Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
In addition, the term "and/or" herein is merely an association relationship describing an association object, and means that three relationships may exist, for example, a and/or B may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist together, and B exists alone. In this context, unless otherwise specified, the term "/" generally indicates that the associated object is an "or" relationship.
At present, a user connects a mobile terminal with an external energy controller in a wireless communication mode, the mobile terminal is used for sending a control instruction to the external energy controller, and the external energy controller sends the control instruction to a nerve stimulator to control the nerve stimulator. However, the wireless communication method in the related art does not limit the connection object, for example, when the mobile terminal is connected to the bluetooth headset, there is a case where the mobile terminal of another person is connected to the own bluetooth headset or the own mobile terminal is connected to the bluetooth headset of another person. If the problem occurs in the external energy controller, namely, the mobile terminals of other people are connected with the energy controller of the patient, if the other people set the energy controller through the mobile terminals, certain adverse effects can be generated on the patient, and the life can be seriously endangered, so that the problem of unsafe connection exists in the wireless communication connection mode of the mobile terminals and the external energy controller. According to the application, the connection request received by the energy controller is judged for a plurality of times, so that the connected mobile terminal is determined not to cause adverse effect on a patient, and the safety of the wireless communication connection mode of the mobile terminal and the external energy controller is improved.
Embodiments of the application are described in further detail below with reference to the drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a wireless communication connection method, and the main flow of the method is described as follows.
As shown in fig. 1:
step S101: and acquiring the target patient data, the connection data corresponding to the target patient data and the connection request sent by the mobile terminal.
Specifically, the target patient data refers to data capable of uniquely identifying a patient, and may be an identification card number of the patient, or may be a combination of multiple information of the patient, for example, a combination of a name, an age, a family name, and a family age, which form the target patient data.
The connection data refers to some pre-stored relevant data for screening the mobile terminal for the patient corresponding to the target patient data. The connection data comprises a target physical address, a distance preset value, a connector role, a priority corresponding to the connector role and a setting range of a stimulation parameter corresponding to the connector role. The target physical address refers to the physical address of the controller. The physical address is a media access control address (Media Access Control Address, MAC address) used to identify the address of the network device location. The distance preset value is a distance value for limiting the distance between the mobile terminal and the energy controller, and when the distance is smaller than or equal to the distance preset value, the mobile terminal can establish connection with the energy controller. The above-mentioned connector roles indicate who the person connecting the patient's controller has for this patient, and the main connector roles are doctor, patient and patient family, wherein doctor can be further divided into attending doctor, assistant and assistant physicians, patient family can be further divided into parents, spouse, children, etc. The priorities corresponding to the different connector roles are different. In general, the doctor's priority is higher than the patient, who is higher than the family, but the priority is not absolutely determined, and the priority of the connector roles is different from patient to patient. The setting range of the stimulation parameters corresponding to the roles of the connectors refers to that the control range of the stimulation parameters is different for the connectors with different roles of a certain parameter, for example, the setting range of the stimulation parameters is not limited for doctors, and the setting range of the stimulation parameters for patients and/or family members of the patients is limited due to lack of professional knowledge, so that adverse effects on the patients are avoided as far as possible. The target patient data and the connection data can be pre-stored in the external energy controller or in the cloud, and mainly are used for facilitating the external energy controller to acquire the target patient data and the connection data in time when in use.
The connection request is sent to the external energy controller by the user through the mobile terminal, and indicates that the mobile terminal wants to establish connection with the external energy controller. The connection request includes a connection distance, patient data, a physical address, and a connector role. The connection distance is the distance between the mobile terminal and the external energy controller, and the patient data corresponds to the target patient data, and all the patient data can be uniquely determined, and can be one data or a combination of multiple data. It should be noted that in the subsequent connection establishment process, the patient data and the target patient data need to be compared, so that the patient data and the target patient data are preferably identical, i.e. if the target patient data store an identification card number, the patient data also use the identification card number; if the target patient data stores a combination of multiple items of data information, then the patient data also uses a combination of corresponding multiple items of information. The above definition of the correspondence between the target patient data and the patient data is only a preferred embodiment. In other embodiments, it may also be: all data including patient information, such as identification card information, treatment information of hospitals, family information, and the like, are stored in the target patient data. The patient data may include only data uniquely identifying the patient, may be an identification card number, or may be a combination of other pieces of data. In this way, when comparing patient data with target patient data, the values of the corresponding attributes may be retrieved from the target patient data for comparison. The physical address refers to a MAC address of an external controller to which the mobile terminal wants to connect, and the connector role indicates a role of a user of the mobile terminal.
The method for acquiring the target patient information comprises the following steps:
the first way is: each patient has a corresponding bracelet, and the patient needs to input a name, a gender, an identity card number and a contact way in the bracelet to activate the bracelet. After the activation is successful, the doctor can communicate with the patient's bracelet on the doctor's terminal equipment through a short-distance wireless communication technology (Near Field Communication, NFC) to obtain basic information of the patient, and after the doctor's terminal equipment obtains the patient information, the doctor can inquire and obtain the information such as the disease diagnosis result, the electronic case information and the like of the patient through a system such as an Internet of things platform connected with a hospital.
The second way is: optical character recognition (Optical Character Recognition, OCR) recognizes patient identification card photo information including patient name, gender, date of birth, identification card number, and then the doctor manually enters contact and selects disease diagnosis results, uploads electronic cases, and enters remark information.
Third mode: the patient or doctor manually inputs basic information including patient name, sex, birth date, identification card number, contact information, and then the doctor inputs disease diagnosis result, uploads electronic case, and inputs remark information.
After the doctor obtains the information of the patient, the patient codes can be set or modified for the information, and the patient codes in different states are different, so that the patient codes can indicate whether the patient is in an unoperated state or an operated state. The patient code can be automatically generated or can be automatically generated, and a doctor modifies the digital code to ensure that the modified digital code, namely the patient code, can show whether the patient operates or not.
Before binding the corresponding relation between the patient and the energy controller, scanning the two-dimensional code of the energy controller and the two-dimensional code of the stimulator, establishing the corresponding relation between the energy controller and the stimulator, and forming an equipment object, wherein the equipment object has a corresponding object code. Binding the patient code and the object code can realize the binding of the patient and the energy controller.
Step S102: and comparing the target patient data, the connection data and the connection request, determining a target mobile terminal and establishing connection with the target mobile terminal.
Specifically, the target patient data is compared with the patient data, the target physical address and the physical address, and a first connection list is determined, where the first connection list includes one or more connection requests. The mobile terminal may be one mobile terminal, that is, the number of the transmitted connection requests is one, or may be a plurality of mobile terminals, and each mobile terminal simultaneously transmits the connection request, that is, the number of the connection requests is a plurality of. Whether the connection request is one or more, a determination is made as to the content in the connection request. And comparing the target physical address with the physical address while comparing the target patient data with the patient data. When the target patient data and the patient data are the same and the target physical address and the physical address are the same, the patient corresponding to the controller which the mobile terminal wants to control is the same patient as the patient corresponding to the controller which received the connection request, and the MAC address of the controller which the mobile terminal wants to connect to the controller is the same as the MAC address of the controller which received the connection request, and the connection request corresponding to the patient data or the physical address is added to the first connection list.
By judging the patient data and the physical address in the connection request, the fact that the energy controller which the mobile terminal wants to be connected with the energy controller which receives the connection request is identical is doubly determined, and the problem that the conventional wireless communication module is prone to incorrect connection is solved.
When the number of connection requests in the first connection list is plural, the step of determining a request that finally requires connection from the plural connection requests is as follows:
and screening and sorting the connection requests in the first connection list according to the connection distance to determine a second connection list. Sequentially judging the connection distance of the connection request in the first connection list and the preset distance value; when the connection distance is larger than the distance preset value, deleting a connection request corresponding to the connection distance from the first connection list; and according to the connection distance, carrying out ascending order on the connection requests in the first connection list which are deleted, and determining a second connection list.
It will be appreciated that the user uses the mobile terminal to connect to the energy controller in order to regulate or control the stimulator or set up in the patient by the mobile terminal, whether the user is a doctor or a family, to make adjustments in the patient's needs or according to changes in the patient's condition, and to observe the patient's response or state after adjustment of the stimulator's stimulation parameters around the patient, so that when the mobile terminal is connected to the energy controller, the distance of the mobile terminal from the energy controller is necessarily within a relatively close distance range. Therefore, when the distance of the connection request exceeds the preset distance value, the mobile terminal is far away from the patient or the mobile terminal is invisible to the patient, so that in order to avoid adverse effects on the patient caused by sudden adjustment of the stimulator on the patient, the connection with the energy controller cannot be established for the mobile terminal far away.
And screening a second connection list based on the judgment of the connection distance, and determining the target mobile terminal from the second connection list according to the priority of the connection request. The priority of the connection request is the priority of the role of the connector in the connection request. When there is only one connection request in the second connection list, then the mobile terminal corresponding to the connection request is the target mobile terminal. And when a plurality of connection requests exist in the second connection list, acquiring the priorities of the connector roles of the plurality of connection requests, wherein the mobile terminal corresponding to the connection request with the highest priority is the target mobile terminal.
By sorting the connection requests according to the connection distance, the efficiency of determining the target mobile terminal can be improved, the priority is preset, the connection role can be known to be the highest priority, and when the priority of the connection request with the nearest connection distance is the highest priority, the priority of the subsequent connection request can be judged without judging. Similarly, when the priority of the connection request in the second connection list has the highest priority and the connection request with the highest priority is not the connection request with the farthest connection distance, the effect of improving the efficiency of determining the target mobile terminal can be achieved.
The wireless communication connection method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a setting request, wherein the setting request comprises a stimulation parameter; judging whether the stimulation parameters are in the setting range of the stimulation parameters corresponding to the connector roles or not; if yes, sending the setting request to a stimulator; if not, outputting the permission prompt information.
It will be appreciated that after the mobile terminal and the controller have established a connection, the mobile terminal will send a setting request to the controller for setting or adjusting the value of the stimulation parameter in the stimulator. The setting request includes a stimulation parameter, where the stimulation parameter includes both a name of the parameter and a value corresponding to the name. Through the process of establishing connection between the mobile terminal and the energy controller, the energy controller is informed of the role of the connector of the mobile terminal, and the setting range of the stimulation parameters corresponding to the role of the connector is called according to the role of the connector. Then judging whether the stimulation parameters in the setting request are in the setting range, if so, forwarding the setting request to a stimulator by the energy controller, and adjusting the stimulator according to the stimulation parameters when the stimulator receives the stimulation parameters in the setting request; if the user's adjustment range is not within the setting range, outputting permission prompt information to prompt the user that the adjustment range of the stimulation parameters exceeds the permission of the user. The user can find a person with higher priority to adjust the stimulation parameters according to the prompt.
According to the above process, the roles of the connectors are different, and the setting rights corresponding to the roles of the connectors are also different. By setting different role authorities, the safety of the patient using the stimulator is improved.
