背景技术
现有技术中已知用于容纳液体的不同的容器。例如,用于容纳饮料的玻璃瓶或塑料瓶已为人所知。也已经提出了由纤维基材料制成的容器。
WO 2012/139590 A1中提出了一种纤维基容器。为了生产这种容器,将所谓的浆料引入模具中,并用该模具中的柔性气球将该浆料压靠到相应的壁上并相应地压缩。

关于轴和/或方向,纵轴或轴向对应于从预成型件或容器的底部延伸到预成型件或容器的开口的方向。在该轴的基础上也定义了径向。轴向因此也基本上位于吹塑模具分型面的平面中。
通过使用夹持器将纤维基护套的内壁压到预成型件的外表面上,在这两个表面之间就产生了力,并且这两个表面之间的摩擦力相应地增大。换句话说,通过将夹持器定位在纤维基护套的外表面上,可以将该护套与预成型件牢固地保持在一起。由预成型件和纤维基护套组成的半成品可以简单且安全地操作,尤其是简单且安全地转移到吹塑模具中。
在此,优选设置为,从用夹持器第一次夹持半成品直到将其引入吹塑模具中,在纤维基护套上施加均匀的压力,使得该护套以基本上稳定的方式被压到预成型件上。
由此可以进一步提高工艺可靠性。
附加地,可以设置为,夹持器在吹塑过程中持续地环绕夹持半成品。
通过在吹塑过程中的持续环绕夹持,夹持器还可以接管吹塑模具的一部分的定位功能。夹持器因此可以用作用于在吹塑模具内部和/或在吹塑过程中保持和定位半成品的装置。
附加地或替代地,可以设置为,夹持器在吹塑过程中与吹塑工具接触,尤其是与吹塑工具的顶板接触。
因此,夹持器可以支撑在吹塑工具或吹塑工具的顶板上,并因此将作用在夹持器或半成品上的轴向力传递到吹塑模具。
预成型件通常具有所谓的支撑环以简化对预成型件的操作。例如,关于EP 3 375593 A1中的预成型件也描述了这种支撑环。
支撑环将预成型件、并且也相应地将容器划分成两个区域。尤其是,支撑环将容器的闭合区域与容器的其余部分隔开。例如,从上述欧洲专利申请中可以看出,纤维基护套布置在支撑环下方。本文描述的方法通常具有夹持器,该夹持器在支撑环下方夹持半成品并相应地在支撑环下方将纤维基护套压到预成型件的外表面上。
然而,也可以设置为,夹持器既在预成型件的支撑环下方、也在该支撑环上方夹持半成品。
为此,夹持器可以被设计成在支撑环区域具有基本上为C形的截面。
通过在支撑环下方和支撑环上方都夹持半成品,可以可靠地防止半成品的轴向位移,或者可以将半成品关于其轴向位置调整到特定方位。
为此可以设置为,夹持器具有第一夹爪和第二夹爪,这两个夹爪在轴向上彼此间隔开。
可以设置为,在将预成型件引入纤维基护套时,使纤维基护套的上端与支撑环接触。
这实现了预成型件关于纤维基护套的相对定位。在此,特别有利的是,纤维基护套在提供之前已被裁制成相应的长度。
夹持器优选地从至少两侧夹持半成品并且同样从至少两侧夹紧半成品。
通过从两侧夹紧,可以将半成品定位在夹持器内的中央。在此,可以设置为,用于从至少两侧夹持半成品的夹持器具有两个支腿,这两个支腿布置为关于纵轴彼此相对。
在此,通常设置为,在将半成品转移到吹塑工具中之后,闭合该吹塑工具。通常,吹塑工具具有两个吹塑半模,这两个吹塑半模可以沿分型面相互连接。在容器被吹塑之后,打开吹塑工具,并且利用夹持器将这时已经吹塑完成的容器从吹塑工具中移走并例如转移到输送装置以用于进一步加工。
本发明的另一方面涉及一种由夹持器和吹塑工具的顶板组成的系统,该系统用于执行本文描述的方法。夹持器具有第一夹爪,该第一夹爪具有一定高度,并且顶板具有凹陷部,该凹陷部的深度对应于夹爪的高度。替代地,顶板可以具有高度对应于夹爪高度的突出部。
通过提供与夹爪高度相同的凹陷部,夹爪可以在顶板内被引入该凹陷部中,其中夹爪的上边缘基本位于与顶板的上边缘相同的平面中。换句话说,通过顶板中的相应凹陷部与夹爪的结合,能够提供基本上连续的、位于一个平面内的表面,在该表面上可以均匀地支撑例如预成型件的支撑环。如果在顶板上设置有相应的突出部,则这些突出部布置为,它们填充朝向夹爪的自由空间,从而同样提供基本上连续的、位于一个平面内的表面。
凹陷部可以具有基本上对应于夹爪的外轮廓的外轮廓。
夹爪因此可以精确匹配地被引入凹陷部中,并且防止了夹爪的侧向位移。通过相应的径向止动件,夹爪可以关于纵向轴线可靠且精确地定位。
夹持器可以具有第二夹爪,该第二夹爪与第一夹爪间隔开,使得第一夹爪与第二夹爪之间能够引入支撑环。第一夹爪因此与第二夹爪在轴向上间隔开。因此,第一夹爪和第二夹爪一起形成近似C形的截面。
夹持器因此可以既在预成型件的支撑环下方、又在该支撑环上方夹持半成品。
通过在支撑环下方和支撑环上方都夹持半成品,可以可靠地防止半成品的轴向位移,或者可以将半成品关于其轴向位置调整到特定方位。
可以设置为,夹持器具有第一支腿和第二支腿,其中每个支腿上布置有第一夹爪。
在最终位置,即在夹持过程中,当半成品被夹紧在夹持器中时,这两个支腿布置为彼此相对。
通过这种布置,夹持器可以从至少两侧夹紧半成品。
通过从两侧夹紧,可以将半成品定位在夹持器内的中央。
可以设置为,至少在一个、优选在每个支腿上布置有第二夹爪。
如已经解释的那样,这使得半成品能够在夹持器内精确地轴向定位并且因此在吹塑过程中也能够相对于吹塑模具精确地轴向定位。
可以设置为,第一夹爪和/或每个第一夹爪具有沿圆环延伸至少30°角的夹持表面。这一方面确保了半成品在最小范围上被包围,另一方面确保了夹持力分布在特定的最小表面上,从而使将纤维基护套压到预成型件上的压力不超过极限值。
同样地,第二夹爪和/或每个第二夹爪可以具有沿圆环延伸至少30°角的夹持表面。这一方面确保了半成品在最小范围上被包围,另一方面确保了夹持力分布在特定的最小表面上,从而使预成型件的压力不超过极限值。
第一夹持表面与第二夹持表面可以在径向上彼此偏移,尤其是偏移量对应于纤维基护套的壁厚。在此,第二夹持表面,即位于支撑环上方的夹持表面,布置为比位于支撑环下方的第一夹持表面更靠近纵向轴线。
在这种构造中,压力均匀地分布在支撑环上方的预成型件上以及支撑环下方的由预成型件和纤维基护套组成的组合上。
本发明的另一方面涉及一种吹塑机,其包括如本文所述的系统。
这使得能够提供具有所有相互配合的元件的完整生产单元。

具体实施方式
图1示出了夹持器40(参见图5)的支腿41的立体视图。支腿41具有第一夹爪43和第二夹爪44。第一夹爪43上布置有夹持面431,并且第二夹爪44上布置有夹持面441。夹持面441和431分别沿圆环延伸30°角。第一夹爪43与第二夹爪44在轴向上间隔开。在截面中,第一夹爪43与第二夹爪44形成大致为C形的截面。该C形截面被设计成用于容纳相应的支撑环32(参见图2)。相对于第二夹爪44,第一夹爪43在径向上向外偏移(也参见图4)。
尤其是,可以在第一夹爪43的夹持面431上形成轮廓,该轮廓提高该夹持面431与待夹持的纤维基护套20之间的摩擦力。
图2示出了预成型件30。预成型件30具有长形的主体,该主体具有预成型底部。在预成型件30上布置有支撑环32,该支撑环将预成型件30划分开。在本图示中,在支撑环32上方布置有闭合区域33。在本图示中,在支撑环32下方,预成型主体具有四个突出部34,每个突出部上形成有外表面31。为了更清楚起见,仅突出部34中的一个和外表面31中的一个标有附图标记。
图3示出了纤维基护套20的立体视图。纤维基护套20具有基本上设计成空心圆柱体的上端22。在该上端上形成有内壁21。
图4示出了在夹持过程中的半成品60的截面。在根据图4的图示中,预成型件30(参见图2)被引入纤维基护套20(参见图3)中。纤维基护套20具有壁厚为W的壁,其中该壁具有内壁21和外壁23。纤维基护套20的内壁21与预成型件30的外表面31接触。外表面31形成在突出部34上。预成型件30与纤维基护套20之间已经发生夹紧作用。在图4中还可见夹持器40(参见图5)的第一支腿41。支腿41具有第一夹爪43和第二夹爪44。第一夹爪43的夹持面431竖直地与纤维基护套20的外壁23接触。在图4中可以看出,此时第二夹爪44与闭合区域33的外表面35的距离为A。为了将纤维基护套20固定在预成型件30上,支腿41向预成型件30的方向移动直到距离A消失。在此过程中,纤维基护套20的壁厚W被压缩了距离A并且相应地被压到突出部34上。距离A小于壁厚W,并且在当前情况下大约为壁厚W的一半。在此,第一夹爪43的夹持面431与第二夹爪44的夹持面441在径向上间隔开。该距离是壁厚W与距离A之差加上突出部34的高度,即外表面31与闭合区域33的外表面35之间的距离。不言而喻,第二支腿42布置在支腿41的对面,为了简单起见并未示出。在当前情况下,第二支腿42被设计成与第一支腿41相同。
从图4中还可以看出,第一夹爪43相对于第二夹爪44在径向上向外偏移。在当前情况下,偏移量是突出部34相对于闭合区域的外表面35的高度加上壁厚W的大约一半。
还示出了第一夹爪43的高度H。
图5示出了吹塑模具50在闭合前的立体视图。借助于具有第一支腿41和第二支腿42的夹持器40将半成品60引入打开的吹塑模具50中。夹持器40的两条支腿41和42布置在此处未示出的两个夹持臂上,它们可以共同枢转进出吹塑模具50。
吹塑模具50具有未详细标示的两个吹塑半模,其中在每个吹塑半模上布置有顶板51的一半。在顶板51上形成有凸起,在该凸起上形成有突出部52。突出部52的高度对应于第一夹爪43的高度H(见图4)。
图6示出了吹塑模具50在闭合后的详细视图。支撑环32此时放置在顶板51的突出部52(见图5)上。支腿41和42基本上放置在突出部52之间的顶板51上。通过使支腿41和42放置在顶板上,使得这些支腿在轴向上被精确地定位。在此图示中,支撑环只放置在突出部52上。替代地,突出部52可以与相应的第一夹爪43(参见图4)的上表面形成用于支撑支撑环32的共同表面。也可能的是,图6所示状态下的支腿41和42与顶板51略微间隔开,以防止在拼合吹塑模具50时产生过度摩擦。在此,支腿41和42可以在吹塑过程中被压到顶板51上,这相应地形成了支承座。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于吹塑具有纤维基护套(20)的容器的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-提供纤维基护套(20)
-将预成型件(30)引入所述纤维基护套(20)中以便生产半成品(60)
-用夹持器(40)夹持所述半成品(60)
-将所述半成品(60)转移到吹塑工具(50)中,以及
-吹塑所述容器,其特征在于,
所述夹持器(40)将所述纤维基护套(20)的内壁(21)压到所述预成型件(30)的外表面(31)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述夹持器(40)在吹塑过程中持续地环绕夹持所述半成品(60)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述夹持器(40)在吹塑过程中与所述吹塑工具(50)接触,尤其是与所述吹塑工具(50)的顶板(51)接触。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述夹持器(40)既在所述预成型件(30)的支撑环(32)下方、也在所述支撑环(32)上方夹持所述半成品(60)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述预成型件(30)引入所述纤维基护套(20)时,使所述纤维基护套(20)的上端(22)与所述支撑环(32)接触。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述夹持器(40)从至少两侧夹持并夹紧所述半成品(60)。
7.一种由夹持器(40)和吹塑工具(50)的顶板(51)组成的系统,其用于执行根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述夹持器(40)具有第一夹爪(43),所述第一夹爪具有高度(H),并且所述顶板(51)具有深度对应于所述高度(H)的凹陷部或者具有高度(H)的突出部(52)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述凹陷部具有基本上与所述夹爪(43)的外轮廓相对应的外轮廓。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述夹持器(40)具有第二夹爪(44),所述第二夹爪与所述第一夹爪(43)间隔开,使得所述第一夹爪(43)与所述第二夹爪(44)之间能够引入支撑环。
10.根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述夹持器(40)具有第一支腿(41)和第二支腿(42),其中每个所述支腿(41、42)上布置有所述第一夹爪(43)。

14.根据权利要求9至13中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一夹持表面(431)与所述第二夹持表面(441)在径向上彼此偏移,尤其是偏移所述纤维基护套的壁厚(W)。
