MT192/MT292报文进入GUPP的同时也会进入查询查复系统(IARS),并由其建立查询案卷编号(CaseID),并获取原报文信息。IARS根据GUPP返回的报文信息,发送操作指令电(N96)给GUPP。IARS操作指令与GUPP可以实现自动关联,柜员可以在原报文的link中查看操作指令电。此过程中,原报文会一直处于APPROVE_CANCEL状态。When the MT192/MT292 message enters the GUPP, it will also enter the Inquiry Retrieval System (IARS), which will establish an inquiry case file number (CaseID) and obtain the original message information. 如果柜员决定不撤销,希望继续原报文的处理,点击Refuse按钮。针对场景i,如果原报是通过匹配N92变为APPROVE_CANCEL状态的,则点击Refuse后,系统弹出N96报文发出页面,柜员将N96报文提交后,原报从APPROVE_CANCEL回到APPROVE_CANCEL之前的状态。针对场景ii,如果原报是柜员手工通过Cancel按钮变为APPROVE_CANCEL状态的,则Refuse操作成功后,原报状态直接回到APPROVE_CANCEL之前的状态。(当报文满足贷方路径为SWIFT且(报文类型为MT196或MT296)时,PIP将报文拦截置废,不往外发。)If the teller decides not to cancel and wants to continue processing the original message, click the Refuse button. 四、发起退汇4. Initiate refund

1.原报文挂账的状态下,点击RETURN退报,挂账的账户无法自动替换为借方账号,需要人工将退汇报文借方修改为8341账号。1. When the original message is debited, click RETURN to return the debit. 2.针对其他银行四个office,点击Return按钮进行退汇,如果原报文借方MOP为SWIFT,则生成的退汇报文类型为MT202;如果原报文借方MOP为CHATS,则生成的退汇报文类型跟原报文类型相同。点击Return按钮,弹出退汇报文的发出页面,页面自动带出借方账号(原报文贷方账号),贷方账号(原报文借方账号),72场退汇标识。2. 4.如果需要收取退汇费,系统支持自动配置费用规则收取费用和手工收取费用两种。自动配置费用遵循亚太欧非规则。手工收取费用:则在Fee Tab页中添加一条记录,选择Fee Type,Fee Formula,填写收费金额,收费币种,同时勾选“Suppress system fees”,GUPP在处理过程中不再根据费用规则计算费用,而只根据添加的费用条目收费。由于费用原因或其它业务原因导致需退汇的金额与原报金额不一样的情况,可以手工修改退汇报文的金额。4. 6.针对收到的PI/SN报文的退汇,所有的SN报文不论是否已经匹配成功都不可以点击RETURN/REJECT按钮退汇,即SN报文没有RETURN/REJECT按钮。未匹配成功,处于PAYSET状态的PI报文也不可以点击RETURN/REJECT按钮退汇,此状态下PI报文没有RETURN/REJECT按钮。只有已经成功匹配的PI报文,可以点击RETURN/REJECT按钮进行退汇。6.
