as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a hot rolled plate surface scale removing device comprises a frame 10, a row of carrier rollers 1 are horizontally arranged on the frame 10, each carrier roller 1 is rotatably mounted on the frame 10, a polishing mechanism 2 is respectively arranged on two axial sides of each carrier roller 1, each polishing mechanism 2 comprises a mounting frame 21, a plurality of conveying rollers 22 and a plurality of polishing rollers 23, the mounting frame 21 is rotatably mounted on the frame 10 through a rotating shaft 211, the rotating shaft 211 is horizontal and vertical to the row of carrier rollers 1, the mounting frame 21 is in transmission connection with a driving transmission mechanism 24, the driving transmission of the driving transmission mechanism 24 can rotate along the rotating shaft 211, a plurality of conveying rollers 22 and a plurality of polishing rollers 23 are rotatably mounted on the mounting frame 21, a plurality of conveying rollers 22 are in transmission connection with a first driving mechanism 221, the first driving mechanism 221 can synchronously rotate, a plurality of polishing rollers 23 are in transmission connection with a second driving mechanism 231, the second driving mechanism can synchronously rotate along the same direction as the conveying rollers 231 and the conveying rollers 23, and the polishing rollers 23 are arranged in parallel to the row of the conveying rollers 23, and the conveying rollers 23 are arranged in parallel to the direction of the conveying rollers 1.
According to the hot rolled plate surface oxide scale removing device, the polishing mechanism 2 is used for conveying, turning and polishing the hot rolled plate; the installation frame 21 of the polishing mechanism 2 is rotatably installed on the frame 10 through the rotating shaft 211, and the installation frame 21 is rotatable; under the condition that the installation frame body 21 is rotatable, the installation frame body 21 is in transmission connection with the driving transmission mechanism 24, and the driving transmission mechanism 24 provides power for the rotation of the installation frame body 21, so that the polishing mechanism 2 can turn over the hot rolled plate finally; the conveying rollers 22 and the polishing rollers 23 are arranged on the polishing mechanism 2 at intervals, the upper surfaces of the conveying rollers 22 and the upper surfaces of the polishing rollers 23 protrude out of the mounting frame 21, and the upper surfaces of the conveying rollers 22 and the upper surfaces of the polishing rollers 23 are located on the same horizontal plane, wherein the conveying rollers 22 are used for conveying hot-rolled plates, and the polishing rollers 23 are used for polishing the hot-rolled plates.
According to the hot rolled plate surface oxide scale removing device, when the device works, before the hot rolled plate is conveyed onto the device, the two polishing mechanisms 2 are horizontally arranged; after the hot rolled plate on the production line is conveyed to the hot rolled plate surface oxide scale removing device, the hot rolled plate is positioned on the carrier roller 1 and the two polishing mechanisms 2, the carrier roller 1 and the two polishing mechanisms 2 are supported together, when the carrier roller 1 and the two polishing mechanisms 2 support the hot rolled plate together, the widths of the hot rolled plate covered on the two polishing mechanisms 2 are different, namely the hot rolled plate is not symmetrically positioned on the two polishing mechanisms 2 but is in an eccentric state, namely the hot rolled plate is positioned on more parts of the polishing mechanisms 2 on one side, and the parts of the hot rolled plate positioned on the polishing mechanisms 2 on the other side are less.
According to the hot rolled plate surface oxide scale removing device, after the hot rolled plate is asymmetrically arranged on the two polishing mechanisms 2, the first driving mechanisms 221 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 are driven, the conveying rollers 22 synchronously rotate, and the hot rolled plate is completely conveyed to the hot rolled plate surface oxide scale removing device and stopped at a proper position. Then, the driving transmission mechanism 24 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 drives the rotating shaft 211 to rotate, so that the mounting frames 21 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 are reversely turned over, and the outer sides of the two mounting frames 21 move upwards and stand up relatively. In the process of overturning and oppositely standing the two installation frames 21, the hot rolled plates on the two grinding mechanisms 2 are placed asymmetrically, the rotating position of one side is high, the rotating position of the other side is low, the hot rolled plates in the inclined state are overturned into a side standing state under the self weight of the hot rolled plates and the gradually formed clamping action of the two grinding mechanisms 2, and the side standing hot rolled plates are positioned on the carrier roller 1. The two polishing mechanisms 2 are turned to be parallel to each other, and when the hot rolled plates are clamped, the driving transmission mechanism 24 stops running. Then, the first driving mechanism 221 and the second driving mechanism 231 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 are started, wherein the first driving mechanism 221 drives the conveying rollers 22, and the conveying rollers 22 drive the hot rolled plate to reciprocate on the carrier roller 1; the second driving mechanism 231 drives the polishing rollers 23 to rotate, the polishing rollers 23 rotating in the two mounting frames 21 are arranged on two sides of the hot rolled plate, respectively polish two side surfaces of the hot rolled plate which are reciprocally conveyed on the carrier roller 1, and polish iron scales on two side surfaces of the hot rolled plate.
According to the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device, after scales on the two side surfaces of a hot rolled plate are polished, the first driving mechanism 221 and the second driving mechanism 231 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 stop running, the driving transmission mechanisms 24 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 drive the rotating shafts 211 to rotate, so that the installation frame bodies 21 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 are turned over, and the upper ends of the two installation frame bodies 21 are turned outwards. In the process of outwards turning the two installation frames 21, the two sides of the hot rolled plate are not subjected to the clamping action of the two polishing mechanisms 2, and as the thickness of the hot rolled plate is usually smaller, the hot rolled plate is toppled over and leaned against the polishing mechanisms 2 on one side after being not subjected to the clamping action of the two polishing mechanisms 2, and the two polishing mechanisms 2 are gradually turned over to be flat, the low-position end of the hot rolled plate when being inclined gradually slides to the other polishing mechanism 2, so that after the two polishing mechanisms 2 are completely turned over to be flat, the hot rolled plate also becomes flat and is simultaneously borne on the two polishing mechanisms 2. Then, the first driving mechanisms 221 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 are driven, the conveying rollers 22 are synchronously rotated, and the polished hot rolled plate thereon is output.
According to the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device, when the hot rolled plate is polished by the polishing roller 23 of the polishing mechanism 2, the polishing roller 23 is in hard contact with the hot rolled plate, the contact surface is large, and the scale on the surface of the hot rolled plate, particularly the whole scale, is easy to break and fall under the condition of large-area hard stress at the same time. In the process of polishing the hot rolled plate by the polishing roller 23, the conveying roller 22 can drive the hot rolled plate to reciprocate on the carrier roller 1, and when the hot rolled plate is polished while reciprocating, on one hand, the polishing roller 23 can polish the hot rolled plate comprehensively, so that the polishing of the iron oxide scale on the hot rolled plate is more thorough and uniform, and the situation that part of the iron oxide scale is not removed in place can not be caused; on the other hand, in the process of moving the hot rolled plate, the scale on the hot rolled plate can be more easily fallen off due to shaking of the hot rolled plate.
According to the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device, the installation frame 21 of the polishing mechanism 2 is rotatably installed on the frame 10 through the rotating shaft 211, so that the polishing mechanism 2 and the hot rolled plate thereon can be turned over and stand sideways under the driving of the driving transmission mechanism 24, and the displacement is realized. Compared with the mode that the hot rolled plate is horizontally arranged and the hot rolled plate is arranged above the hot rolled plate, in the hot rolled plate surface iron oxide scale removing device, the polishing mechanism 2 and the hot rolled plate are turned over and are laterally erected, and after the polishing roller 23 of the polishing mechanism 2 is shifted, when the hot rolled plate is polished, the polished and broken iron oxide scale on the hot rolled plate has a falling space, a supporting structure is not arranged below the broken iron oxide scale, and the iron oxide scale is easy to fall under the action of dead weight.

According to the hot rolled plate surface oxide scale removing device, the polishing roller 23 of the polishing mechanism 2 is used for hard polishing of the hot rolled plate, and the oxide scale on the hot rolled plate is easy to break; the conveying rollers 22 of the polishing mechanism 2 convey the hot rolled plate to make the hot rolled plate reciprocate, and the vibration and side polishing of the motion make the polished and broken iron scales on the hot rolled plate easy to fall off and drop; the iron scale is easy to break during polishing, easy to fall off and drop, and the iron scale on the hot rolled plate is thoroughly and uniformly removed under the reciprocating motion of the hot rolled plate. Meanwhile, the two polishing mechanisms 2 are used for polishing the two sides of the hot rolled plate, so that the efficiency and the speed of removing the oxidized iron scale are high.
In addition, when the hot-rolled plate is turned and polished, the turning of the polishing mechanism 2 and the turning of the hot-rolled plate are included, and in the hot-rolled plate surface oxide scale removing device, the turning of the hot-rolled plate on the polishing mechanism 2 is realized in the turning process of the polishing mechanism 2, that is, the turning mechanism of the polishing mechanism 2 and the turning mechanism of the hot-rolled plate are combined together; and after the hot rolled plate is turned over and is laterally erected, the laterally erected hot rolled plate is vertically arranged on the carrier roller 1 and reciprocates on the carrier roller 1, the running obstacle of the hot rolled plate is greatly reduced by the rolling of the carrier roller 1, and convenience is provided for the labor-saving and smooth running of the hot rolled plate, so that the polishing process is more balanced and smooth.
According to the operation of the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device, the setting of the rotation angle of the installation frame body 21 is clear, if the rotation angle of the installation frame body 21 is limited by the reciprocating transformation of the installation frame body 21 from a flat state and a side-standing state, namely, the installation frame body 21 can be at least transformed from flat rotation to side-standing, and meanwhile, the installation frame body can be transformed from side-standing back to flat rotation, so that the invention is not described in more detail.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device of the present invention, the conveying rollers 22 and the polishing rollers 23 are preferably alternately arranged at intervals one by one. According to the hot rolled plate surface oxide scale removing device, the conveying rollers 22 and the polishing rollers 23 can be alternately arranged at intervals one by one, one polishing roller 23 can be arranged at intervals between the two conveying rollers 22, or one conveying roller 22 can be arranged at intervals between the two polishing rollers 23, and other groups can be arranged. When the conveying rollers 22 and the polishing rollers 23 are alternately arranged at intervals one by one, the conveying of the hot rolled plate is more reliable and the polishing of the hot rolled plate is more uniform than in other arrangements.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device of the present invention, preferably, the driving transmission mechanism 24 includes a worm 241 and a driving motor 242, the worm 241 is horizontally rotatably mounted on the frame 10, the worm 241 has two threaded portions 2410 with opposite rotation directions, two rotating shafts 211 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 are respectively mounted with a turbine 243, and the two turbines 243 are engaged with the two threaded portions 2410 on the worm 241 in a one-to-one correspondence. When the two polishing mechanisms 2 need to be overturned, the worm 241 is rotated, and under the meshing action of the worm wheel 243 and the worm 241, the two polishing mechanisms 2 synchronously rotate along the respective rotating shafts 211.
According to the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device, the installation frames 21 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 can be driven and transmitted by two independent driving and transmitting mechanisms, and can also be driven and transmitted by one driving and transmitting mechanism like the driving and transmitting mechanism. Compared with the driving transmission of two independent driving transmission mechanisms, after the driving transmission mechanism 24 drives the mounting frame bodies 21 of the two polishing mechanisms 2 at the same time, the turnover of the two polishing mechanisms 2 is more synchronous, and the uniform polishing of the iron scales on the two sides is facilitated.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device of the present invention, preferably, in each polishing mechanism 2, a first belt assembly 222 is sleeved on all two adjacent conveying rollers 22, the first driving mechanism 221 is fixedly installed on the installation frame 21, and the first driving mechanism 221 is in transmission connection with one of the conveying rollers 22. When in operation, after one of the conveying rollers 22 is driven to rotate by the first driving mechanism 221, all the adjacent conveying rollers 22 in the polishing mechanism 2 are sequentially driven to realize synchronous rotation. This arrangement is simple in structure, and the synchronous rate of rotation of the conveying roller 22 is high. Wherein the first driving mechanism 221 may be, but is not limited to, a motor.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device of the present invention, preferably, in each polishing mechanism 2, a second belt assembly 232 is sleeved on all two adjacent polishing rollers 23, the second driving mechanism 231 is fixedly installed on the installation frame 21, and the second driving mechanism 231 is in transmission connection with one of the polishing rollers 23. When in operation, after one of the polishing rollers 23 is driven to rotate by the second driving mechanism 231, all adjacent polishing rollers 23 in the polishing mechanism 2 are sequentially driven to realize synchronous rotation. This arrangement is simple in structure, and the synchronous rate of the rotation of the grinding roller 23 is high. Wherein the second driving mechanism 231 may be, but is not limited to, a motor.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device of the present invention, the first belt assembly 222 and the second belt assembly 232 each comprise two belt pulleys respectively sleeved on two adjacent rollers and a belt sleeved on the two belt pulleys, and the first belt assembly 222 and the second belt assembly 232 are both of conventional structures, so that the present invention is not described in detail.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device of the present invention, preferably, the installation frame 21 is rotatably provided with a screw 25, the screw 25 is parallel to the conveying roller 22, the rotating shaft 211 is provided with a threaded hole 212, and the screw 25 passes through the threaded hole 212 on the rotating shaft 211 and is in threaded fit with the threaded hole 212. The screw rod 25 is rotated, under the action of the screw thread matching of the screw rod 25 and the threaded hole 212, the installation frame 21 and the whole polishing mechanism 2 can move along the direction parallel to the axial direction of the screw rod 25, the distance between the two polishing mechanisms 2 can be adjusted by the moved polishing mechanisms 2, and the distance between the two polishing mechanisms 2 can be adjusted, so that the hot rolled plate surface oxide scale removing device can be suitable for polishing hot rolled plates with different thicknesses, and the application flexibility is greatly improved.
According to the hot rolled plate surface oxide scale removing device, one screw rod 25 or two screws or a plurality of screws are correspondingly arranged on each installation frame body 21; preferably, two screws 25 are provided on each mounting frame 21, and the two screws 25 are located at two end sides of the mounting frame 21. As shown in fig. 2.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device of the present invention, preferably, a rotating hand wheel 251 is mounted at the end of the screw 25. The arrangement of the rotary hand wheel 251 can facilitate the rotation of the screw 25, thereby improving the convenience of adjustment.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device of the present invention, preferably, each polishing mechanism 2 is further provided with a bolster 26 correspondingly, the bolster 26 is fixed on the frame 10, the bolster 26 is located at one side of the rotating shaft 211 away from the carrier roller 1, the bolster 26 is located below the mounting frame 21, and in a state where the mounting frame 21 is horizontally placed, the bolster 26 is in contact with the bottom of the mounting frame 21. The bolster 26 is used to support the mounting frame 21 in a flat position, which results in better stability during operation, particularly when the grinding mechanism 2 is carrying hot rolled sheet.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device, preferably, the two polishing mechanisms 2 are symmetrical along a row of carrier rollers 1.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device of the present invention, preferably, the frame 10 has a frame structure. Compared with structures such as a support column and a cross beam, the frame body structure is higher in firmness.
In the hot rolled plate surface scale removing device of the present invention, preferably, a hopper 101 is connected to the bottom of the frame 10. The hopper 101 is vertically communicated, and the caliber of the upper opening of the hopper 101 is larger than that of the lower opening.
