Abstract
本发明是一种治疗牛皮癣的外用药，按重量组方，白降丹3-10g，轻粉5-15g，红粉3-10份，均取细粉用凡士林油调成外敷膏剂。这种药膏制法简单，成本低廉，对牛皮癣有特效，经近三年的试用，总有效率可达95%以上。对湿疹、扁平疣等皮肤病亦有一定的疗效。

技术领域：本发明涉及一种药品，即一种治疗牛皮癣的外用药。
背景技术：牛皮癣，现代医学称“银屑病”，初发时，患者皮肤出现红斑丘疹，然后迅速扩大范围，形成硬币状或地图状，覆盖鳞屑，去鳞可见薄膜，薄膜下可见血点，称寻常型银屑病。若皮肤有脓疱，并有规律发作，称为脓疱型银屑病。若皮肤呈弥漫性红斑浸润，伴有大量脱屑则称为红皮病型银屑病。目前，关于疹治牛皮癣的方法很多，但疗效多不理想，有的还需要较高的费用和条件。因而，在广大农村牧区，这种疾病仍在折磨着许多患者。
发明内容：本发明针对上述问题，采用中草药研制了外用药剂，其重量份组方是：白降丹3-10份，轻粉5-15份，红粉3-10份，雄黄5-10份，均取细粉用凡士林油调成外敷膏剂。这种药膏制法简单，成本低廉，对牛皮癣有特效，经近三年的试用，总有效率可达95％以上。对湿疹、扁平疣等皮肤病亦有一定的疗效。
实施方式：取等重量的白降丹、轻粉、红粉、雄黄，研细混合，与凡士林油调成膏状。
用法：在患部涂敷一薄层，一日两次。
注意勿入口眼，忌饮酒，忌食鱼辛辣发物。上药宜于温暖无风处。若上药处疼痛，甚至红肿，应减少药量。汞过敏者禁用。
药效分析：白降丹属氯化汞和氯化亚汞的混合结晶，有剧毒和强烈的腐蚀性，亦有提脓拔毒之功效。轻粉乃水银、明矾、食盐等用升华法制成的汞化合物，具有敛疮杀虫，逐水通便的作用。红粉是水银、白矾、硼砂配成的汞化物，与轻粉药效相近，且有较强的附着渗透作用。雄黄为含砷的结晶矿石，常以二硫化砷的形态存在。白降丹毒性较强，不宜口服。后几种毒性虽强，但较缓和，中医常用小剂量入丸散内服。将上述药混合，毒性强缓不一，药力持久，渗透性强，比单一使用疗效倍增。
现代医学对银屑病的病因说法颇多，主要有“遗传”、“病毒”、“细菌感染”、“精神因素”、“内分泌因素”、“外伤引发”、“代谢障碍”、“免疫低下”等。本药主要针对生物病毒及细菌等病因。由于药剂为砷汞制剂，毒性较强，对病毒、细菌具有灭杀作用，加之巧用药品的腐蚀作用，获得较好的渗透性，兼顾药效的猛烈性和持久性，从而制造了病毒病菌无法生存的环境，收到以毒攻毒之效。
临床实验情况：
1、诊断治疗标准：采用《现代皮肤病学》(上海医科大学出版社出版，杨国亮、王侠生主编)中总论及各论第三十二章所提出的诊断及治疗标准。
2、实验数据：临床治疗44例，其中治愈35例，占79.5％。二年内复发一次，经用药皮损消失者3人，6.8％。症状缓解，但疗效不满意者4人，占9％。不见效者2人，占4.5％，总有效率95.5％。
