本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体为一种水性凹印底涂油墨,包括如下质量占比的原料:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液60~90%、颜料色浆0~30%、食用酒精10~20%、聚乙烯蜡0.5~1%、水15~25%、消泡剂0.2~0.4%。本发明所述的底涂油墨色泽饱满,透明度高,附着力好,印刷适应性良好;可根据需要制成各种颜色底涂,并能适应高速凹印机印刷,印刷产品下机后附着牢度达到95%以上,印刷效果美观大方,可显著改善部分油墨在镀铝纸上附着力不佳的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性凹印底涂油墨。
背景技术
凹印油墨为凹版印刷油墨的简称,适用于各类凹版印刷。凹印油墨同其它印刷油墨一样,凹印油墨主要组成部分为有色物质(颜料)和连结料。其中有色物质起显色作用,靠与承印物的颜色不同形成对比,在承印物上显出图像来。凹印油墨大多是挥发性溶剂型油墨,由颜料、固体树脂、挥发性溶剂、填充料和附加剂组成,只有各原料成分及比例调配好,才能达到油墨应有的印刷适性和使用性能,才能使印刷油墨与印版、印刷机、承印材料之间得以良好的配合,使印刷工艺顺利进行。
而铝箔或镀铝纸是不可或缺的包装材料,铝箔或镀铝纸可用于包装各种形状的产品,也可以加工成各种形状的容器,然而普通的油墨无法在铝箔上直接涂覆,附着力较差,色泽饱和度不高,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种水性凹印底涂油墨,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种水性凹印底涂油墨,包括如下质量占比的原料:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液60~90%、颜料色浆0~30%、食用酒精10~20%、聚乙烯蜡0.5~1%、水15~25%、消泡剂0.2~0.4%。
优选地,由如下质量占比的原料组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液60%、颜料色浆10%、食用酒精10%、聚乙烯蜡0.6%、水19%、消泡0.4%。
优选地,由如下质量占比的原料组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液65%、颜料色浆5%、食用酒精10%、聚乙烯蜡0.6%、水19%、消泡剂0.4%。
优选地,由如下质量占比的原料组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液61%、颜料色浆3%、食用酒精10%、聚乙烯蜡0.8%、水25%、消泡剂0.2%。
优选地,由如下质量占比的原料组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液62%、颜料色浆8%、食用酒精12%、聚乙烯蜡0.7%、水17%、消泡剂0.3%。
优选地,由如下质量占比的原料组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液60%、颜料色浆5%、食酒精15%、聚乙烯蜡0.8%、水19%、消泡剂0.2%。
优选地,所述颜料色浆为水性有机颜料色浆。
优选地,所述消泡剂为EGO Foamex825。
有益效果:本发明所述的水性凹印底涂油墨,其环保型较好,本发明所述的底涂油墨色泽饱满,透明度高,附着力好,印刷适应性良好;可根据需要制成各种颜色底涂,并能适应高速凹印机印刷(印刷速度达到200米/分钟以上),印刷产品下机后附着牢度达到95%以上,印刷效果美观大方,可显著改善部分油墨在镀铝纸上附着力不佳的问题。

实施例1
本实施例所述的水性凹印底涂油墨,由如下质量占比的原料组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液60%、颜料色浆10%、食用酒精10%、聚乙烯蜡0.6%、水19%、消泡0.4%。其中颜料色浆为水性有机颜料色浆,消泡剂为EGO Foamex825。
实施例2
本实施例所述的水性凹印底涂油墨,由如下质量占比的原料组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液65%、颜料色浆5%、食用酒精10%、聚乙烯蜡0.6%、水19%、消泡剂0.4%。其中颜料色浆为水性有机颜料色浆,消泡剂为EGO Foamex825。
实施例3
本实施例所述的水性凹印底涂油墨,由如下质量占比的原料组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液61%、颜料色浆3%、食用酒精10%、聚乙烯蜡0.8%、水25%、消泡剂0.2%。其中颜料色浆为水性有机颜料色浆,消泡剂为EGO Foamex825。

本实施例所述的水性凹印底涂油墨,由如下质量占比的原料组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液62%、颜料色浆8%、食用酒精12%、聚乙烯蜡0.7%、水17%、消泡剂0.3%。其中颜料色浆为水性有机颜料色浆,消泡剂为EGO Foamex825。
实施例5
本实施例所述的水性凹印底涂油墨,由如下质量占比的原料组成:苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物乳液60%、颜料色浆5%、食酒精15%、聚乙烯蜡0.8%、水19%、消泡剂0.2%。其中颜料色浆为水性有机颜料色浆,消泡剂为EGO Foamex825。
