Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning compositions, in particular to a personal cleaning care composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, people's awareness of health and environmental protection is continuously enhanced, and "green" and "no addition" become invariable main melodies. In personal wash care products, however, it is often necessary to add preservatives to preserve the shelf life of the product. Furthermore, if the shampoo is expected to achieve the effects of removing dandruff and relieving itching, sterilizing and bacteriostat are required to be added, and the addition of the additive tends to further increase the irritation of the product. Mineral salts of natural origin, such as sodium chloride, are well known and healthy natural bacteriostats. Thus, a number of salt-added cleansing products are commercially available, such as "sea salt scalp cleansing cream", "bath salt scrub cream", and the like.
However, adding a large amount of salt or electrolyte into the personal care product often causes that the surfactant is difficult to form large micelles, so that the polymer thickener is difficult to dissolve and disperse, the prepared personal care product has the problems of high hardness, difficult dispersion, uneven mixing, layering and the like, and the obtained product can cause the problems of dry hair, knotting, dry skin and the like after being used.
Taurine salt surfactants are one of the few surfactants with relatively good salt tolerance, but the common taurine surfactants in the market are in fact methylalkanoyl taurates, while alkanoyl taurates are rarely found, so that methylalkanoyl taurates are often referred to in the market as alkanoyl taurates, and although both surfactants contain taurine structural groups, both are very different in nature, both are quite different surfactants, both raw materials and products being synthesized. Although the methylalkyl acyl taurate surfactant has good compatibility with salt, the methylalkyl acyl taurate is difficult to form larger micelle, so the thickening property of the system is still poor, and a qualified and stable product is difficult to form.
As disclosed in chinese patent application 201680091918.9, a bar soap composition is made from ingredients comprising: at least one cleaning agent selected from soaps and primary surfactants; and at least one taurate surfactant selected from the group consisting of salts of fatty acid amides of taurine, salts of fatty acid amides of N-methyl taurine, and combinations thereof. The taurate surfactant is different from the first surfactant. The composition is in the form of a solid bar. Other personal care and home care products comprising a taurate surfactant are also disclosed, further defined in this application wherein the taurate surfactant is sodium methyl oleoyl taurate, and further, studies have been made in this application primarily with respect to compositions that alleviate skin irritation, skin inflammation and/or improve the cell repair function of the skin, and do not relate to the stability of the composition and the combability of the product.
The inventor of the application unexpectedly found in the research process that when the methyl alkanoyl taurate and the alkyl taurate are mixed and matched for use, the product can show excellent compatibility with high-content sodium chloride, can be made stable and is easy to use; and the surfactant system with high salt content formed by mixing and matching the methyl alkanoyl taurate and the alkyl taurate can show good foaming performance under the acidic condition close to the pH value (pH=5) of a human body, and can not cause the drying problem caused by excessive degreasing under the alkaline condition of the skin.
