Detailed Description
The present invention first provides a control method of a refrigerator having a food material management module for managing food materials placed therein. That is, the control method of the present invention is applicable to an intelligent refrigerator having a food material management function.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a control method of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the control method of the present invention includes:
step S10, when new food materials are put in the refrigerator, sending out pesticide residue detection prompt information; the pesticide residue detection prompt information is used for reminding a user to carry out pesticide residue detection on the newly placed food materials;
step S20, acquiring pesticide residue detection results of newly placed food materials; the pesticide residue detection result is a detection result obtained after a refrigerator or pesticide residue detection equipment associated with the refrigerator responds to a pesticide residue detection starting instruction triggered by a user according to pesticide residue detection prompt information to perform pesticide residue detection on newly placed food materials; and
and step S30, recording the pesticide residue detection result into the food material information of the newly placed food material.
That is, whenever it is detected that new food materials are put into the refrigerator, the refrigerator automatically sends out pesticide residue detection prompt information to automatically remind a user to perform pesticide residue detection on the new food materials, so that pesticide residue information of all the food materials put into the refrigerator can be collected timely and comprehensively. After a user starts pesticide residue detection through a refrigerator with a pesticide residue detection function or other pesticide residue detection equipment associated with the refrigerator, the refrigerator or other detection equipment outputs pesticide residue detection results, and the refrigerator acquires the pesticide residue detection results of the newly placed food materials and records the pesticide residue detection results into the food material information of the newly placed food materials, so that the food material management module can perform more reasonable food material management by combining the pesticide residue condition of each food material with other food material information, the diet of the user can be healthier, the intelligent degree of the refrigerator is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator further has an pesticide residue detection module for pesticide residue detection of the sample. In these embodiments, the pesticide residue detection prompt is used to prompt the user to sample the newly placed food material and place the sample cup of the pesticide residue detection module so as to perform pesticide residue detection on the newly placed food material through the pesticide residue detection module. That is, when the refrigerator is integrated with the pesticide residue detection module, the user can be directly reminded to put the sampling sample newly put into the food material into the sample cup of the pesticide residue detection module, so that the refrigerator is more direct, clear and in place in one step.
Further, the pesticide residue detection starting instruction is triggered to be generated after a sample is placed in a sample cup of the pesticide residue detection module. That is, the generation of the pesticide residue detection start instruction is triggered after the user puts the sample into the sample cup.
Further, the pesticide residue detection result is a detection result obtained after the pesticide residue detection module automatically detects the sample in the sample cup according to the pesticide residue detection starting instruction. That is, the pesticide residue detection result may automatically start the detection program in response to the pesticide residue detection start instruction.
The refrigerator of the further embodiment of the invention is integrated with the pesticide residue detection module, and after new food materials are placed in the refrigerator, pesticide residue prompt information sent by the refrigerator can remind a user to sample the newly placed food materials and put the newly placed food materials into a sample cup of the pesticide residue detection module so as to detect pesticide residues of the newly placed food materials through the pesticide residue detection module of the refrigerator. When a user puts a sample of food materials into the sample cup, the sample cup can be directly triggered to generate pesticide residue detection starting instructions, the pesticide residue detection module can automatically detect pesticide residues on the sample in the sample cup, and pesticide residue detection results obtained after detection are finished can be directly recorded and stored. In the whole process, the user only needs to sample, the participation operation is very few, the convenience of using the refrigerator by the user is improved, and the automation degree and the intelligent degree of the refrigerator are further improved.
Specifically, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a control method of a refrigerator according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the control method of the present invention includes:
step S10, when new food materials are put in the refrigerator, sending out pesticide residue detection prompt information; the pesticide residue detection prompt information is used for reminding a user to sample the newly placed food and the sample cup of the pesticide residue detection module so as to detect pesticide residue on the newly placed food through the pesticide residue detection module;
s21, judging whether a sample is put into a sample cup of the pesticide residue detection module; if yes, go to step S22; if not, returning to continue judgment;
step S22, automatically detecting pesticide residues on the samples in the sample cups through a pesticide residue detection module;
step S23, outputting pesticide residue detection results after the pesticide residue detection module finishes detection; and
and step S30, recording the pesticide residue detection result into the food material information of the newly placed food material.
That is, the step S20 of acquiring the pesticide residue detection result of the newly placed food material may specifically include the above-described steps S21 to S23. Specifically, step S21 may be implemented by a change in weight in the sample cup before and after the sample is placed, and it may be determined that the sample is placed in the sample cup when the weight in the sample cup increases.
FIG. 3 is a schematic flow chart of pesticide residue detection of a sample in a sample cup automatically by a pesticide residue detection module according to one embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the step S22 of automatically performing pesticide residue detection on the sample in the sample cup by the pesticide residue detection module may specifically include:
step S221, weighing the sample cup in response to the pesticide residue detection starting instruction so as to obtain the weight of the sample in the sample cup;
step S222, inputting a corresponding amount of buffer solution into the sample cup according to the weight of the sample in the sample cup;
step S223, oscillating the sample cup after suspending the sample cup so as to obtain a sample liquid; and
step S224, detecting the obtained sample liquid by utilizing an enzyme inhibition method, thereby obtaining the pesticide residue detection result of the newly placed food materials.
In particular, the weight of the sample in the sample cup may be obtained by a weighing unit of the pesticide residue detection module. When the weight of the sample is obtained, the amount of buffer solution required can be calculated and injected into the sample cup, that is, the amount of buffer solution corresponds to the weight of the sample so as to obtain a sample solution of a suitable concentration. After the sample liquid is injected into the sample cup, the sample cup needs to be properly oscillated, so that pesticide residues on the sample are fully and uniformly mixed with the buffer liquid, and the accuracy of a detection result is improved. In order to avoid adverse effects on the performance of the oscillating weight unit of the sample cup, in step S223, the sample cup is suspended to separate from the weighing unit and then oscillated, so that the oscillation acting force is prevented from acting on the weighing unit, and thus the influence of the oscillating operation on the weight unit is effectively avoided. In step S224, the principle that the pesticide inhibits the activity of the enzyme may be utilized to make the residual pesticide in the sample solution react with the enzyme reagent, and then the light transmission test is performed on the reacted solution, so as to facilitate the judgment of the absorbance change by the light intensity signal received by the photosensitive element, and further obtain the pesticide residue detection result. Since the detection of pesticide residues by enzyme inhibition is a relatively readily available technique to those skilled in the art, it is not described in detail herein.
In some embodiments, before obtaining the pesticide residue detection result of the newly placed food material, the control method of the present invention further includes:
acquiring and storing food material information of the newly placed food material through a food material management module; the food material information includes at least a food material name of the newly placed food material.
That is, the food material information of the food material newly put into the refrigerator can be automatically obtained through the food material management module of the refrigerator, the manual input of a user is not needed, and the intelligent degree is high.
Specifically, there are various ways in which the food management module obtains the food information of the newly placed food. For example, two-dimensional code recognition, image recognition, and matching between an antenna board and a food management clip previously proposed by the applicant and the like, which are commonly found in the prior art, are not described herein.
In other embodiments, the control method of the present invention further includes, before acquiring the pesticide residue detection result of the newly placed food material:
receiving and storing food material information of the newly placed food material input by a user; the food material information includes at least a food material name of the newly placed food material.
That is, the food material information of the food material newly placed in the refrigerator can be manually input by the user, the manually input food material information is more accurate, and the correspondence between the food material information and the newly placed food material is ensured to be highly consistent.
Specifically, the food material information may further include information closely related to the food material, such as purchase time and shelf life information of the newly placed food material.
It can be understood that the step of acquiring the food material information of the newly placed food material or receiving the food material information of the newly placed food material and storing the food material information may be performed before or after the pesticide residue detection prompt information is sent. Preferably, when the refrigerator detects that new food materials are put in, food material information of the new food materials is automatically acquired first, and then pesticide residue detection prompt information is sent out.
In some embodiments, after recording the pesticide residue detection result in the food material information of the newly placed food material, the control method of the present invention further includes:
displaying pesticide residue detection results to a user through a display screen of the refrigerator; and/or
And broadcasting the pesticide residue detection result through a voice broadcasting module of the refrigerator.
That is, the invention also outputs the pesticide residue detection result to the user in a display screen display mode and/or a voice broadcasting mode, so that the user can clearly know the pesticide residue condition of the newly placed food.
In some embodiments, after outputting the pesticide residue detection result to the user, the control method of the present invention further includes:
sending out a detection result correction prompt message; the detection result correction prompt information is used for reminding a user whether the corresponding relation between the pesticide residue detection result displayed currently and the food material information of the newly placed food material recorded by the refrigerator needs to be corrected or not;
if the confirmation correction instruction input by the user is received within the preset time length; receiving corrected food material information input by a user; storing the corrected food material information and the pesticide residue detection result correspondingly;
if the confirmation correction instruction input by the user is not received or the denial correction instruction input by the user is received within the preset time, the pesticide residue detection result and the food material information of the newly placed food materials recorded by the refrigerator are correspondingly stored.
It can be appreciated that the food material information of the newly placed food material is usually automatically identified and acquired by the food material management module of the refrigerator, and as a result, a certain deviation or even an error may occur. Meanwhile, the object of pesticide residue detection is a sample which is manually sampled by a user and put into a sample cup, and whether the sample is sampled from a newly put food or not may be uncertain. Therefore, after the pesticide residue detection result is output to the user, the pesticide residue detection module sends out the detection result correction prompt information so as to remind the user to confirm whether the pesticide residue detection result output by the pesticide residue detection module corresponds to the food material information of the sample, and the accurate corresponding relation between the pesticide residue detection result and the food material information can be ensured through the user's reconfirmation, so that a more accurate and more reasonable food material management scheme can be conveniently made.
Specifically, if the user needs to correct the correspondence between the pesticide residue detection result and the food material information, the corresponding relationship is fed back within a preset time after the detection result correction prompt information is sent out to form a confirmation correction instruction, and then the corrected food material information input by the user can be accepted, and the corrected food material information and the pesticide residue detection result are correspondingly stored. If the user does not need to correct the corresponding relation between the pesticide residue detection result and the food material information, the user may not feed back any information within the preset time after the detection result correction prompt information is sent, or may input a denial correction instruction, and the pesticide residue detection result and the food material information of the newly placed food material recorded by the refrigerator are directly stored in a corresponding mode.
Specifically, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a control method of a refrigerator according to still another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the control method of the present invention includes:
step S10, when new food materials are put in the refrigerator, sending out pesticide residue detection prompt information;
step S20, acquiring pesticide residue detection results of newly placed food materials;
step S30, recording pesticide residue detection results into food material information of the newly placed food materials;
step S40, displaying the pesticide residue detection result to a user through a display screen of the refrigerator and/or broadcasting the pesticide residue detection result through a voice broadcasting module of the refrigerator;
step S50, sending out detection result correction prompt information;
step S60, whether a confirmation correction instruction input by a user is received within a preset time length; if yes, go to step S70, if no, go to step S90;
step S70, receiving corrected food material information input by a user;
step S80, the corrected food material information and the pesticide residue detection result are correspondingly stored;
and step S90, storing the pesticide residue detection result and the food material information of the newly placed food material recorded by the refrigerator correspondingly.
In some embodiments, after recording the pesticide residue detection result in the food material information of the newly placed food material, the control method of the present invention further includes:
generating and outputting edible advice information according to pesticide residue detection results; the eating advice information may include information for advice the user to eat directly, information for advice the user to eat after pesticide residues have been removed, and information for advice the user to avoid eating.
Specifically, the pesticide residue detection result accurately reflects the pesticide residue condition of the food material, and when the pesticide residue is serious, a user can be reminded to avoid eating; when the pesticide residues are common, the user can be reminded to eat after the pesticide residues are removed; when the pesticide residue meets the edible requirement, the user can be reminded to directly eat without removing the pesticide residue. The pesticide residue detection results have various expression modes, so that a user can not accurately identify the pesticide residue detection results, or the mode of accurately identifying the pesticide residue detection results by the user is complex. Therefore, the invention outputs the edible advice according to the pesticide residue detection result, is convenient for the user to more intuitively know the pesticide residue condition of the food material, decides the edible mode according to the advice, and improves the use experience of the user.
In some embodiments, the control method of the present invention further comprises: detecting whether new food materials are put into the refrigerator.
Specifically, there are various ways of detecting whether new food materials are put into the refrigerator. For example, after detecting a door closing signal of the refrigerator, detecting a radio frequency identification (REID) tag corresponding to each food in each compartment of the refrigerator to obtain a first food identification set; and determining whether new food materials are put into the refrigerator according to a comparison result of the first food material identification set and the second food material identification set. The second food material identification set is obtained when the door body of the refrigerator is closed last time. For another example, whether new food materials are put into the refrigerator can be directly determined through comparison of images in each compartment obtained before and after the refrigerator door body is opened. For another example, when the refrigerator door body is opened, a first information set is obtained by scanning the food material clamp with the specific chip at the preset position through the antenna board, a second information set is obtained by scanning the food material clamp at the preset position through the antenna board after the door body is closed, and whether new food materials are put into the refrigerator is determined through comparison of the first information set and the second information set.
Since the ways of detecting whether new food materials are put into the refrigerator are various and are a technology easily available to those skilled in the art, the description thereof is omitted herein.
The present invention also provides a refrigerator, and fig. 5 is a schematic block diagram of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the refrigerator 1 of the present invention includes a food management module 10, an information prompt module 20, and a control device 40.
Specifically, the food management module 10 is used for managing food placed therein. The information prompt module 20 is configured to send out pesticide residue detection prompt information, where the pesticide residue detection prompt information is used to remind a user to perform pesticide residue detection on a newly placed food. The control device 40 includes a processor 41 and a memory 42, the memory 42 stores a machine executable program 43, and the machine executable program 43 when executed by the processor 41 is used to implement the control method described in any of the above embodiments.
Every time when new food materials are put into the refrigerator 1, the refrigerator 1 can automatically send pesticide residue detection prompt information to automatically remind a user to perform pesticide residue detection on the new food materials, and the pesticide residue detection prompt information of all the food materials put into the refrigerator 1 can be timely and comprehensively collected. After a user starts pesticide residue detection through the refrigerator 1 with the pesticide residue detection function or other pesticide residue detection equipment associated with the refrigerator 1, the refrigerator 1 or other detection equipment outputs pesticide residue detection results, and the refrigerator 1 acquires the pesticide residue detection results of the newly placed food materials and records the pesticide residue detection results into the food material information of the newly placed food materials, so that the food material management module can perform more reasonable food material management by combining the pesticide residue condition of each food material with other food material information, the diet of the user can be healthier, the intelligent degree of the refrigerator 1 is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, the refrigerator 1 further has an agricultural residue detection module 30 for detecting agricultural residues on the sample. After the new food is put into the refrigerator 1, the pesticide residue prompt information sent by the refrigerator 1 can remind a user to sample the newly-put food and put the sample cup of the pesticide residue detection module 30 so as to detect pesticide residues of the newly-put food through the pesticide residue detection module 30 of the refrigerator 1. After a user puts a sample newly put into food into a sample cup, the pesticide residue detection module can automatically detect pesticide residues on the sample in the sample cup, and pesticide residue detection results obtained after detection can be directly recorded and stored.
