Abstract
The invention provides a microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on milling materials, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-70% of milling material, 5-10% of microwave regenerant, 10-20% of matrix asphalt, 10-20% of aggregate and 5-10% of filler; meanwhile, the preparation method of the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on the milling material is provided, and the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material is used for preparing the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material; the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention can obviously reduce the use amount of new aggregate and asphalt by reapplying the milling material to the road maintenance repair work, and can simultaneously obtain good economic, social and environmental benefits; the method effectively solves the adaptability problem of the traditional asphalt pavement repairing material and the microwave thermal regeneration technology and the comprehensive utilization problem of the milling material.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering, in particular to a microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on milling materials and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the microwave thermal regeneration technology is adopted as a novel road maintenance repair technology, and has been developed rapidly due to the characteristics of simple technology, high construction efficiency and small waste gas emission. The microwave is electromagnetic wave with frequency in 300 MHz-300 GHz, when passing through pavement asphalt, the internal dipoles (with different charges at two ends of the molecule) vibrate under the action of the microwave and are converted into heat energy, so that the heating effect is achieved, meanwhile, the plasticity of asphalt mixture is recovered, and pavement diseases are repaired again through modes of scarification, rolling and the like.
The traditional asphalt cement has low internal dipole content and does not have the condition of microwave regeneration, and the common asphalt mixture can only absorb microwaves through the aggregate, so that the surrounding asphalt cement is heated, the heating speed is low, the heating is uneven, and the ideal thermal regeneration temperature is difficult to reach, so that the traditional asphalt repairing material limits the large-scale popularization and application of the microwave thermal regeneration technology.
The road maintenance and repair area is usually an area where the road is easy to generate diseases, even if maintenance and repair work is performed, the road is inevitably damaged again after a period of time is passed, and if the re-paved asphalt pavement repair material cannot adapt to the microwave heat regeneration technology, barriers are set for subsequent road maintenance and repair work; on the other hand, the milling material generated by road maintenance work every year contains a large amount of aggregate and asphalt, and if the milling material is not fully utilized, resource waste and solid waste environmental pollution are caused.
In view of the above, the present inventors have specifically devised a microwave asphalt pavement repair material based on milling material and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on milling materials and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the adaptability problem of the traditional asphalt pavement repairing material and the microwave thermal regeneration technology and the comprehensive utilization problem of the milling materials, and the specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on milling materials comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
milling 40-70%;
5-10% of microwave regenerant;
10-20% of matrix asphalt;
aggregate 10-20%;
5-10% of filler.
Further, the milling material consists of milling materials with the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25 mm.
Further, the mass ratio of the milling material with the grain diameter of 0-15mm to the milling material with the grain diameter of 15-25mm is 2/1-1/3.
Further, the milling material is an asphalt pavement milling material which is sieved out by a 15mm and 25mm round hole sieve after being dried and crushed, and has the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25 mm; the other particles after sieving out are crushed again and then are sieved by a round hole sieve with 25mm and 15 mm.
Further, the microwave regenerant comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
10-20% of microwave absorbing material;
5-10% of a heat conducting material;
60-80% of asphalt emulsifier;
5-10% of anti-aging agent.
Further, the microwave absorbing material is one or a mixture of any two or more of ferroferric oxide, manganese dioxide, nano manganese zinc ferrite powder, barium ferrite powder and carbonyl iron powder;
further, the heat conducting material is one or a mixture of any two or more of alpha-alumina, zinc oxide, silicon carbide and nano carbon black;
further, the asphalt emulsifier is one or a mixture of any two or more of tall oil imidazoline, high aromatic mineral oil and waste edible oil;
further, the anti-aging agent is one or a mixture of any two or more of a hindered phenol compound, a hindered amine compound and a sulfur compound.
Further, the matrix asphalt is 70# matrix asphalt.
Further, the aggregate is divided into coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, wherein the coarse aggregate is dried continuous graded limestone with the particle size of 2.26-19 mm; the fine aggregate is one or two of river sand and machine-made sand.
Further, the filler is natural limestone mineral powder, wherein particles with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.15mm account for 90-100%.
The preparation method of the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on the milling material is used for preparing the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material and is implemented according to the following steps:
firstly, preheating a stirrer, then respectively adding milling materials with the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25mm according to a certain mass ratio, heating to 150-180 ℃ and stirring for 30-40 min to be uniform;
secondly, respectively heating the microwave regenerant, the matrix asphalt, the aggregate and the filler to 150-180 ℃, and preserving heat for more than 2 hours for later use;
thirdly, sequentially adding the microwave regenerant, the matrix asphalt, the aggregate and the filler into the milling material mixture according to a certain mass ratio, and continuously stirring for 2-3 hours to fully and uniformly mix the components, thereby obtaining the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on the milling material.
The microwave asphalt pavement repairing material and the preparation method thereof can obviously reduce the use amount of new aggregate and asphalt by reapplying the milling material to the road maintenance repair work, and can obtain good economic, social and environmental benefits at the same time; the method effectively solves the adaptability problem of the traditional asphalt pavement repairing material and the microwave thermal regeneration technology and the comprehensive utilization problem of the milling material.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical schemes and beneficial effects to be solved more clear and obvious, the invention is further described in detail below with reference to the embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on milling materials comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70% of milling material, 5% of microwave regenerant, 10% of matrix asphalt, 10% of aggregate and 5% of filler.
The milling material consists of milling materials with the grain size of 0-15mm and the grain size of 15-25mm, wherein the mass ratio of the milling materials with the grain size of 0-15mm and the grain size of 15-25mm is 2/1; specifically, the milling material is an asphalt pavement milling material which is sieved out by a 15mm and 25mm round hole sieve after being dried and crushed, and has the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25 mm; the other sieved particles are crushed again and then are screened by a round hole sieve with 25mm and 15mm, so that the utilization rate is improved;
the microwave regenerant comprises the following components: the raw materials comprise 20% of microwave absorbing material, 10% of heat conducting material, 60% of asphalt emulsifier and 10% of anti-aging agent in mass ratio; wherein the microwave absorbing material is a mixture of ferroferric oxide and manganese dioxide; the heat conducting material in the regenerant is alpha-alumina and silicon carbide mixture; the asphalt emulsifier is tall oil imidazoline; the anti-aging agent is a hindered phenol compound;
the matrix asphalt is 70# matrix asphalt;
the aggregate is divided into coarse aggregate and continuous graded limestone; the fine aggregate is river sand; the filler in the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material is natural limestone mineral powder with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.15mm and the particle content of 90-100%.
The preparation method of the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on the milling material comprises the following steps:
firstly preheating a stirrer, then respectively adding milling materials with the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25mm according to the mass ratio of 2/1, heating to 150 ℃ and stirring for 30min to ensure that the milling materials are uniform;
respectively heating the microwave regenerant, the matrix asphalt, the aggregate and the filler to 150 ℃, and preserving heat for 2 hours for later use;
and sequentially adding the microwave regenerant, the matrix asphalt, the aggregate and the filler into the milling material mixture according to a certain mass ratio, and continuously stirring for 2 hours to fully and uniformly mix the components, thereby obtaining the microwave asphalt pavement repair material based on the milling material.
Example 2
The microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on milling materials comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40% of milling material, 10% of microwave regenerant, 20% of matrix asphalt, 20% of aggregate and 10% of filler.
The milling material consists of milling materials with the grain size of 0-15mm and the grain size of 15-25mm, wherein the mass ratio of the milling materials with the grain size of 0-15mm and the grain size of 15-25mm is 1/3; specifically, the milling material is an asphalt pavement milling material which is sieved out by a 15mm and 25mm round hole sieve after being dried and crushed, and has the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25 mm; the other sieved particles are crushed again and then are screened by a round hole sieve with 25mm and 15mm, so that the utilization rate is improved;
the microwave regenerant in the microwave asphalt pavement repair material comprises the following components: the raw materials comprise 10% of microwave absorbing material, 5% of heat conducting material, 80% of asphalt emulsifier and 5% of anti-aging agent according to mass ratio; wherein the microwave absorbing material is carbonyl iron powder; the heat conducting material is nano carbon black; the asphalt emulsifier is a mixture of high aromatic mineral oil and waste edible oil; the anti-aging agent is a mixture of hindered amine compounds and sulfur compounds.
The matrix asphalt is 70# matrix asphalt.
The aggregate is divided into coarse aggregate and continuous graded limestone; the fine aggregate is river sand and machine-made sand mixture.
The filler is natural limestone mineral powder with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.15mm and the particle content of 90-100%.
The preparation method of the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on the milling material comprises the following steps:
firstly preheating a stirrer, then respectively adding milling materials with the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25mm according to the mass ratio of 1/3, heating to 180 ℃ and stirring for 40min to ensure that the milling materials are uniform;
heating the microwave regenerant, the matrix asphalt, the aggregate and the filler to 180 ℃ respectively, and preserving heat for 3 hours for later use;
and sequentially adding the microwave regenerant, the matrix asphalt, the aggregate and the filler into the milling material mixture according to a certain mass ratio, and continuously stirring for 3 hours to fully and uniformly mix the components, thereby obtaining the microwave asphalt pavement repair material based on the milling material.
Example 3
The microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on milling materials comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60% of milling material, 8% of microwave regenerant, 12% of matrix asphalt, 13% of aggregate and 7% of filler.
The milling material consists of milling materials with the grain size of 0-15mm and the grain size of 15-25mm, wherein the mass ratio of the milling materials with the grain size of 0-15mm and the grain size of 15-25mm is 1/1; specifically, the milling material is an asphalt pavement milling material which is sieved out by a 15mm and 25mm round hole sieve after being dried and crushed, and has the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25 mm; the other sieved particles are crushed again and then are screened by a round hole sieve with 25mm and 15mm, so that the utilization rate is improved;
the microwave regenerant in the microwave asphalt pavement repair material comprises the following components: 16% of microwave absorbing material, 7% of heat conducting material, 70% of asphalt emulsifier and 7% of anti-aging agent; the microwave absorbing material is manganese zinc ferrite powder, barium ferrite powder and carbonyl iron powder mixture; the heat conducting material is zinc oxide and silicon carbide mixture; the asphalt emulsifier is high aromatic mineral oil; the anti-aging agent is a hindered amine compound;
the matrix asphalt in the microwave asphalt pavement repair material is 70# matrix asphalt;
the aggregate is divided into coarse aggregate and continuous graded limestone; the fine aggregate is river sand and machine-made sand mixture;
the filler is natural limestone mineral powder with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.15mm and the particle content of 90-100%.
The preparation method of the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on the milling material comprises the following steps:
firstly preheating a stirrer, then respectively adding milling materials with the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25mm according to the mass ratio of 1/1, heating to 170 ℃ and stirring for 35min;
heating the microwave regenerant, the matrix asphalt, the aggregate and the filler to 170 ℃ respectively, and preserving heat for 2 hours for later use;
and sequentially adding the microwave regenerant, the matrix asphalt, the aggregate and the filler into the milling material mixture according to a certain mass ratio, and continuously stirring for 2.5 hours to fully and uniformly mix the components, thereby obtaining the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on the milling material.
Comparative examples
The asphalt pavement repairing material based on milling materials comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 65% of milling material, 15% of matrix asphalt, 15% of aggregate and 5% of filler.
The milling material in the asphalt pavement repairing material is the milling material with the grain diameter of 0-15mm and the grain diameter of 15-25mm which are subjected to crushing, drying and screening treatment, and the mass ratio of the milling material to the milling material is 1/1.
The matrix asphalt is 70# matrix asphalt.
The aggregate is divided into coarse aggregate and continuous graded limestone; the fine aggregate is river sand and machine-made sand mixture.
The filler is natural limestone mineral powder with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.15mm and the particle content of 90-100%.
The preparation method of the asphalt pavement repairing material based on the milling material comprises the following steps:
firstly preheating a stirrer, then respectively adding milling materials with the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25mm according to the mass ratio of 1/1, heating to 160 ℃ and stirring for 30min.
And respectively heating the matrix asphalt, the aggregate and the filler to 160 ℃, and preserving heat for 2 hours for standby.
And sequentially adding matrix asphalt, aggregate and filler into the milling material mixture according to a certain mass ratio, and continuously stirring for 2 hours to fully and uniformly mix the components, thereby obtaining the asphalt pavement repair material based on the milling material.
For the asphalt pavement repairing materials based on milling materials prepared in the above examples and comparative examples, microwave heating performance test was performed:
respectively carrying out indoor microwave heating simulation experiments on the asphalt pavement repairing materials in the examples 1-3 and the comparative example, wherein the laboratory temperature is 23 ℃, the humidity is 50%, the paving thickness of the pavement repairing material is 25mm, and after the paving is cooled to the room temperature, the pavement repairing material is heated by microwaves; wherein the microwave heating power is set to 3KW, the microwave frequency is 2500MHz, and the heating time is 120s. The internal temperature of the repair material of the different examples was measured and the change rule of the temperature with heating time was recorded, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the microwave asphalt pavement repairing materials based on milling materials in examples 1 to 3 exhibited faster heating rates under the same microwave heating conditions as compared with the comparative examples; the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on the milling material is more suitable for the microwave thermal regeneration technology in the technical field of road engineering, and can repair the pavement more quickly and conveniently.
While the invention has been described above with reference to exemplary embodiments, it will be apparent that the invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but is intended to cover various insubstantial modifications, either as applying the inventive concepts and technical solutions to the method or as applying the inventive concepts and technical solutions directly to other applications without modification, within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on milling materials is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
milling 40-70%;
5-10% of microwave regenerant;
10-20% of matrix asphalt;
aggregate 10-20%;
5-10% of filler.
2. The microwave asphalt pavement repair material based on milling materials according to claim 1, wherein the milling materials consist of milling materials with the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25 mm.
3. The microwave asphalt pavement repair material based on milling materials according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the milling materials with the particle size of 0-15mm to the milling materials with the particle size of 15-25mm is 2/1-1/3.

The microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on the milling material according to claim 1, wherein the milling material is an asphalt pavement milling material which is dried and crushed and then screened out by a 15mm and 25mm round hole sieve to have the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25 mm.
5. The microwave asphalt pavement repair material based on milling materials according to claim 1, wherein the microwave regenerant raw materials comprise the following components in mass ratio:
10-20% of microwave absorbing material;
5-10% of a heat conducting material;
60-80% of asphalt emulsifier;
5-10% of anti-aging agent.
6. The milling material-based microwave asphalt pavement repair material according to claim 5, wherein the microwave absorbing material is one or a mixture of any two or more of ferroferric oxide, manganese dioxide, nano manganese zinc ferrite powder, barium ferrite powder and carbonyl iron powder;
the heat conducting material is one or a mixture of any two or more of alpha-alumina, zinc oxide, silicon carbide and nano carbon black;
the asphalt emulsifier is one or a mixture of any two or more of tall oil imidazoline, high aromatic mineral oil and waste edible oil;
the aging inhibitor is one or a mixture of any two or more of hindered phenol compounds, hindered amine compounds and sulfur compounds.
7. The microwave asphalt pavement repair material based on milling material according to claim 1, wherein the matrix asphalt is 70# matrix asphalt.
8. The microwave asphalt pavement repair material based on milling materials according to claim 1, wherein the aggregates are divided into coarse aggregates and fine aggregates, wherein the coarse aggregates are dried continuous graded limestone with the particle size of 2.26-19 mm; the fine aggregate is one or two of river sand and machine-made sand.
9. The microwave asphalt pavement repair material based on milling materials according to claim 1, wherein the filler is natural limestone mineral powder, and the particles with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.15mm account for 90-100%.
10. A method for preparing a microwave asphalt pavement repairing material based on milling materials, which is characterized by being used for preparing the microwave asphalt pavement repairing material according to any one of claims 1-9, and specifically comprises the following steps:
firstly, preheating a stirrer, then respectively adding milling materials with the particle size of 0-15mm and the particle size of 15-25mm according to a certain mass ratio, heating to 150-180 ℃ and stirring for 30-40 min to be uniform;
secondly, respectively heating the microwave regenerant, the matrix asphalt, the aggregate and the filler to 150-180 ℃, and preserving heat for more than 2 hours for later use;
