技术领域
本发明涉及镜片技术领域,具体的说,是一种聚氨酯复合镜片。
背景技术
目前,由于使用环境的特殊性,致使军用防护眼镜眼罩的防冲击性能要优于其他的普通防护眼镜,防爆军用防护眼镜眼罩主要采用CE EN 166,ANSI Z87.1标准,符合美国军规防弹眼镜抗冲击规定MIL-PRF-31013,MIL-V-43511 BP-10621。符合质量防冲击-国际标准:美标Z78.1,军方STD-662F和欧标EN166。采用国外进口材料制造的聚酸碳脂2.8mm厚的镜片可以达到用重量5G+0.1G,直径为6MM的钢珠在氮气20KG时发射速度为200英尺/秒的强力冲击下,镜片无破裂。然而这种防护要求对排雷士兵来说,还是远远不够的。如果想做到更好的防护效果,测试标准要达到用重量16G+0.1G,直径为16MM的钢珠在氮气20KG时发射速度为200英尺/秒的强力冲击下,镜片无破裂。

中国发明专利申请号CN201921038831涉及一种多功能防弹头盔;专利公开了防弹头盔,尤其是一种多功能防弹头盔,针对现有的装置的照明灯和摄像头没有保护装置,白天在树枝较多的野外进行工作时,移动过程中树枝容易刮碰使得摄像头和照明灯损坏,且摄像头和照明灯容易落上灰尘,在每次使用时需要重新擦拭,较为繁琐的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括头盔,所述头盔的一侧设有照明灯,照明灯内设有摄像头,所述头盔的一侧固定安装有T型固定柱,本实用新型中,通过保护罩的设置可以保护摄像头和照明灯,防止其受到冲击而损坏,需要使用时拉动L型拉杆即可使得保护罩打开开的同时,条形清洁刷向上移动对照明灯和摄像头的镜片进行清洁,满足了人们的使用需求。
通过检索文献发现对于真正做到防弹镜片的研究国内很少,很多都是基于PC材料的应用研究,PC材料本身具备较强的抗冲击性能。PC材料的抗冲击强度与镜片厚度有关,镜片越厚,抗冲击性能越强,足够厚度的PC片是可以防子弹(防弹玻璃里面PC片的厚度是2cm,这是绝对的防子弹),目前我们所说的防弹眼镜是指防弹片,而不是防子弹,因为镜片厚度不可能2cm,太厚了,因此PC镜片的最佳厚度是我们护目镜设计的关键,既要防一定强度的弹片冲击又要在眼镜设计所允许的范围内。然而,如果镜片做到2.8mm以内的厚度,镜片是不可能做到防弹的要求。本专利通过采用3-100层镜片交替叠加粘合的方式完成,最外两层使用聚碳酸酯镜片,内部使用聚氨酯镜片或者聚碳酸酯镜片和聚氨酯镜片的交替叠加,聚氨酯镜片采用的降冰片烷二异氰酸酯和四(3-巯基丙酸)季戊四醇酯在有机锡催化剂作用下聚合而成。镜片之间的粘合采用聚氨酯粘合剂。聚氨酯粘合剂,其主要由以下重量百分比的组分所制成:二苯甲基丙烷二异氰酸酯,15-25份、2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯15-25份、一种或多种双羟基聚醚多元醇,分子量1000-3000,20-50份、扩链剂0.5-1.5份、有机锡类催化剂0.5-1.5份,NN二甲基甲酰胺20-40份,二甲苯19-38份。通过本发明提供粘合剂复合的聚碳酸酯和聚氨酯复合镜片可以通过重量为16G+0.1G,直径为16mm的钢珠在氮气20KG时发射速度为200米/秒的强力冲击下,镜片不破裂,镜片具有防弹功能的要求。

一种聚氨酯复合镜片,采用3~100层镜片交替叠加粘合的方式完成,最外两层使用聚碳酸酯镜片,内部使用聚氨酯镜片或者聚碳酸酯镜片和聚氨酯镜片的交替叠加;镜片之间的粘合采用聚氨酯粘合剂。
一种聚氨酯复合镜片,聚碳酸脂镜片在最外层,中间采用聚碳酸酯镜片和聚氨酯镜片交替叠加的方式进行贴片,镜片之间的粘合采用聚氨酯粘合剂;
聚碳酸酯镜片12片,镜片厚度为0.1毫米,镜片面弯的曲率半径范围是10000mm;
聚氨酯镜片为11片,镜片厚度为0.1毫米,镜片面弯的曲率半径范围是10000mm;
聚氨酯镜片采用的降冰片烷二异氰酸酯和四(3-巯基丙酸)季戊四醇酯在有机锡催化剂作用下聚合而成。降冰片烷二异氰酸酯和四(3-巯基丙酸)季戊四醇酯的摩尔比为1:0.9~1:1。
有机锡催化剂可以是二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、辛酸亚锡、二(十二烷基硫)二丁基锡、二醋酸二丁基锡中的一种或者多种复合,有机锡催化剂在降冰片烷二异氰酸酯和四(3-巯基丙酸)季戊四醇酯的混合物中的质量分数为0.1~3%。
聚氨酯粘合剂,其主要由以下重量百分比的组分所制成:
二苯甲基丙烷二异氰酸酯,15~25份,
2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯15~25份,
一种或多种双羟基聚醚多元醇,分子量1000~3000,20~50份,
扩链剂0.5~1.5份,
有机锡类催化剂0.5~1.5份,
NN二甲基甲酰胺20~40份,
二甲苯20~40份,
聚氨酯粘合剂的制造方法是将多元醇混合物,NN二甲基甲酰胺和二甲苯、扩链剂投入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,加入异氰酸酯,在70度反应5小时;将剩余的异氰酸酯分四批次加入。当粘度达到100CPS(25度);加入剩余溶剂,甲醇,持续反应,使其粘度控制达到在100CPS(25度),即可得到聚氨酯粘合剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:
相对于现有技术,本申请通过3~100层镜片交替叠加粘合的方式完成,最外两层使用聚碳酸酯镜片,内使用聚氨酯镜片或者聚碳酸酯镜片和聚氨酯镜片的交替叠加,最后通过本申请提供的特定粘合剂进行粘合,可以通过重量为16G+0.1G,直径为16mm的钢珠在氮气20KG时发射速度为200米/秒的强力冲击下,镜片不破裂,镜片具有防弹功能的要求。
具体实施方式
以下提供本发明一种聚氨酯复合镜片的具体实施方式。
实施例1
聚氨酯粘合剂的制备:准确称量双羟基聚醚多元醇,分子量2000,20克;NN二甲基甲酰胺,12克;二甲苯,12.5克;扩链剂0.5克;催化剂0.5克按照顺序投入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀30分钟后,加入10.5克二苯甲基丙烷二异氰酸酯和10.5克2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯。加入后变搅拌边加热到70度,在70度的条件下反应5小时。将剩余的4.5克二苯甲基丙烷二异氰酸酯和4.5克2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯分四次加入,每次间隔10分钟,随后监控反应液的粘度,当粘度达到100CPS(25度),加入NN二甲基甲酰胺,12克;二甲苯,12.5克。持续反应,等到粘度达到100CPS(25度),即可。通过注塑的方式制备聚碳酸酯镜片6片,镜片厚度为0.2毫米,镜片面弯的曲率半径范围是10000mm。聚氨酯镜片采用的降冰片烷二异氰酸酯和四(3-巯基丙酸)季戊四醇酯在二丁基二氯化锡作用下聚合而成,聚合镜片5片,镜片厚度为0.2毫米,镜片面弯的曲率半径范围是10000mm。最后采用压片机器涂胶压片和固化,聚碳酸脂镜片在最外层,中间采用聚碳酸酯镜片和聚氨酯镜片交替叠加的方式进行贴片。最后获得具有11层结构的聚碳酸脂和聚氨酯复合镜片。将该镜片用重量为16G+0.1G,直径为16mm的钢珠在氮气20KG时发射速度为200米/秒的强力冲击,冲击第一次完好无损,说明该镜片具有良好的防弹功能。
实施例2

以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种聚氨酯复合镜片,其特征在于,
聚碳酸脂镜片在最外层,中间采用聚碳酸酯镜片和聚氨酯镜片交替叠加的方式进行贴片,镜片之间的粘合采用聚氨酯粘合剂;
聚碳酸酯镜片12片,镜片厚度为0.1毫米,镜片面弯的曲率半径范围是10000mm;
聚氨酯镜片为11片,镜片厚度为0.1毫米,镜片面弯的曲率半径范围是10000mm;
聚氨酯镜片采用的降冰片烷二异氰酸酯和四(3-巯基丙酸)季戊四醇酯在有机锡催化剂作用下聚合而成,降冰片烷二异氰酸酯和四(3-巯基丙酸)季戊四醇酯的摩尔比为1:0.9~1:1。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯复合镜片,其特征在于,有机锡催化剂为二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、辛酸亚锡、二(十二烷基硫)二丁基锡、二醋酸二丁基锡中的一种或者多种复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯复合镜片,其特征在于,有机锡催化剂在降冰片烷二异氰酸酯和四(3-巯基丙酸)季戊四醇酯的混合物中的质量分数为0.1~3%。
