Abstract
The invention provides a novel degradable non-woven material and a production process thereof, and relates to the technical field of novel non-woven materials. The novel degradable non-woven material comprises 5-30 parts of polypropylene fibers, 2-10 parts of ketone photosensitizer, 2-10 parts of polylactide and 2-10 parts of adhesive. By the material, polylactide is added into a fiber net, so that the degradation effect can be effectively improved, and the polylactide is polymerized by taking lactic acid which is a microbial fermentation product as a monomer, can be degraded after being used, and cannot cause pollution to the environment.

The invention relates to the technical field of new non-woven materials, in particular to a new degradable non-woven material and a production process thereof.
Background
Nonwoven materials are sheets, webs, or batts made from oriented or randomly arranged fibers bonded to one another by abrasion, cohesion or bonding, or a combination of these methods. Also known as a nonwoven fabric, nonwoven fabric or nonwoven fabric.
In the prior art, the non-woven material is not used enough, and the degradation effect of the non-woven material is not good in the using process.

s3, reinforcing the fiber web: the fiber web is reinforced by a jet-flow net-spraying method, high-pressure fine-bundle water flow is used on the fiber web of the metal curtain net, so that the fibers move downwards under the action of gap water force to achieve entanglement among the fibers, and the fiber web is reinforced;
s4, drying: drying the reinforced fiber web by a dryer, controlling the drying temperature at 100-110 ℃, and spraying an adhesive on the fiber web after drying;
s5, spraying: shaking up the adhesive, and uniformly spraying the adhesive to the fiber web by a spraying machine;
s6, baking: placing the fiber web sprayed with the adhesive in a baking oven, controlling the temperature to be 115-120 ℃, and controlling the speed of the fiber web passing through the baking oven to be 0.4-0.6 m/s;
and S7, after baking, finishing, calendering and cutting and the like to improve the service performance of the fiber web and improve the aesthetic property.
