Abstract
本发明所公开的是一种无硼硅质干式料,所采用的原料组成及重量百分比为:粒度为8~0mm的硅石60~70wt%,粒度为1~0.074mm的熔融石英5~15wt%,粒度小于0.074mm的硅石细粉10~20wt%,粒度小于0.074mm的氟化物0.5~2wt%,外加剂0.5~3wt%。本发明的无硼硅质干式料,通过添加氟化物粉和外加剂,在不加硼酐或硼酸或其它硼化合物的情况下,干式料能很好烧结,并达到含硼硅质干式料的性能,具有低成本,长寿命的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料领域,主要涉及一种无硼硅质干式料。
背景技术
目前,国内中频感应炉用硅质干式料,因价格便宜、使用寿命长,多用作铸钢,铸铁或其它有色领域的中频感应炉的炉衬材料;所用硅质干式料主要是以硼酸或硼酐或其它硼酸盐为烧结剂,添加硼或含硼化合物主要作用有:(1)在较低温度下出现液相,促进烧结;(2)控制材料的体积稳定性,避免材料因产生大的裂纹而降低材料使用寿命;(3)提高炉衬材料的烧结强度。
硼在钢中的作用有(1)提高钢的淬透性。(2)提高钢的高温强度,强化晶界的作用。但是,在某些特殊钢种中引入极少量的硼,会降低钢的塑性和韧性,尤其是韧性会大幅度下降。因此,在冶炼这些特殊钢种时,就必须要求感应炉的炉衬材料不能含硼。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决感应炉冶炼特种钢因耐火炉衬材料含硼而引起钢水增硼,降低钢的塑性和韧性,而提出一种低成本,长寿命的无硼硅质干式料。
本发明为完成上述目的采用如下技术方案:
一种无硼硅质干式料,以硅石和熔融石英为主要原料,加入氟化物细粉和外加剂,所采用的原料组成及重量百分比为:粒度为8~0mm的硅石60~70wt%,粒度为1~0.074mm的熔融石英5~15wt%,粒度小于0.074mm的硅石细粉10~20wt%,粒度小于0.045mm的氟化物0.5~2wt%,外加剂0.5~3wt%;将上述原料依次投入到强制搅拌机中混合均匀,即可制成无硼硅质干式料。
所述的硅石的化学组分为SiO2≥98%,Al2O3<0.5%,Fe2O3<0.6%,CaO+MgO<0.4%;熔融石英的化学组分为SiO2≥99.8%。
所述的氟化物为氟化钙,氟化镁,氟化钡,氟化锌,氟化锶,氟化铝,氟化镧,氟化锆中的一种或几种复合,起促进烧结的作用。
所述的外加剂为硅酸钙,硅酸锆,硅酸镁,金红石,磷灰石,铁红,铬铁矿中的一种或几种复合,起辅助烧结的作用。
相对于现有技术,本发明提出的一种无硼硅质干式料的创新点在于:
(1)本发明的硅质干式料中不含硼或含硼化合物,为中频感应炉冶炼特种钢提供一种低成本,长寿命的炉衬材料。
(2)本发明通过添加氟化物来促进硅质干式料的烧结。

以下实施例进一步阐释本发明的技术方案,但不作为对本发明保护范围的限制。
实施例
硅石 8~0mm 70%,
熔融石英 1~0.074mm 12%,
硅石粉0.053mm 13.2%,
氟化钙0.045mm 0.8%,
氟化镁0.045mm 1.2%,
硅酸锆0.013mm 1.6%,
磷灰石0.045mm 1.2%。
按照上述配比生产出的无硼硅质干式料,取出一部分样品,制成(φ100*100)mm圆柱样在电炉1600℃*3h烧后,测量其线变化为:8.12%。
实施例
硅石 8~0mm 70%,
熔融石英 1~0.074mm 15%,
硅石粉0.053mm 11.1%,
氟化锌0.045mm 1 %,
氟化钡0.045mm 1%,
硅酸钙0.045mm 1.2%,
铁红0.013mm 0.7%。
按照上述配比生产出的无硼硅质干式料,取出一部分样品,制成(φ100*100)mm圆柱样在电炉1600℃*3h烧后,测量其线变化为:6.79%。

硅石 8~0mm 67%,
熔融石英 1~0.074mm 13%,
硅石粉0.053mm 15.5%,
氟化钡0.045mm 1.5%,
硅酸锆0.013mm 2%,
金红石0.045mm 1%。
按照上述配比生产出的无硼硅质干式料,取出一部分样品,制成(φ100*100)mm圆柱样在电炉1600℃*3h烧后,测量其线变化为:7.78%。

硅石粉0.053mm 16.5%,
氟化镧0.045mm 1.3%,
氟化铝0.045mm 0.7%,
铬铁矿0.045mm 1.5%。
按照上述配比生产出的无硼硅质干式料,取出一部分样品,制成(φ100*100)mm圆柱样在电炉1600℃*3h烧后,测量其线变化为:6.21%。
实施例
硅石 8~0mm 62%,
熔融石英 1~0.074mm 14%,
硅石粉0.053mm 19.8%,
氟化锆0.045mm 1.7%,
磷灰石0.045mm 1.5%,
金红石0.045mm 1%。
按照上述配比生产出的无硼硅质干式料,取出一部分样品,制成(φ100*100)mm圆柱样在电炉1600℃*3h烧后,测量其线变化为:8.28%。
Claims (4)
1.一种无硼硅质干式料,其特征在于:以硅石和熔融石英为主要原料,加入氟化物细粉和外加剂,所采用的原料组成及重量百分比为:粒度为8~0mm的硅石60~70wt%,粒度为1~0.074mm的熔融石英5~15wt%,粒度小于0.074mm的硅石细粉10~20wt%,粒度小于0.045mm的氟化物0.5~2wt%,外加剂0.5~3wt%;将上述原料依次投入到强制搅拌机中混合均匀,即可制成无硼硅质干式料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无硼硅质干式料,其特征在于:所述的原料中硅石的化学组分为SiO2≥98%,Al2O3<0.5%,Fe2O3<0.6%,CaO+MgO<0.4%;熔融石英的化学组分为SiO2≥99.8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无硼硅质干式料,其特征在于:所述的氟化物为氟化钙,氟化镁,氟化钡,氟化锌,氟化锶,氟化铝,氟化镧,氟化锆中的一种或几种复合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无硼硅质干式料,其特征在于:所述的外加剂为硅酸钙,硅酸锆,硅酸镁,金红石,磷灰石,铁红,铬铁矿中的一种或几种复合。
