Abstract
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域，尤其涉及IPC A61K8领域，更具体地，涉及一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水及其制备方法。本发明通过从表面活性剂、氨基酸类化合物、调理剂、植物提取物及其衍生物、锌类化合物等功效成分进行复配，可达7天长效控油，在提升产品的控油能力同时保护头皮微生态环境，此外，本发明在注重产品的防脱控油功效同时，兼顾产品的柔顺度，从而提升产品的使用舒适感。本发明制得的防脱控油无硅油洗发水适用于各种发质，例如易出油发质、干枯发质、受损发质、分叉发质等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域，尤其涉及IPC A61K8领域，更具体地，涉及一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国头发护理市场以基础洗护发产品为主，产品趋高端化和功效化。中国头发护理市场将近90％都是基础的洗护发产品，而高端功效产品需求高，逐年开始呈高速增长的态势，市场占比也在不断提高。在电商平台上中高端价位的市场份额逐渐扩大，消费能力的升级主要体现在中高端价位的产品上，而具备品质和高端体验的商品受到青睐，如具有控油、去屑等植物高端成分的商品都有爆发式的增长。头皮是长期暴露在外部环境，容易受到紫外线、热源、PM 2.5等不利因素影响，如果不注重头皮的健康养护，就会出现头发头皮问题，表现为头油、头痒、脱发、头屑多等。随着品牌商不断加大力度宣称头皮和头发的健康关系，头皮的控油、防脱的养护成为当前比较流行的趋势。
现有技术中，授权公告号为CN101889967B的专利申请文件，公开了一种洗发水或护发素添加剂及洗发水或护发素制备方法，通过添加生姜末、姜辣素和辣椒油，起到驱湿、驱寒、活络通血的功效，但是其对头皮的刺激性大，容易引起脱发断发症状。
授权公告号为CN107582455B的专利申请文件，公开了一种去屑止痒洗发水及其制备方法，通过盐肤木属植物提取物作为去屑止痒的活性成分，还具有护发养发的作用，但是其制备方法复杂，且控油效果改善不明显。
市售的无硅油洗发水的控油能力提高了，但是产品的使用柔顺度变得很差，且其在短时间去油能力一般都较好，但洗完后头皮返油情况比较明显。因此需要开发出一种防脱、控油的洗发水，且制备方法简单，制备出的洗发水无刺激且去油、控油效果好，洗完后柔顺不干涩。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明第一方面，提供了一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，按重量百分比计包括：表面活性剂12-25％、氨基酸类化合物5-10％、螯合剂0.01-0.2％、植物提取物及其衍生物0.1-11％、乳化剂0.05-2％、锌类化合物0.02-4％、pH调节剂0.01-0.2％、防腐剂0.001-0.01％、水补足余量至100％。
优选的，所述表面活性剂包括离子型表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、复配表面活性剂中的一种或多种；进一步优选的，为离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂。
优选的，所述离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的重量比为(30-40)：(2-10)：1；进一步优选的，为(30-35)：(4-8)：1；更进一步的，为32:6:1。
优选的，所述离子型表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂中的一种或两种；进一步优选的，为阴离子表面活性剂。
优选的，所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、阴离子聚丙酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、月桂基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐中的一种或多种；进一步优选的，为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠。
优选的，所述非离子型表面活性剂为椰油酰胺甲基MEA、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三碳醇醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种；进一步优选的，为椰油酰胺甲基MEA。
在一些优选的方案中，选用椰油酰胺甲基MEA作为非离子型表面活性剂，且所述离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的重量比为(30-40)：(2-10)：1时，能够在进一步提高泡沫丰富度和细腻度的同时，还能够提高洗发水的稳定性。这可能是由于椰油酰胺甲基MEA的复配性好，和其他两种表面活性剂相容性好，相互之间能够起到协同作用，具有良好的协同增粘效果，使得洗发水在高低温下稳定性好，减少其在高低温下粘度的变化。
优选的，所述两性表面活性剂为氨基酸类两性表面活性剂和甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂中的一种或多种；进一步优选的，为甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂。
优选的，所述甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基甜菜碱、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱中的一种或多种；进一步优选的，为椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基甜菜碱中的任一种。
优选的，所述氨基酸类化合物为肌氨酸、甘氨酸、谷氨酸、甲基牛磺酸、丙氨酸中的一种或多种；进一步优选的，为肌氨酸。
优选的，所述氨基酸类化合物和甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂的重量比为(2-10)：(0.01-1)；进一步优选的，为(10-20)：1；更进一步的，为15:1。
在一些优选的方案中，选用月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠作为阴离子表面活性剂应用在洗发水中，能够起到很好的发泡和去污乳化的作用，去除头皮的油脂，但是可能会刺激头皮，引起头皮瘙痒、敏感等症状，严重者甚至会有脱发现象。申请人发现，选用肌氨酸作为氨基酸类化合物和特定的甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂，且所述氨基酸类化合物和甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂的重量比为(2-10)：(0.01-1)时，不仅能够提高泡沫的丰富度，从而增加去污除油效果，还能够减少对头皮的刺激，减少头痒、脱发等现象，而且能够降低脱脂力，避免了洗完头后头发干涩打结的情况，还具有一定的抗菌性。
优选的，所述调理剂为羟丙基瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-39、聚季铵盐-7中的一种或多种；进一步优选的，为羟丙基瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和聚季铵盐-47。
优选的，所述羟丙基瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和聚季铵盐-47的重量比为(1-5)：(1-30)；进一步优选的，为1:10。
申请人意外发现，选用重量比为(1-5)：(1-30)的羟丙基瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和聚季铵盐-47作为调理剂，能够在提高洗发水冲水时的丝滑感和湿发梳理性，还能够提高头发干后的干滑感和易梳理性能。这可能是由于羟丙基瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和聚季铵盐-47协同作用，其上带有正电荷的季铵基团能够与头发结合后吸附在头发表面，形成阳离子高分子膜，一方面起到改善发质，改善梳理性和柔软度的作用，从而减少头发的脆断和脱落，另一方面还能够使得有效物质能够残留在头发上，减少头发的缠结、干枯，提高头发的光泽度和营养。
优选的，所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠。
优选的，所述植物提取物及其衍生物为侧柏叶提取物、姜根提取物、姜根油、何首乌提取物、当归根提取物、黄岑根提取物、皂荚根提取物中的一种或多种；进一步优选的，为侧柏叶提取物和姜根油。
优选的，所述侧柏叶提取物和姜根油的重量比为(0.1-10)：(0.01-1)；进一步优选的，为(5-15)：1；更进一步的，为10:1。
申请人意外发现，选用重量比为(0.1-10)：(0.01-1)的侧柏叶提取物和姜根油，能够在提高抑菌效果的同时，还能够减少脱发。这可能是由于侧柏叶提取物和姜根油复配作用，一方面能够刺激毛囊，促进毛发的生长发育，从而使得头发变得更浓密，另一方面还可以防止脱发，减少斑秃、须发早白等症状，双管齐下实现头发的健康浓密。姜根油还具有一定的杀菌去油作用，可以有效清理头皮堆积的垃圾和油脂，增加使用洗发水后的清爽感，但是姜根可能会对眼睛有一定的刺激性，而且植物提取物在体系中的稳定性较低。
优选的，所述乳化剂为鳄梨油PEG-11酯类、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、聚山梨醇酯-60、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯、硬脂酰乳酰乳酸钠、硬脂醇聚醚-2中的一种或多种；进一步优选的，为鳄梨油PEG-11酯类。
在一些优选的方案中，选用一定量的鳄梨油PEG-11酯类作为乳化剂，一方面能够提高洗发水的稳定性，另一方面能够降低配方中其他成分的刺激性，使得制备出的洗发水不仅具有高清洁力，而且稳定性高，还能抗过敏，减少刺激，尤其适合敏感人群使用。
优选的，所述锌类化合物为吡咯烷酮羧酸锌(PCA锌)、乳酸锌、氯化锌、吡啶硫酮锌、葡萄糖酸锌中的一种或多种；进一步优选的，为PCA锌和乳酸锌。
优选的，所述PCA锌和乳酸锌的重量比为(1-2)：(1-2)；进一步优选的，为1:1。
在一些优选的方案中，选用重量比为(1-2)：(1-2)的PCA锌和乳酸锌作为锌类化合物，能够在提高洗发水的抑菌效果的同时，还能够维持头皮屏障健康。这可能是由于PCA锌和乳酸锌中的锌元素具有一定的抗菌、抗炎效果，能够抑制皮脂分泌过多的油脂和头皮细菌的繁殖，而且PCA锌中的吡咯烷酮羧酸还能够结合水分，保持头皮皮肤的含水量和屏障健康，此外，乳酸锌还能够促进PCA锌在体系中的溶解度，进一步提高了其抗菌控油功效。

本发明第二方面提供了一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水的制备方法，其步骤为：将原料混合均匀后，即得。
优选的，所述防脱控油无硅油洗发水的制备方法为：
S1、加去离子水、羟丙基瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵，搅拌1-3分钟后，加入EDTA二钠，搅拌至完全溶解；
S2、加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱/椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱/月桂基甜菜碱，搅拌10-30分钟至原料完全溶解；
S3、加入鳄梨油PEG-11酯类、侧柏叶提取物、肌氨酸、姜根油、PCA锌、乳酸锌、聚季铵盐-47、防腐剂，搅拌10-30分钟至原料完全溶解；
S4、加入柠檬酸调节pH值，加入椰油酰胺甲基MEA调节稠度，即得。
有益效果：
1、通过选用肌氨酸作为氨基酸类化合物和特定的甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂，且所述氨基酸类化合物和甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂的重量比为(2-10)：(0.01-1)时，不仅能够提高泡沫的丰富度，从而增加去污除油效果，还能够减少对头皮的刺激，减少头痒、脱发等现象，而且能够降低脱脂力，避免了洗完头后头发干涩打结的情况，还具有一定的抗菌性。
2、通过选用椰油酰胺甲基MEA作为非离子型表面活性剂，且所述离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的重量比为(30-40)：(2-10)：1时，能够在进一步提高泡沫丰富度和细腻度的同时，还能够提高洗发水的稳定性。
3、通过选用重量比为(1-2)：(1-2)的PCA锌和乳酸锌作为锌类化合物，能够在提高洗发水的抑菌效果的同时，还能够维持头皮屏障健康。
4、通过选用重量比为(0.1-10)：(0.01-1)的侧柏叶提取物和姜根油，能够在提高抑菌效果的同时，还能够减少脱发。
5、通过选用重量比为(1-5)：(1-30)的羟丙基瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和聚季铵盐-47作为调理剂，能够在提高洗发水冲水时的丝滑感和湿发梳理性，还能够提高头发干后的干滑感和易梳理性能。
6、通过选用一定量的鳄梨油PEG-11酯类作为乳化剂，一方面能够提高洗发水的稳定性，另一方面能够降低配方中其他成分的刺激性，使得制备出的洗发水不仅具有高清洁力，而且稳定性高，还能抗过敏，减少刺激，尤其适合敏感人群使用。
7、本发明通过从表面活性剂、氨基酸类化合物、调理剂、植物提取物及其衍生物、锌类化合物等功效成分进行复配，可达7天长效控油，在提升产品的控油能力同时保护头皮微生态环境。
8、本发明在注重产品的防脱控油功效同时，兼顾产品的柔顺度，从而提升产品的使用舒适感。
9、本发明制得的防脱控油无硅油洗发水适用于各种发质，例如易出油发质、干枯发质、受损发质、分叉发质等。

实施例1提供了一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，按重量百分比计包括：表面活性剂19.5％、氨基酸类化合物7.5％、调理剂2.2％、螯合剂0.05％、植物提取物及其衍生物5.5％、乳化剂1％、锌类化合物2％、pH调节剂0.05％、防腐剂0.005％、水补足余量至100％。
所述表面活性剂为离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂。
所述离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的重量比为32:6:1。
所述离子型表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠。
所述月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠购买自广东丽臣奥威实业有限公司。
所述非离子型表面活性剂为椰油酰胺甲基MEA。

S2、加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱，搅拌20分钟至原料完全溶解；
S3、加入鳄梨油PEG-11酯类、侧柏叶提取物、肌氨酸、姜根油、PCA锌、乳酸锌、聚季铵盐-47、苯甲酸钠，搅拌20分钟至原料完全溶解；
S4、加入柠檬酸调节pH值，加入椰油酰胺甲基MEA调节稠度，即得。

实施例2提供了一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，具体实施方式同实施例1，不同点在于：所述甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。

对比例5提供了一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，具体实施方式同实施例1，不同点在于：按重量百分比计包括：表面活性剂19.5％、氨基酸类化合物7.5％、调理剂2.2％、螯合剂0.05％、植物提取物及其衍生物5.5％、乳化剂0.01％、锌类化合物2％、pH调节剂0.05％、防腐剂0.005％、水补足余量至100％。
性能测试方法
1、稳定性
从外观和香型两个维度，分别检验实施例1-3和对比例1-5的稳定性，将产品分别置于48℃、5℃、-18℃、-18～48℃、常温(25℃)、光照(自然光下)六种环境中，测试其稳定性，一次测试时间为24h，其中-18～48℃高低温循环测试为-18℃12h后48℃12h。循环7次，并与其初始状态对比，结果记入表1-8。
2、使用感测试
通过对产品做消费者(34名)试用调查，对比使用实施例1制得的洗发水使用后的泡沫丰富度、头皮清爽不干涩、头发柔顺顺滑、易冲洗、湿梳理性、干梳理性、自然清爽不油腻、改善头皮毛躁、感觉头皮出油量减少、感觉改善头屑问题、认同该产品有控油功效、认同该产品具有防脱发功效这些方面对消费者进行评估测试，这一方面的得分率为：选择这一优点的人数/34*100％，结果如图1所示。
3、测试产品的控油能力
选用30名年龄为25-55岁的志愿者，志愿者首次单次半头使用实施例1所制得的洗发水，另一侧清水洗头作为对照，采用头皮油脂测试仪测试使用前、使用后4h、使用后8h和使用后24h头皮油脂含量，评价产品24h即时控油功效；随后每天使用样品，测试使用7天后头皮油脂含量，评价产品7天长效控油功效，结果如表9和表10所示。

1.一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，其特征在于，按重量百分比计包括：表面活性剂12-25％、氨基酸类化合物5-10％、调理剂0.2-3.5％、螯合剂0.01-0.2％、植物提取物及其衍生物0.1-11％、乳化剂0.05-2％、锌类化合物0.02-4％、pH调节剂0.01-0.2％、防腐剂0.001-0.01％、水补足余量至100％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，其特征在于，所述表面活性剂包括离子型表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、复配表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，其特征在于，所述离子型表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，其特征在于，所述两性表面活性剂为氨基酸类两性表面活性剂和甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，其特征在于，所述氨基酸类化合物为肌氨酸、甘氨酸、谷氨酸、甲基牛磺酸、丙氨酸中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，其特征在于，所述甜菜碱类两性表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基甜菜碱、十二烷基乙氧基磺基甜菜碱、十二烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，其特征在于，所述调理剂为羟丙基瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-39、聚季铵盐-7中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，其特征在于，所述植物提取物及其衍生物为侧柏叶提取物、姜根提取物、姜根油、何首乌提取物、当归根提取物、黄岑根提取物、皂荚根提取物中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种防脱控油无硅油洗发水，其特征在于，所述锌类化合物为吡咯烷酮羧酸锌、乳酸锌、氯化锌、吡啶硫酮锌、葡萄糖酸锌中的一种或多种。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的防脱控油无硅油洗发水的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
将原料混合均匀后，即得。
