Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有除菌除螨功能的制剂制备方法,具体制备方法步骤如下:步骤一:选取原料和辅料,检验人员对原材料进行检验,并且对生产设备进行试运行,并且向工作人员进行技术交底;步骤二:按制备方法要求和产品配方进行配料称量,称取检测合格的相应重量份的等离子水23.5‑24.7重量份、硼酸22‑25.2重量份、阿维菌素2‑4重量份、亚氯酸钠8.7‑10.2重量份、增溶剂3.8‑4.2重量份、天然植物提取物10‑11.9重量份、苯扎溴铵5.4‑6.6重量份、双癸基二甲基溴化铵4.1‑6.6重量份、表面活性剂5.4‑6.6重量份。在配方中加入薰衣草花制备的天然植物提取物,使除菌除螨功能的制剂透出淡淡的植物清香,具有提神醒脑的作用,与人体皮肤接触时不损伤皮肤,刺激性低。

技术领域
本发明属于除菌除螨制剂加工技术领域,具体涉及一种具有除菌除螨功能的制剂制备方法。
背景技术
除菌除螨剂在生产生活各个领域都有需求,诸如生活中,家具的表面、衣物都会滋长细菌,在厨房、厕所等容易潮湿的地方也都是适于细菌滋生的场所;尤其是饲养宠物的家庭,一般宠物身上也会携带大量的细菌和螨虫,螨虫叮咬皮肤可传播多种疾病,还能产生皮肤瘙痒、小红疙瘩等皮肤问题,螨虫还能引起多种过敏性疾病,家居除螨、保护健康对每一个家庭都很重要,尤其是家中有孕产妇、婴幼儿、10岁以下儿童、患有过敏性疾病人群,一定要定期做全部的家居除螨工作,才能保护全家人的健康,提供一个健康的生活环境,此外,诸如净化车间、动物模式所、重点实验室等特殊环境下,也同样需要对人员皮肤、衣着进行彻底消毒来降低致病菌的传播,而此时就对除菌除螨剂的安全性也提出了非常高的要求,需要通过专门的制备方法进行生产。
现有的具有除菌除螨功能的制剂制备方法,生产的除菌除螨功能的制剂不能透出淡淡的植物清香,不具有提神醒脑的作用,不能在减小人体副作用的前提下提高除菌除螨效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有除菌除螨功能的制剂制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的具有除菌除螨功能的制剂制备方法,生产的除菌除螨功能的制剂不能透出淡淡的植物清香,不具有提神醒脑的作用,不能在减小人体副作用的前提下提高除菌除螨效果的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有除菌除螨功能的制剂制备方法,具体制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一:选取原料和辅料,检验人员对原材料进行检验,并且对生产设备进行试运行,并且向工作人员进行技术交底;
步骤二:按制备方法要求和产品配方进行配料称量,称取检测合格的相应重量份的等离子水23.5-24.7重量份、硼酸22-25.2重量份、阿维菌素2-4重量份、亚氯酸钠8.7-10.2重量份、增溶剂3.8-4.2重量份、天然植物提取物10-11.9重量份、苯扎溴铵5.4-6.6重量份、双癸基二甲基溴化铵4.1-6.6重量份、表面活性剂5.4-6.6重量份;
步骤三:将称取的薰衣草花投入到超声波清洗机内,加入清水和碳酸钠溶液进行超声波清洗,在暖空气中快速吹干,去除基体表面的污垢杂质,并且置于柠檬酸溶液中浸泡2-3h;
步骤四:烘干后然后研磨制粉,后冷却至35-55℃得到粗料,利用萃取技术将得到的粗料和萃取液加入到反应釜内开启电加热器加热并搅拌,冷凝回流出有效物质,利用离心机离心技术,得到从天然植物中提取的天然植物提取物;
步骤五:称取相应重量份的等离子水、硼酸、阿维菌素、亚氯酸钠、增溶剂、天然植物提取物、苯扎溴铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵、表面活性剂,备用;
步骤六:向混合桶中注入等离子水和硼酸,利用搅拌器搅拌5-10min进行稀释混合;向其中加入阿维菌素,搅拌10-15min;
步骤七:向步骤六得到的混合液中加入亚氯酸钠、增溶剂、苯扎溴铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵、表面活性剂,继续搅拌15-20min,最终加入相应重量份的天然植物提取物搅拌30min后,静置2小时,装瓶、装箱。
进一步的,所述步骤六中通过电动搅拌器混合均匀,且搅拌速度为125-135r/min。
进一步的,所述步骤一中检验人员对原料和辅料进行生产许可证检测,企业采购进口需法定检验的原料、添加料,应当向供货者索取有效的检验合格证明,来自合格供应商,查验供应商相关证明真实性,原料相关指标必须自检合格后方可入库。
进一步的,所述步骤七中使用电动搅拌器混合均匀,且搅拌速度为150-165r/min。
进一步的,所述步骤七中在混合的过程中对混合溶液进行加热,加热的温度为55-65℃。
进一步的,所述步骤四中萃取前需要对粗料进行超高温瞬时灭菌处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)选取原料和辅料,检验人员对原材料进行检验,并且对生产设备进行试运行,对材料进行严格检验,筛选下不符合标准的原材料,从而提高产品的质量,对生产设备进行试运行检测,便于及时发现问题及时纠正,消除安全隐患,并且向工作人员进行技术交底,使除菌除螨功能的制剂制备井然有序,减小容错率,提高产品的质量。
(2)在配方中加入薰衣草花制备的天然植物提取物,使除菌除螨功能的制剂透出淡淡的植物清香,具有提神醒脑的作用,与人体皮肤接触时不损伤皮肤,刺激性低,并且配方中添加了增溶剂,使其不易沉淀,将硼酸、阿维菌素、亚氯酸钠、苯扎溴铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵充分混匀在等离子水,多种消毒除螨药剂作用大大提高了杀菌除螨的效果并且药剂的柔和度高,对人体副作用小,避免螨虫叮咬皮肤可传播多种疾病,治疗皮肤瘙痒、小红疙瘩等皮肤问题,避免因螨虫引起多种过敏性疾病。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
一种具有除菌除螨功能的制剂制备方法,具体制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一:选取原料和辅料,检验人员对原材料进行检验,并且对生产设备进行试运行,并且向工作人员进行技术交底;
步骤二:按制备方法要求和产品配方进行配料称量,称取检测合格的相应重量份的等离子水23.5重量份、硼酸22重量份、阿维菌素2重量份、亚氯酸钠8.7重量份、增溶剂3.8重量份、天然植物提取物10重量份、苯扎溴铵5.4重量份、双癸基二甲基溴化铵4.1重量份、表面活性剂5.4重量份;
步骤三:将称取的薰衣草花投入到超声波清洗机内,加入清水和碳酸钠溶液进行超声波清洗,在暖空气中快速吹干,去除基体表面的污垢杂质,并且置于柠檬酸溶液中浸泡2-3h;
步骤四:烘干后然后研磨制粉,后冷却至35-55℃得到粗料,利用萃取技术将得到的粗料和萃取液加入到反应釜内开启电加热器加热并搅拌,冷凝回流出有效物质,利用离心机离心技术,得到从天然植物中提取的天然植物提取物;
步骤五:称取相应重量份的等离子水、硼酸、阿维菌素、亚氯酸钠、增溶剂、天然植物提取物、苯扎溴铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵、表面活性剂,备用;
步骤六:向混合桶中注入等离子水和硼酸,利用搅拌器搅拌5-10min进行稀释混合;向其中加入阿维菌素,搅拌10-15min;
步骤七:向步骤六得到的混合液中加入亚氯酸钠、增溶剂、苯扎溴铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵、表面活性剂,继续搅拌15-20min,最终加入相应重量份的天然植物提取物搅拌30min后,静置2小时,装瓶、装箱。

步骤二:按制备方法要求和产品配方进行配料称量,称取检测合格的相应重量份的等离子水24.7重量份、硼酸25.2重量份、阿维菌素4重量份、亚氯酸钠10.2重量份、增溶剂4.2重量份、天然植物提取物11.9重量份、苯扎溴铵6.6重量份、双癸基二甲基溴化铵6.6重量份、表面活性剂6.6重量份;
步骤三:将称取的薰衣草花投入到超声波清洗机内,加入清水和碳酸钠溶液进行超声波清洗,在暖空气中快速吹干,去除基体表面的污垢杂质,并且置于柠檬酸溶液中浸泡2-3h;
步骤四:烘干后然后研磨制粉,后冷却至35-55℃得到粗料,利用萃取技术将得到的粗料和萃取液加入到反应釜内开启电加热器加热并搅拌,冷凝回流出有效物质,利用离心机离心技术,得到从天然植物中提取的天然植物提取物;
步骤五:称取相应重量份的等离子水、硼酸、阿维菌素、亚氯酸钠、增溶剂、天然植物提取物、苯扎溴铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵、表面活性剂,备用;
步骤六:向混合桶中注入等离子水和硼酸,利用搅拌器搅拌5-10min进行稀释混合;向其中加入阿维菌素,搅拌10-15min;
步骤七:向步骤六得到的混合液中加入亚氯酸钠、增溶剂、苯扎溴铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵、表面活性剂,继续搅拌15-20min,最终加入相应重量份的天然植物提取物搅拌30min后,静置2小时,装瓶、装箱。

步骤二:按制备方法要求和产品配方进行配料称量,称取检测合格的相应重量份的等离子水24.1重量份、硼酸23.6重量份、阿维菌素3重量份、亚氯酸钠9.45重量份、增溶剂4重量份、天然植物提取物10.95重量份、苯扎溴铵6重量份、双癸基二甲基溴化铵5.35重量份、表面活性剂6重量份;
步骤三:将称取的薰衣草花投入到超声波清洗机内,加入清水和碳酸钠溶液进行超声波清洗,在暖空气中快速吹干,去除基体表面的污垢杂质,并且置于柠檬酸溶液中浸泡2-3h;
步骤四:烘干后然后研磨制粉,后冷却至35-55℃得到粗料,利用萃取技术将得到的粗料和萃取液加入到反应釜内开启电加热器加热并搅拌,冷凝回流出有效物质,利用离心机离心技术,得到从天然植物中提取的天然植物提取物;

本发明工作时:选取原料和辅料,检验人员对原材料进行检验,并且对生产设备进行试运行,对材料进行严格检验,筛选下不符合标准的原材料,从而提高产品的质量,对生产设备进行试运行检测,便于及时发现问题及时纠正,消除安全隐患,并且向工作人员进行技术交底,使除菌除螨功能的制剂制备井然有序,减小容错率,提高产品的质量;在配方中加入薰衣草花制备的天然植物提取物,使除菌除螨功能的制剂透出淡淡的植物清香,具有提神醒脑的作用,与人体皮肤接触时不损伤皮肤,刺激性低,并且配方中添加了增溶剂,使其不易沉淀,将硼酸、阿维菌素、亚氯酸钠、苯扎溴铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵充分混匀在等离子水,多种消毒除螨药剂作用大大提高了杀菌除螨的效果并且药剂的柔和度高,对人体副作用小,避免螨虫叮咬皮肤可传播多种疾病,治疗皮肤瘙痒、小红疙瘩等皮肤问题,避免因螨虫引起多种过敏性疾病。

Claims (6)
1.一种具有除菌除螨功能的制剂制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一:选取原料和辅料,检验人员对原材料进行检验,并且对生产设备进行试运行,并且向工作人员进行技术交底;
步骤二:按制备方法要求和产品配方进行配料称量,称取检测合格的相应重量份的等离子水23.5-24.7重量份、硼酸22-25.2重量份、阿维菌素2-4重量份、亚氯酸钠8.7-10.2重量份、增溶剂3.8-4.2重量份、天然植物提取物10-11.9重量份、苯扎溴铵5.4-6.6重量份、双癸基二甲基溴化铵4.1-6.6重量份、表面活性剂5.4-6.6重量份;
步骤三:将称取的薰衣草花投入到超声波清洗机内,加入清水和碳酸钠溶液进行超声波清洗,在暖空气中快速吹干,去除基体表面的污垢杂质,并且置于柠檬酸溶液中浸泡2-3h;
步骤四:烘干后然后研磨制粉,后冷却至35-55℃得到粗料,利用萃取技术将得到的粗料和萃取液加入到反应釜内开启电加热器加热并搅拌,冷凝回流出有效物质,利用离心机离心技术,得到从天然植物中提取的天然植物提取物;
步骤五:称取相应重量份的等离子水、硼酸、阿维菌素、亚氯酸钠、增溶剂、天然植物提取物、苯扎溴铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵、表面活性剂,备用;
步骤六:向混合桶中注入等离子水和硼酸,利用搅拌器搅拌5-10min进行稀释混合;向其中加入阿维菌素,搅拌10-15min;
步骤七:向步骤六得到的混合液中加入亚氯酸钠、增溶剂、苯扎溴铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵、表面活性剂,继续搅拌15-20min,最终加入相应重量份的天然植物提取物搅拌30min后,静置2小时,装瓶、装箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除菌除螨功能的制剂制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中通过电动搅拌器混合均匀,且搅拌速度为125-135r/min。
