According to the invention, the bag falling part sleeve, the sucker part sleeve and the hand grip part sleeve are arranged above the bag opening part sleeve through the main body frame, the packaging bag is placed on the moving table, the packaging bag is opened through the sucker part, then the hand grip part sleeve grabs the opened packaging bag to the bag opening part sleeve, the moving table moves to two sides respectively while the hand grip part sleeve grabs, and the sucker part sleeve removes suction force, so that the packaging bag is sleeved on the bag opening part sleeve, and the packaging bag is completely opened. The invention reduces the occupied area of the whole system and saves the occupied cost. And the movable displacement of the grippers is reduced, the grippers are sleeved on the bag opening part faster, so that the packaging bag is opened, and the working efficiency is improved.

A plurality of cone yarn packaging bags are placed on the bag storage frame 3, and the cone yarn packaging barrels move from the bag storage frame 3 to the moving table 21 and open gaps through the sucker part sleeves 5.
A plurality of packaging bags needing to be opened are firstly placed on the storage bag frame 3, then are conveyed to the bag falling part sleeve 2 from the storage bag frame 3, the upper ends of the packaging bags are provided with adsorption force through the upper sucker assemblies 31, and the lower sucker assemblies 32 provide adsorption force for the lower ends of the packaging bags, so that the long and narrow gaps are opened for the packaging bags. Then the handle sleeve 6 stretches into the gap to grab the packaging bag, the sucker sleeve 5 unloads force while the handle sleeve 6 grabs the packaging bag, the mobile table 21 is opened to two sides respectively through the synchronous assembly 22, and the packaging bag falls down and is sleeved on the bag opening sleeve 4. Finally, the upper bag opening assembly 51 is propped against the upper end of the inner side of the packaging bag, the lower bag opening assembly 52 is propped against the lower end of the packaging bag, and after the packaging bag is opened to the target height, the bag opening assembly 53 supports the two sides of the packaging bag, so that the packaging bag is completely opened. The related sleeves of the bag opening are vertically arranged, so that the occupied area is reduced, and the occupied cost is saved. And the moving distance of the packaging bag with the opening gap is reduced, the bag opening process of the packaging bag is greatly accelerated, the bag opening efficiency is improved, and the working benefit is increased.
As shown in fig. 3, the upper chuck assembly 31 includes a chuck frame 311 and a moving cylinder 312, the moving cylinder 312 is fixed by a connecting seat 313, an output end of the moving cylinder 312 is connected with the chuck frame 311, an upper chuck 314 is disposed on the chuck frame 311, first guide shafts are disposed on two sides of the moving cylinder 312, a first shaft sleeve is disposed on the first guide shafts and is fixed on the connecting seat 313, the first guide shafts are used for driving the chuck frame 311 to slide in the first shaft sleeve, the lower chuck assembly 32 includes a lower chuck 314, and the lower chuck 314 is fixed on the mobile station 21. After the packaging bag moves from the bag storage frame 3 to the moving table 21, the upper sucker 314 is sucked on the outer side of the packaging bag, and the lower sucker 314 is sucked below the outer side of the packaging bag, so that the packaging bag is opened into a long and narrow gap.
As shown in fig. 2, the synchronization assembly 22 is fixed on the supporting frame 11 through an upper fixing rod 221 and a lower fixing rod 222, and comprises a gear 223, an upper rack 224, a lower rack 225 and a synchronization cylinder 226, wherein the gear 223 is fixed between the upper fixing rod 221 and the lower fixing rod 222 through a connecting block 227, the upper rack 224 and the lower rack 225 are matched on the gear 223 but have opposite movement directions, the synchronization cylinder 226 is fixed on the upper fixing rod 221 through a cylinder seat 228, the output of the synchronization cylinder 226 is connected with a connecting plate 230 through a third bracket 229, the connecting plate 230 is connected with the moving table 21 through a supporting rod 231, the upper fixing rod 221 and the lower fixing rod 222 are both provided with a first sliding rail 232, and the connecting plate 230 moves on the first sliding rail 232 through a first sliding block 233. After the gripper 45 grabs the packaging bag, the third support 229 is pushed by the extension of the synchronizing cylinder 226, the connecting plate 230 drives the right-side moving table 21 to move rightward and move leftward and rightward on the first sliding rail 232 through the first sliding block 233, the right-side moving table 21 rotates the gear 223 through the upper rack 224, the lower rack 225 is driven by the gear 223 to move leftward, the left-side moving table 21 is driven by the lower rack 225 to move leftward through the connecting plate 230, and then the packaging bag falls onto the bag opening part sleeve 4 from the middle of the two moving tables 21 through the gripper 45. When the synchronizing cylinder 226 is contracted, the moving parts are reversed, and the moving table 21 is combined to place the envelope thereon.
As shown in fig. 4, the first moving assemblies 41 have two groups, each group of first moving assemblies 41 includes a first cylinder 411, the first cylinder 411 is fixed on a second bracket 46, an output end of the first cylinder is connected with a gripper 45 through a first bracket 44, a second sliding rail 412 is arranged on the second bracket 46, and the first bracket 44 is configured on the second sliding rail 412 through a second sliding block 413. When the first cylinder 411 is extended, the output end moves the grip 45 downward through the first bracket 44, and when the first cylinder 411 is contracted, the output end moves the grip 45 upward through the first bracket 44. The first bracket 44 moves on the second slide rail 412 through the second slider 413, so that the movement friction is reduced, and the service life of the component is prolonged.
The second moving assembly 42 includes a second cylinder 421, the second cylinder 421 is fixed on the base 422, the output end of the second cylinder 421 is connected with the second bracket 46 and the belt frame 423, and a belt pulley 424 adapted to the belt is disposed on the opposite side of the belt frame 423. The base 422 has third sliding rails 425 on two sides, the second support 46 is disposed on the third guiding rail on the same side through a third sliding block 426 on one side, and the belt rack 423 is disposed on the third sliding rail 425 on the other side through a third sliding block 426 on the other side. The second cylinder 421 extends to drive the second bracket 46 and the belt frame 423 to move to one side, and the opposite side second bracket 46 moves to the other side through the belt pulley 424, so that the synchronous movement of the gripper 45 in the left-right direction is realized.
The third moving assembly 43 includes a support bracket 431 and a motor 432, the fixing frame 12 is provided with a fourth sliding rail 433, the support bracket 431 is configured on the fourth sliding rail 433 through a fourth sliding block 434, the top of the fixing frame 12 is provided with a belt pulley 435 and is located at one side of the fixing frame 12, the motor 432 is fixed at the opposite side of the fixing frame 12, the motor 432 drives the belt pulley 435 to rotate, so that a belt configured on the belt pulley 435 drives the support bracket 431 to move, and movement of the gripper 45 in the third direction is realized. The base 422 is fixed between the support brackets 431, and when the motor 432 is operated, the belt pulley 435 is rotated to drive the belt to move, so that the support brackets 431 can move in the front-rear direction.
After the suction cup portion cover 5 opens the packing bag, the grip 45 is first moved to the same level as the packing bag with the aid of the first moving unit 41, then the grip 45 is entered into the inside of the packing bag by the third moving unit 43, and finally the grip 45 is supported at both ends of the packing bag by the second moving unit 42. At this time, the suction force is removed from the suction unit cover, and the moving table 21 moves toward both ends, so that the grippers 45 assist the falling of the package bag and the transfer of the package bag to the bag opening unit cover 4.
As shown in FIG. 5, the upper bag opening assembly 51 comprises an upper bag opening air cylinder 511, the fixed end of the upper bag opening air cylinder 511 is fixed on the supporting frame 11 through a connecting rod 54, the output end of the upper bag opening air cylinder 511 enables the upper end of a packaging bag to move through an upper end plate 513, the lower bag opening assembly 52 comprises a lower bag opening air cylinder 514, the fixed end of the lower bag opening air cylinder 514 is fixed on the supporting frame 11 through a fixed bottom plate 512, the output end of the lower bag opening air cylinder 514 enables the lower end of the packaging bag to move through a lower end plate 515, and the output ends of the upper bag opening air cylinder 511 and the lower bag opening air cylinder 514 move in opposite directions at the same time or in opposite directions at the same time. When the upper bag opening cylinder 511 and the lower bag opening cylinder 514 are in the extending state, the package bag opening is in a state of only opening a long and narrow gap, the upper end plate 513 and the lower end plate 515 are wrapped in the gap, after the upper bag opening cylinder 511 and the lower bag opening cylinder 514 are contracted simultaneously, the vertical distance of the package bag is increased, the left-right distance is reduced, after the upper-right distance is opened to be larger than the height of the cone yarns, the contraction is stopped, the number of the cone yarns passing through the left-right distance of the package bag is determined, and finally the side-by-side cone yarns are pushed into the package bag.
The upper bag opening cylinder 511 and the lower bag opening cylinder 514 are provided with second guide shafts 516 on both sides, the upper end plate 513 moves on the second guide shafts 516 through a second shaft sleeve 517, and the lower end plate 515 moves on the second guide shafts 516 through the second shaft sleeve 517. The second guide shaft 516 moves up and down in the second sleeve 517, which can make the movement smoother, reduce the movement friction, and increase the service life of the components.
As shown in fig. 6, the bag opening assembly 53 includes two support plates 531, the support plates 531 are respectively located at two ends of the fixing plate 33, each support plate 531 is connected with a rotary cylinder 532, so as to realize rotation of the support plate 531, the rotary cylinders 532 are connected with the support plates 531 through the rotary shafts 533, and the rotary cylinders 532 extend to enable the support plates 531 to rotate. The fixing plate 33 is provided with a fifth sliding rail 534, the fifth sliding rail 534 is provided with a fifth sliding block 535 and a sixth sliding block 536, the supporting plates 531 move on the fifth sliding rail 534 through the fifth sliding block 535, a pushing cylinder 537 is arranged between the two supporting plates 531, the pushing cylinder 537 enables the supporting plates 531 to move through a pushing plate 538, the pushing plate 538 moves on the fifth sliding rail 534 through the sixth sliding block 536, a swinging rod 539 is arranged between the supporting plates 531, the swinging rods 539 are respectively connected with the supporting plates 531 at two sides through connecting pieces 540, and the supporting plates 531 at two sides realize synchronous reverse movement through the swinging rods 539. When the pushing cylinder 537 is extended, the pushing plate 538 is pushed to slide the sixth slider 536 on the fifth slide rail 534 while the pushing plate 538 drives the link 540 to move, and the link 540 rotates the swing link 539 to move the opposite link 540 to the opposite side while the support plate 531 is pushed to move. When the handle 45 is put on the upper and lower end plates 513 and 515, the upper end plate 513 is moved upward and the lower end plate 515 is moved downward, and after the support is made to a certain height, the rotary cylinder 532 rotates the support plate 531 so that the support plate 531 is supported at both ends of the package, and the package is completely opened.
