技术领域
本发明涉及卸妆泵的泵头,是一种一键开启式卸妆水泵头。
背景技术
卸妆泵是乳液泵的其中一种,一般由泵头和瓶体两部分组成,属液态霜类化妆品的容器之一,通过按压乳液泵的喷头使液态霜类化妆品乳液从容器内流出。其工作原理是:通过按压喷头的头帽运动造成瓶体内容积周期性地增大和缩小,使液体的压力增加,从而吸排瓶体内的液体。现有一些卸妆泵的顶部设有向前凸起的圆盘结构,通过按压圆盘使液体从圆盘中间的出液孔流出,如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201720902071.X,授权公告日2018.05.08,实用新型名称“一种泵头机构与按压出液的卸妆产品容器”;再如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201821078467.8,授权公告日2019.03.26,实用新型名称“一种卸妆液泵结构”;及如中国专利文献中披露的申请号202120484978.5,授权公告日2021.012.24,实用新型名称“一种卸妆水按压瓶泵头”。但上述产品和同类产品的翻盖与瓶盖一体成型,但瓶盖的一侧缺少按钮结构设计,导致同类产品的使用前安全性较差,容易通过振动等方式意外出液。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明的目的是向本领域提供一种一键开启式卸妆水泵头,使其解决现有同类产品中设有翻盖的瓶盖结构缺少按钮设计,以及按钮结构形式较为单一,使用装配较为不便,产品整体较难回收利用,环保性较差的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种一键开启式卸妆水泵头,该卸妆水泵头的瓶盖底部设有内螺纹圈,瓶盖的内螺纹圈内侧设有泵口圈,泵体的泵口卡扣固定于瓶盖的泵口圈,伸出泵体的阀杆与压盘头帽底部的杆套扣合连接,压盘头帽顶部的孔口设有防脱塞头,液体通过压盘头帽顶部的防脱塞头处孔口流出,泵芯组立包括泵体、阀杆、塑料球珠、内塞、活塞、阀针和弹簧;其结构设计要点是所述瓶盖的顶部两侧边沿对称设有凸起的扣合边,扣合边之间的瓶盖一侧按钮槽设有按钮,瓶盖的扣合边与翻盖对应的盖口边沿扣合,瓶盖的另一侧设有铰接固定于瓶盖的翻盖,铰接处的翻盖与瓶盖之间设有弹性条,弹性条的两端分别与瓶盖及瓶盖的翻盖一体注塑成型;按钮的弹性孔通过瓶盖底部的内螺纹圈外径同时一端套入伸出瓶盖一侧的按钮槽,按钮另一端的弹性头伸出按钮槽对称另一侧瓶盖的开口槽,按钮的弹性头与所述弹性条对齐;按钮的弹性孔大于瓶盖的内螺纹圈外径,按钮的弹性头相抵瓶盖的弹性条,瓶盖的翻盖弹出打开。从而按压按钮时,按钮发生形变或位移的同时,使按钮的弹性头一端相抵翻盖与瓶盖之间的弹性条,翻盖与瓶盖之间的扣合位置受力发生位移或脱离,翻盖即可从瓶盖上弹出并打开。
所述瓶盖的翻盖上铰接固定处开口槽两侧为断连式背带筋,开口槽对称的翻盖设有开口的边槽,瓶盖的弹性条两端分别通过开口槽的底部、边槽的底部与瓶盖及瓶盖的翻盖连为一体注塑成型,所述背带筋与瓶盖一体注塑成型。上述为翻盖与瓶盖一体注塑成型的结构形式,其亦可采用其他现有的插销式连体铰接方式,但弹性条与翻盖、瓶盖一体注塑成型方式对于生产较为简单,为最佳方案。
所述按钮的弹性孔内侧设有等距分布的凸起筋,按钮的弹性头顶部中间设有凸起的定位筋,弹性头对称另一侧按钮的弧形侧面上下边沿分别高出按钮的弹性孔,按钮的弹性头处定位筋插入开口槽处的定位槽。上述结构保证了按钮的弹性头一端稳定使用,及按压一侧的受力按压面积较大。
所述按钮的顶部设有扣钩孔,扣钩孔对应的瓶盖的翻盖处内侧盖口设有扣合钩,翻盖的扣合钩与按钮的扣钩孔扣合。上述结构增强了翻盖与按钮之间的扣合固定。
所述按钮的顶部设有凸起的扣合唇,扣合唇由底部向顶部外侧过渡凸起并一体注塑成型,扣合唇对应的瓶盖的翻盖处内侧盖口设有凸起的扣合筋,翻盖的扣合筋与按钮的扣合唇扣合。上述结构亦可实现翻盖与按钮之间的扣合固定。
所述按钮的扣合唇设有扣钩孔,扣钩孔上方扣合唇的边沿设有下扣钩,下扣钩对应瓶盖的翻盖处内侧盖口设有上扣钩,翻盖的上扣钩与按钮的扣钩孔扣合。上述为另一种翻盖与按钮之间的扣合固定结构。
所述瓶盖的按钮槽一侧设有锁钮,锁钮上下边沿的滑钩扣合固定于瓶盖的按钮槽一侧滑槽,锁钮一侧的锁头插入瓶盖内按钮一侧的锁孔。
所述泵体内的弹簧为金属弹簧,内塞的顶部塞口外径与泵体的泵口内径扣合,金属弹簧设置于内塞内侧的弹簧腔,金属弹簧的一端与内塞中弹簧腔的底部相抵,金属弹簧的另一端与阀杆外径的弹簧筋相抵,阀杆的一端伸出内塞和泵体,阀杆的另一端与泵体内的阀针扣合连为一体,扣合处设有活塞,扣合处的阀杆和阀针分别设有相通的液体通道,活塞的外径与泵体的内壁相抵密封,阀针下方泵体的进液孔处设有扣合固定的塑料球珠,泵体的进液孔处底部设有插入的吸管。上述为泵芯组立的具体结构实施例。
所述金属弹簧替换为螺旋形一体成型的塑料弹簧。上述结构便于该卸妆水泵头的整体回收利用处理。
本发明结构设计合理,装配使用方便,特别是翻盖与瓶盖的扣合结构形式多样,配合泵体内塑料弹簧结构,便于其整体回收利用;其适合作为一键开启式卸妆水泵头使用,及其同类产品的结构改进。

上述瓶盖的翻盖上铰接固定处开口槽两侧为断连式背带筋,开口槽对称的翻盖设有开口的边槽,瓶盖的弹性条两端分别通过开口槽的底部、边槽的底部与瓶盖及瓶盖的翻盖连为一体注塑成型,所述背带筋与瓶盖一体注塑成型。按钮的弹性孔内侧设有等距分布的凸起筋,按钮的弹性头顶部中间设有凸起的定位筋,弹性头对称另一侧按钮的弧形侧面上下边沿分别高出按钮的弹性孔,按钮的弹性头处定位筋插入开口槽处的定位槽。内塞的顶部塞口外径与泵体的泵口内径扣合,金属弹簧设置于内塞内侧的弹簧腔,金属弹簧的一端与内塞中弹簧腔的底部相抵,金属弹簧的另一端与阀杆外径的弹簧筋相抵,阀杆的一端伸出内塞和泵体,阀杆的另一端与泵体内的阀针扣合连为一体,扣合处设有活塞,扣合处的阀杆和阀针分别设有相通的液体通道,活塞的外径与泵体的内壁相抵密封,阀针下方泵体的进液孔处设有扣合固定的塑料球珠,泵体的进液孔处底部设有插入的吸管8。
使用时,按压按钮,按钮发生形变或位移的同时,按钮的弹性头一端相抵翻盖与瓶盖之间的弹性条,翻盖即可从瓶盖上弹出并打开,此时按压盘头帽,液体即可流出压盘头帽使用。
根据上述实施例一的结构特点,该卸妆水泵头亦可采用如下结构改进:如图4所示实施例二,上述按钮的顶部设有扣钩孔403,扣钩孔对应的瓶盖的翻盖处内侧盖口设有扣合钩103,翻盖的扣合钩与按钮的扣钩孔扣合。如图5所示实施例三,上述按钮的顶部设有凸起的扣合唇404,扣合唇由底部向顶部外侧过渡凸起并一体注塑成型,扣合唇对应的瓶盖的翻盖处内侧盖口设有凸起的扣合筋104,翻盖的扣合筋与按钮的扣合唇扣合。瓶盖的按钮槽一侧设有锁钮14,锁钮上下边沿的滑钩扣合固定于瓶盖的按钮槽一侧滑槽,锁钮一侧的锁头插入瓶盖内按钮一侧的锁孔。如图6、图7所示实施例四,上述按钮的扣合唇设有所述扣钩孔,扣钩孔上方扣合唇的边沿设有下扣钩,下扣钩对应瓶盖的翻盖处内侧盖口设有上扣钩,翻盖的上扣钩与按钮的扣钩孔扣合,金属弹簧替换为螺旋形一体成型的塑料弹簧14。上述结构按压按钮,亦可带动翻盖从瓶盖上弹出打开,锁钮便于防止按钮意外按压使用,塑料弹簧便于该卸妆水泵头整体回收利用处理。

1.一种一键开启式卸妆水泵头,该卸妆水泵头的瓶盖(1)底部设有内螺纹圈,瓶盖的内螺纹圈内侧设有泵口圈,泵体(7)的泵口卡扣固定于瓶盖的泵口圈,伸出泵体的阀杆(9)与压盘头帽(2)底部的杆套扣合连接,压盘头帽顶部的孔口设有防脱塞头(3),液体通过压盘头帽顶部的防脱塞头处孔口流出,泵芯组立包括泵体、阀杆、塑料球珠(6)、内塞(10)、活塞(11)、阀针(12)和弹簧;所述泵体(7)内的弹簧为金属弹簧(13),内塞(10)的顶部塞口外径与泵体的泵口内径扣合,金属弹簧设置于内塞内侧的弹簧腔,金属弹簧的一端与内塞中弹簧腔的底部相抵,金属弹簧的另一端与阀杆(9)外径的弹簧筋相抵,阀杆的一端伸出内塞和泵体,阀杆的另一端与泵体内的阀针(12)扣合连为一体,扣合处设有活塞(11),扣合处的阀杆和阀针分别设有相通的液体通道,活塞的外径与泵体的内壁相抵密封,阀针下方泵体的进液孔处设有扣合固定的塑料球珠(6),泵体的进液孔处底部设有插入的吸管(8);其特征在于所述瓶盖(1)的顶部两侧边沿对称设有凸起的扣合边(101),扣合边之间的瓶盖一侧按钮槽设有按钮(4),瓶盖的扣合边与翻盖对应的盖口边沿扣合,瓶盖的另一侧设有铰接固定于瓶盖的翻盖,铰接处的翻盖与瓶盖之间设有弹性条(102),弹性条的两端分别与瓶盖及瓶盖的翻盖一体注塑成型;按钮的弹性孔(401)通过瓶盖底部的内螺纹圈外径同时一端套入伸出瓶盖一侧的按钮槽,按钮另一端的弹性头(402)伸出按钮槽对称另一侧瓶盖的开口槽,按钮的弹性头与所述弹性条对齐;按钮的弹性孔大于瓶盖的内螺纹圈外径,按钮的弹性头相抵瓶盖的弹性条,瓶盖的翻盖弹出打开。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一键开启式卸妆水泵头,其特征在于所述按钮(4)的顶部设有凸起的扣合唇(404),扣合唇由底部向顶部外侧过渡凸起并一体注塑成型,扣合唇对应的瓶盖(1)的翻盖处内侧盖口设有凸起的扣合筋(104),翻盖的扣合筋与按钮的扣合唇扣合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一键开启式卸妆水泵头,其特征在于所述按钮(4)的扣合唇(404)设有扣钩孔(403),扣钩孔上方扣合唇的边沿设有下扣钩,下扣钩对应瓶盖(1)的翻盖处内侧盖口设有上扣钩,翻盖的上扣钩与按钮的扣钩孔扣合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一键开启式卸妆水泵头,其特征在于所述瓶盖(1)的按钮槽一侧设有锁钮(14),锁钮上下边沿的滑钩扣合固定于瓶盖的按钮槽一侧滑槽,锁钮一侧的锁头插入瓶盖内按钮(4)一侧的锁孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一键开启式卸妆水泵头,其特征在于所述金属弹簧(13)替换为螺旋形一体成型的塑料弹簧(15)。
