a handle assembly and a shaft assembly, the handle assembly being drivably connected to a proximal end of the shaft assembly; the distal end of the shaft assembly is detachably connected with the auxiliary instrument interface (12), and the end effector assembly (21) is connected with the auxiliary instrument interface (12); in response to the handle assembly being operated, the shaft assembly drives the end effector assembly through an auxiliary instrument interface (12) to perform grasping and releasing actions.
11. The bag of claim 10 wherein the shaft assembly comprises an outer sleeve (221) and a lever (222) located within and movable relative to the outer sleeve.

13. The bag of claim 12, wherein the positioning member (122) is threadably connected to the outer sleeve (221).
14. The bag of claim 12, wherein the accessory interface further comprises:
-a moving member (23), at least a portion of the moving member (23) being movably arranged within the positioning member (122), the moving member (23) being drivably connected to the end effector assembly (21), the operating lever (222) being detachably connected to the moving member (23).
15. The bag of claim 14, wherein the lever (222) is threaded with the runner (23).
16. The bag of claim 11, wherein the handle assembly comprises:
a fixed handle (223), the fixed handle (223) being connected to the proximal end of the outer cannula (221);
a movable handle (224), the movable handle (224) being connected to the proximal end of the lever (222);
wherein the movable handle (224) is rotatably connected with the fixed handle (223) so as to enable the operation rod (222) to move relative to the outer sleeve (221) by driving the movable handle (224) to rotate relative to the fixed handle (223).

19. The bag of claim 18, wherein the removable connections are threaded connections.

The bag of claim 17, wherein the end effector assembly (21) comprises a first jaw (211) and a second jaw (212) rotatably connected to the first jaw (211); -said first jaw (211) being connected to said positioning member (122), said moving member (23) being drivably connected to said second jaw (212); in response to actuation of the operating assembly (22), the mover (23) moves to drive rotation of the second jaw (212) to perform gripping and releasing actions.
21. The bag of claim 20, wherein the auxiliary instrument interface (12) further comprises a linkage assembly, the mover (23) being drivably connected with the second jaw (212) by the linkage assembly.
22. The bag of claim 17, wherein the accessory interface (12) further comprises a second bore (124) formed by the bag wall (101), the retainer (122) being received in the second bore (124) and sealingly connected to the second bore (124).
23. The bag of claim 17, wherein at least a portion of the moving member (23) is movably disposed within the positioning member (122), and a seal is disposed between the at least a portion and the positioning member (122).
