and previous climate information corresponding to the first time information;
and adjusting the prior baking curve based on the difference between the prior climate information and the current climate information to obtain a post-baking curve, and controlling the heat pump part according to the post-baking curve after the post-baking curve.
8. The control method according to claim 7, wherein,
said adjusting said prior toasting profile comprising:
in response to the difference between the prior climate information and the current climate information being greater than a first preset condition, searching the server part for other climate information which is different from the current climate information and meets a second preset condition;
acquiring other place position information corresponding to the other place climate information on the server part and second time information generated by the other place climate information;
and obtaining a baking curve of the other place according to the position information of the other place and the second time information, and replacing the previous baking curve with the baking curve of the other place.
9. The control method according to claim 2, wherein,
the controlling the at least one heat pump part according to the baking curve to adjust baking parameters in the baking chamber comprises:
based on the baking curve, taking the weight of the material as an input value, controlling the at least one heat pump part to cool down when the difference between the weight of the material and the target weight is not more than a set weight.
10. A heat pump drying apparatus, comprising:
at least one heat pump section and at least one server section, said at least one heat pump section being remotely communicatively connected to said at least one server section; and
a controller comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a machine executable program that when executed by the processor implements the control method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
