Claims (12)

1. A start-up processing device for lifting a take-up end of a supply roll, the start-up processing device comprising a lift assembly, the lift assembly comprising:
the clamping mechanism is provided with a clamping space; and
the blowing mechanism blows air towards the space between the clamping mechanism and the spare material roll so as to blow the material belt lifting end of the spare material belt into the clamping space;
wherein the gripping mechanism is configured to controllably grip the tape start end entering the gripping space.
2. The starting processing device according to claim 1, wherein the gripping mechanism comprises a roller and a clamping block, a material passing area is formed on a circumferential side wall of the roller, the clamping block is movably connected in the roller, and the clamping space is formed between the clamping block and the material passing area;
the material passing area is provided with a material passing opening for allowing the blown-up material belt starting end to enter the clamping space, and the clamping block can be controlled to be matched with the material passing area of the roller to clamp or loosen the material belt starting end in the clamping space.
3. A head processing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the clamp block comprises a connecting end and a clamping end opposite to the connecting end, the connecting end being connected in the drum in a controlled rotatable manner about a swing axis;
the connecting end winds the swing axis rotating process, and can drive the clamping end to clamp or loosen the material belt feeding end entering the clamping space through the material penetrating opening.
4. The starting-up processing device according to claim 3, wherein the gripping mechanism further comprises a gripping driving unit, and the gripping driving unit is in driving connection with the clamping block to drive the clamping block to rotate around the swinging axis.
5. The starting processing device according to claim 4, wherein the clamping driving unit comprises a driving seat, a roller and a return elastic member;
the driving seat is movably connected in the roller, the roller is arranged on the driving seat, and the clamping block is provided with an inclined surface which is in rolling fit with the roller; two ends of the reset elastic piece are respectively connected with the roller and the clamping block so as to provide elastic force for enabling the clamping end to rotate towards the direction away from the material passing area of the roller;
in the process that the driving seat drives the roller to roll along the inclined surface, the roller provides clamping force for enabling the clamping end to rotate towards the direction close to the material penetrating area of the roller.

The starting processing device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the blowing mechanism comprises a movable driving member and a blowing member, and the blowing member is mounted at a driving end of the movable driving member so as to be driven by the movable driving member to be close to or far from the material passing area of the roller.
7. The starting-up processing device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the blow-up mechanism includes two, and the two blow-up mechanisms are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the axis of the drum.
8. A head processing apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the lifting assembly further comprises a travelling carriage on which the drum and the blowing mechanism are mounted, and a cutting assembly, the travelling carriage being controllably movable in a first direction to a first position adjacent the stock roll and a second position remote from the stock roll; the severing assembly is deployed between the first position and the second position;
when the moving seat moves to the first position, the blowing mechanism blows air towards the stock roll so as to blow a strip starting end of the stock roll to the clamping space; when the movable seat moves to the second position, the cutting assembly cuts off the passing material belt.
9. The head up processing apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the gripping mechanism further comprises a rotation driving unit drivingly connected to the drum to drive the drum to rotate about its axis.
10. The starting processing device according to claim 9, wherein the clamp block has a protrusion, and a circumferential side wall of the drum has a notch corresponding to the protrusion;
when the clamping end of the clamping block is positioned at a position for clamping the starting end of the material belt, the protruding part on the clamping block penetrates out of the peripheral side surface of the roller through the notch;
when the clamping end of the clamping block is in a position of loosening the material belt starting end, the protruding part on the clamping block retracts into the roller through the notch.
11. The starting processing device according to claim 9, further comprising a waste collecting assembly disposed corresponding to the second position, wherein the waste collecting assembly comprises a fixed frame, a pushing driving member and a pushing block, the pushing driving member is disposed on the fixed frame and is in driving connection with the pushing block to drive the pushing block to move along the axial direction of the roller;
when the moving seat moves to the second position, the pushing block moves along the axial direction of the roller and pushes the material belt waste on the roller away from the roller.
12. A reel change apparatus characterized by comprising the head start processing device according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
