Abstract
本发明公开了一种稠环化合物及其应用。本发明公开了一种如式I所示的稠环化合物、其药学上可接受的盐、其立体异构体、其互变异构体、其同位素化合物、其晶型、其氮氧化物、其溶剂合物或其药学上可接受的盐的溶剂合物。本发明的稠环化合物具有高的P2X4拮抗活性,且具有较好的选择性,毒性较低、代谢稳定性较好。
