The disassembly and replacement of the threading module 2 can be conveniently realized by arranging the locking hole 221 and the locking screw 12, and the operation efficiency is improved when the threading module 2 with the aperture of the threading through hole 7 matched with the wire diameter of the cable to be processed is replaced according to the requirement.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, 7 and 8, a cross section is provided at the lower part of the threading fixing section 21, and is stepped; meanwhile, in the embodiment of the disclosure, the fixing body 1 extends forward to provide a supporting surface matched with the step shape of the threading fixing section 21, and the supporting surface can provide support for the threading module 2 under the condition that the locking screw 12 is not locked, and improve the stability of the whole wire stripping device when the wire stripping device rotates to strip wires. Further in the specific application, the mounting fixing hole 13 is formed in the supporting surface of the fixing body 1 in the embodiment, so that when the whole wire stripping device needs to be fixed, the fixing connection with the peripheral device is realized through the mounting fixing hole 13, and therefore, the application scene that the whole wire stripping device is integrally fixed and then operated is realized, and the purpose of improving the wire stripping precision and efficiency is realized by improving the integral stability of the wire stripping device.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a soft thread protection block 213 is arranged at the periphery of the threading through hole 7 of the threading fixing section 21; the soft wire protection block 213 can effectively fix and protect the cable in the process of cable penetration, so that damage is avoided. A clamping through hole 211 is formed at the top of the threading fixing section 21; a clamping screw 212 is disposed in the clamping through hole 211. The soft wire protection block 213 is extruded to realize clamping after the clamping screw 212 is screwed in, so that the cable in the threading through hole 7 is clamped, and the situation that the cable rotates in the wire stripping process to cause wire stripping errors is prevented.

On the basis of the first or second embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a movable rotating bead 511 is disposed at the front end of the positioning rod 51; when the rotating main body 3 performs cutting operation, the positioning rod 51 rotates synchronously with the positioning seat 53, at this time, the end of the cable to be processed is in contact with the front end of the positioning rod 51, and is affected by the positioning rod 51, burrs can appear at the end of the cable to be processed and even the situation that the cable to be processed is twisted occurs, and the movable rotating bead 511 is arranged at the front end of the positioning rod 51, so that the friction force between the end of the positioning rod 51 and the contact end of the cable to be processed can be effectively reduced, and the problem is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the front end of the clamping screw 212 is provided in a hexagonal shape; the height of the locking screw 12 is smaller than the wall thickness of the side wall of the fixed main body 1, so that the portability and the attractiveness of the wire stripping device can be effectively improved; the end face of the tail end of the locking screw rod 12 is provided with an inner hexagonal hole; the positioning rod 51 is connected with the telescopic screw 52 through a thread arranged at the tail end and a positioning thread through hole on the telescopic screw 52; the end face of the tail end of the positioning rod 51 is provided with an inner hexagonal hole; the hexagon at the front end of the clamping screw 212 is matched with the inner hexagonal hole in size; according to the wire stripping device, the other accessories can be adjusted and fixed through the accessories of the wire stripping device, and the wire stripping device is convenient to operate and improves portability.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, a handle through hole 10 is provided at the tail end of the clamping screw 212; further in the embodiment, the handle through hole 10 may be configured to be the same as the threaded through hole of the positioning seat 53, so that the telescopic screw 52 may be screwed into the handle through hole 10 to play a role of lengthening the arm of force. By placing the handle into the handle through hole 10, handling of the clamping screw 212 at the time of fastening or detaching operation is improved, and the operation efficiency is improved.
Claims (10)
1. The utility model provides a portable manual wire stripping device which characterized in that:
the device comprises a threading module, a fixed main body, a rotating main body, a positioning module and a wire stripping module;
the fixed main body and the rotating main body are respectively provided with a threading module through hole;
the center of the threading module is provided with a threading through hole;
the threading module is arranged in the threading module through hole in a penetrating way;
the threading module, the fixed main body and the rotating main body are sequentially connected;
the threading module is fixedly connected with the fixed main body; the fixed main body is movably connected with one end of the rotary main body;
the rotating body can rotate around the central shaft; the front end of the threading module extends out of the threading module through hole of the rotating body;
a cutter mounting hole is formed in the side wall of the rotary main body; the wire stripping module is connected with the rotating main body through a cutter mounting hole;
the front end of the wire stripping module is provided with a wire stripping cutter; the wire stripping cutter can move back and forth along the central axis of the wire stripping module;
the positioning module is arranged at the other end of the rotating main body; the front end of the positioning module is provided with a positioning rod; the positioning rod can move back and forth along the central shaft of the positioning module;
the positioning rod and the threading module are coaxially arranged;
the wire stripping cutter is positioned between the positioning rod and the threading module;
the central shaft of the wire stripping cutter is intersected with the central shaft of the threading module.
2. The portable manual wire stripping device of claim 1, wherein: the threading module comprises a threading fixing section, a fixing locking section and a cable clamping section which are connected in sequence;
the threading fixing section is fixedly connected with the fixing locking section; the fixed locking section is movably connected with the cable clamp section; the cable grip section is movable back and forth along an axis; the front end of the cable clamping head section is arranged to be conical;
a locking hole is formed in the outer wall of the fixed locking section;
a fixed screw hole is formed in the side wall of the fixed main body, corresponding to the locking hole; and a locking screw rod is arranged in the fixing screw hole.
3. The portable manual wire stripping device of claim 2, wherein: the periphery of the threading through hole of the threading fixing section is provided with a soft wire protection block;
the top of the threading fixing section is provided with a clamping through hole; and a clamping screw rod is arranged in the clamping through hole.
4. The portable manual wire stripping device of claim 1, wherein: the longitudinal section of the rotating main body is L-shaped and consists of a rotating main body vertical section and a rotating main body horizontal section;
the vertical section of the rotating main body is movably connected with the fixed main body through one end;
the other end of the vertical section of the rotating main body is fixedly connected with one end of the horizontal section of the rotating main body;
the cutter mounting hole is formed in the horizontal section of the rotating body.
5. The portable manual wire stripping device of claim 1, wherein: the wire stripping module comprises a telescopic cutter bar and a wire stripping cutter;
and a limiting block is arranged on the telescopic cutter bar.
6. The portable manual wire stripping device of claim 5, wherein: the cutter mounting hole is a threaded hole; threads are arranged on the telescopic cutter bar; the limiting block is arranged on the telescopic cutter bar through threads;
the wire stripping cutter is connected with the telescopic cutter bar through a cutter quick-release assembly;
the wire stripping cutter adopts a precise rotary cutter head.
