技术领域
本发明涉及水泥窑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
轻量耐火材料是指在传统耐火材料基础上引入更多气孔而制备出的耐火材料,可以通过降低耐火材料的热容量和导热系数达到保温隔热、节能降耗的目的。适合新型干法水泥窑采用余热来预热生料的模式。
新型干法水泥回转窑体积大,煅烧温度高,热容量大,物料停留时间长,技术上具备实现工业废弃物和生活垃圾“无害化、资源化、减量化、安全化”处理能力。目前采用废弃物和生活垃圾作为替代燃料已经在现代水泥工业广泛应用,并取得了显著的经济和社会效益。
但是使用废弃物和生活垃圾作为替代燃料,会导致碱、硫、氯等物质在窑体内部富集循环,加剧了对轻量耐火材料的侵蚀损毁,降低了其服役寿命,需要对轻量耐火材料进行性能改善。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料及其制备方法,本发明具有良好的耐侵蚀性能和机械性能。
本发明提出了一种耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其原料按重量份包括:基料40份、刚玉骨料54-56份、水泥4-6份;其中,基料为氧化镁、石墨、氧化铝和二氧化锆组成的混合物。
本发明选用氧化镁和石墨在无氧环境中高温反应生成Mg蒸气和一氧化碳,形成气孔;然后Mg蒸气和耐火材料表面及渗入表层的氧气反应形成MgO,并与氧化铝形成尖晶石,使得耐火材料表面和表层的气孔形成闭气孔,降低显气孔率,提高耐侵蚀性能;加入二氧化锆可以和水泥反应生成锆酸一钙,在约1500℃高温时,会附着在耐火材料表面,降低显气孔率,提高耐侵蚀性。
优选地,基料中,氧化镁和石墨的总重、氧化铝的重量比为1:2.5-3。
优选地,基料中,氧化铝由粒径为10-50μm的氧化铝和纳米氧化铝组成。
优选地,纳米氧化铝用量为原料总重量的1.9-2wt%。
在基料中掺入适量的纳米氧化铝,由于其比表面积大,反应活性高,加快镁蒸气与氧化铝在耐火材料表层形成尖晶石的速度,使得更多闭气孔在材料内部得以保存,并降低显气孔率,从而提高保温性能和耐侵蚀性能;另外纳米氧化铝还能促进内部气孔微细化,增强颗粒间的烧结强度,从而提高抗折性、抗热震性能。
优选地,二氧化锆用量为原料总重量的1-2.8wt%。
对氧化镁和石墨的总重、氧化铝、二氧化锆选择适宜配比,可以避免气孔产生过多,影响耐火材料的机械性能;并且控制二氧化锆的添加量在适宜范围内,可以避免二氧化锆过量造成的成本提高和机械性能降低问题。
优选地,刚玉骨料由粒径为3-5mm的刚玉、粒径为1-3mm的刚玉、粒径<1mm的刚玉组成。
优选地,粒径为3-5mm的刚玉、粒径为1-3mm的刚玉、粒径<1mm的刚玉的重量比为1-1.5:1:1-1.5。
选用不同粒径的刚玉骨料相互配合可以提高耐火材料的机械性能。
优选地,氧化镁和石墨的摩尔数相同。
优选地,水泥为铝酸钙水泥。
上述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料还可以包含分散剂等助剂,分散剂可以为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、分散剂FS10等。
本发明还提出了上述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将基料、刚玉骨料、水泥浆料混匀,浇注成型,养护,加热干燥后,接着在惰性气体氛围中升温至1500-1550℃,再通入空气烧结5-6h制得耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料。
上述惰性气体可以为氮气、氩气等。
有益效果:
1.本发明通过对各原料选用合适配比可以保持耐火材料具有良好的机械性能,使其能适用于水泥窑;
2.选用氧化镁和石墨在无氧环境中高温反应生成Mg蒸气和一氧化碳,在耐火材料中形成气孔;然后Mg蒸气和氧气反应形成MgO,并与氧化铝形成尖晶石,使得耐火材料表面的气孔形成闭气孔,降低显气孔率,提高耐侵蚀性能;
3.在基料中掺入适量的纳米氧化铝,由于其比表面积大,反应活性高,加快镁蒸气与氧化铝在耐火材料表层形成尖晶石的速度,使得更多闭气孔在材料内部得以保存,并降低显气孔率,提高保温性能和耐侵蚀性能;另外纳米氧化铝还能促进内部气孔微细化,增强颗粒间的烧结强度,从而提高抗折性等机械性能;
4.加入适量的二氧化锆可以和水泥反应生成锆酸一钙,在约1500℃高温时,会附着在耐火材料表面,降低显气孔率,阻止有害成分的渗透侵蚀,提高耐侵蚀性,并避免二氧化锆过量造成的机械性能降低。

实施例1
一种耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其原料按重量份包括:氧化镁8.44g、石墨2.56g、粒径为10-50μm的氧化铝26g、纳米氧化铝2g、二氧化锆1g、粒径为3-5mm的刚玉18g、粒径为1-3mm的刚玉18g、粒径<1mm的刚玉18g、铝酸钙水泥6g。
上述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将氧化镁、石墨、粒径为10-50μm的氧化铝、纳米氧化铝和二氧化锆球磨混匀得到基料;将各粒径的刚玉和水泥浆料混匀,然后加入基料混匀,浇注成型,室温养护48h,脱模,于110℃加热干燥后,接着在惰性气体氛围中升温至1500℃,再通入空气烧结6h制得耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料。
实施例2
一种耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其原料按重量份包括:氧化镁7.15g、石墨2.15g、粒径为10-50μm的氧化铝26g、纳米氧化铝1.9g、二氧化锆2.8g、粒径为3-5mm的刚玉21g、粒径为1-3mm的刚玉14g、粒径<1mm的刚玉21g、铝酸钙水泥4g。
上述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将氧化镁、石墨、粒径为10-50μm的氧化铝、纳米氧化铝和二氧化锆球磨混匀得到基料;将各粒径的刚玉和水泥浆料混匀,然后加入基料混匀,浇注成型,室温养护48h,脱模,于110℃加热干燥后,接着在惰性气体氛围中升温至1550℃,再通入空气烧结5h制得耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料。

制备方法同实施例3。
对比例3
一种耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其原料按重量份包括:氧化镁7.7g、石墨2.3g、粒径为10-50μm的氧化铝28g、纳米氧化铝2g、粒径为3-5mm的刚玉20g、粒径为1-3mm的刚玉16g、粒径<1mm的刚玉19g、铝酸钙水泥5g。
制备方法同实施例3。
对比例4
一种耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其原料按重量份包括:氧化镁7.7g、石墨2.3g、粒径为10-50μm的氧化铝23g、纳米氧化铝2g、二氧化锆5g、粒径为3-5mm的刚玉20g、粒径为1-3mm的刚玉16g、粒径<1mm的刚玉19g、铝酸钙水泥5g。
制备方法同实施例3。
对比例5
一种耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其原料按重量份包括:氧化镁7.7g、石墨2.3g、粒径为10-50μm的氧化铝30g、粒径为3-5mm的刚玉20g、粒径为1-3mm的刚玉16g、粒径<1mm的刚玉19g、铝酸钙水泥5g。
制备方法同实施例3。
对实施例1-3和对比例1-6制得耐火材料进行性能检测,结果如表1所示。
参照GB/T2997-2015检测显气孔率和体积密度;参照GB/T5072-2008检测试样的常温耐压强度;参照GB/T3001-2007检测试样的常温抗折强度;参照GB/T3002-2004检测试样的高温抗折强度;参照GB/T14983-2008检测试样的抗碱性能。
表1检测结果
备注:显气孔率、体积密度检测的是烧结后的试样。
由实施例1-3可以看出本发明密度较低,且显气孔率较低,具有良好的抗碱侵蚀性能,且其耐压强度和抗折强度较高;由实施例3和对比例1-2可以看出纳米氧化铝不添加或过量添加,耐火材料的抗碱侵蚀性能和机械性能均会降低;由实施例3和对比例3-4可以看出二氧化锆不添加或过量添加,耐火材料的抗碱侵蚀性能和机械性能均会降低;由实施例3和对比例5可以看出,适量的纳米氧化铝和二氧化锆相互配合,可以提高本发明的抗碱侵蚀性能和机械性能。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:基料40份、刚玉骨料54-56份、水泥4-6份;其中,基料为氧化镁、石墨、氧化铝和二氧化锆组成的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其特征在于,基料中,氧化镁和石墨的总重、氧化铝的重量比为1:2.5-3。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其特征在于,基料中,氧化铝由粒径为10-50μm的氧化铝和纳米氧化铝组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其特征在于,纳米氧化铝用量为原料总重量的1.9-2wt%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其特征在于,二氧化锆用量为原料总重量的1-2.8wt%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其特征在于,刚玉骨料由粒径为3-5mm的刚玉、粒径为1-3mm的刚玉、粒径<1mm的刚玉组成。
7.根据权利要求6所述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其特征在于,粒径为3-5mm的刚玉、粒径为1-3mm的刚玉、粒径<1mm的刚玉的重量比为1-1.5:1:1-1.5。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其特征在于,氧化镁和石墨的摩尔数相同。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料,其特征在于,水泥为铝酸钙水泥。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将基料、刚玉骨料、水泥浆料混匀,浇注成型,养护,加热干燥后,接着在惰性气体氛围中升温至1500-1550℃,再通入空气烧结5-6h制得耐侵蚀轻量耐火材料。
