使用时,通过进液口24将清洗液倒入清洗液箱2内,打开箱门25,将待清洗的培养皿放置到移动托盘9上两个夹持件11的中间,关闭箱门25并启动电源,增压水泵5工作将清洗液箱2内的清洗液加压打入喷洒水管3内,并通过喷洒头4喷出至培养皿表面,同时联动水管6内压强推动上推块8向上移动,从而推动移动托盘9上移,“T”型密闭空腔内竖直段空间增大,相应地水平段空腔空间减小,拉动两侧夹持件11向内侧收紧靠近,从而将移动托盘9上方放置的培养皿夹持固定,移动托盘9向上移动时,主刷头20上的主刷毛201首先接触到培养皿底面,主刷毛201受压旋转对其高效清洗的同时,培养皿继续上移,推动主刷头20向上移动挤压旋转块15内的“十”字型密闭空腔,使得辅刷头21向外侧移动,推动辅刷头21向培养皿内壁移动直至与其接触,从而针对不同直径的培养皿侧壁进行有效清理,当辅刷头21向外伸出至接触培养皿外壁后停止移动时,继续上推主刷头20,旋转块15内的“十”字型密闭空腔气压增大,推动延控活塞14上移压缩弹簧13并压动压控开关23,限位卡扣22弹出维持延控活塞14压下压控开关23的状态,增压水泵5停止工作后联动水管6内水压降低,移动托盘9以及其上方的培养皿下落,不再上推主刷头20使得主刷头20受自身重力回落,两侧辅刷头21同时相应回收,直至辅刷头21复位后主刷头20继续下落,使得旋转块15内的“十”字型密闭空腔空间增大气压减小,此时腔内负压与弹簧13弹力共同作用,使延控活塞14下移重新将限位卡扣22压回侧壁内,压控开关23不受压动,增压水泵5再次开启,从而实现喷洒头4处水流对培养皿的间歇性冲击,提高清洗效果的同时更加节约清洗液,当清洗完毕只需对培养皿进行冲洗时,切换清洗模式使电磁阀7关闭,此时增压水泵5压入的水流直接通过喷洒头4喷出冲洗,而不会推动移动托盘9上移,从而维持喷洒头4保持始终喷出状态,以快速完成对培养皿的冲洗工作。When in use, pour the cleaning solution into the
