Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition, a preparation method thereof and a skin care product, wherein the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition comprises 1-15% of an anti-aging component, 1-15% of a wrinkle-removing component, 3-30% of an auxiliary agent, water and the balance; the anti-aging component comprises apple seed fermented extract, pumpkin seed fermented extract and fig fermented extract; the wrinkle removing component comprises shea butter, hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester and small molecular peptide, each component has definite effect and scientific collocation, is an anti-aging solution for 'cuticle therapy', corresponds to the skin structure, combines the scientific theories of anatomy, physiology and biology of the cuticle, and repairs the cuticle skin defects and damages caused by various factors through external therapeutic intervention measures of the skin, thereby achieving the anti-aging purpose. And the preparation method has simple process and simple and convenient operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to an anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition, a preparation method thereof and a skin care product.
Background
Aging is directly manifested as aging when the age is growing and the function of the human body is getting slow. In order to resist aging and maintain youthful appearance, skin care is also a very important anti-aging way besides paying attention to diet, having proper rest, doing more exercise and keeping optimistic and open mood. The signs of skin aging include dry skin, skin dullness, dark skin, freckles, enlarged pores, rough skin, wrinkles, etc. On the one hand, various skin care products are available on the market for different skin problems. On the other hand, the demand for skin care products is increasing, and consumers are not simply concerned about ingredients, and they want to know at which site the core ingredient acts, and why this site has an important effect on the skin, and these scientific mechanisms are all places that developers need to pay attention to when developing products. However, many of the existing anti-aging products have the problems that the component functions are not clear, the component collocation is not reasonable, and the skin cannot be nursed in all directions, or the components with the same functions are multiple, frequent and mixed, so that too much nutrition cannot be completely absorbed by the skin is provided, the resource waste is caused, and the cost is increased. In fact, a skin care product with "hard core connotation" needs to be designed based on skin science, combine with the targeting of raw material technology and the support of scientific formula architecture, and then become a relatively rigorous or more scientific product.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition which is clear in component action, reasonable in matching, capable of providing proper nutrition for skin and good in anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition, which has simple process and simple and convenient operation.
The invention also aims to provide a skin care product which can resist skin aging and remove wrinkles.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
an anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-15% of an anti-aging component, 1-15% of a wrinkle-removing component, 3-30% of an auxiliary agent, water and the balance; the anti-aging component comprises an apple seed fermented extract, a pumpkin seed fermented extract and a fig fermented extract; the wrinkle removing component comprises shea butter, hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester and small molecular peptide.
The apple seed fermented extract contains abundant flavonoid, phytosterol, amino acid and other components, can stimulate skin deep cell replacement, prevent skin relaxation, repair cuticle skin defects and damages, and is helpful for relieving skin fatigue and making skin smooth and elastic.
The fermented extract of pumpkin seeds is rich in zinc, various vitamin minerals (especially rich in vitamin E), and polyphenol lignan, wherein the zinc is helpful for skin cell metabolism, and can lock skin moisture, maintain skin collagen content, maintain skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles, repair cuticle skin defect and damage. The lignan can play a role in high oxidation resistance and prevent skin aging; vitamin E prevents pigmentation and keeps the skin moist, smooth and elastic.
The fig fermented extract contains rich amino acids, vitamins, saccharides (mainly arabinose and galactose) and inorganic elements, and more importantly, the fig fermented extract contains rich enzymes, particularly contains a large amount of superoxide dismutase (sod enzyme), has strong free radical scavenging capacity and can well resist aging.
In addition, the active ingredients of the apple seed fermented extract, the pumpkin seed fermented extract and the fig fermented extract have small molecular weights, can easily permeate into a skin basal layer, and promote skin microcirculation, so that the skin can quickly supplement nutrients (such as hyaluronic acid, collagen elastin and the like) lost by skin tissues with wrinkles, thereby increasing the skin compactness, reducing pores, achieving the effects of stretching the wrinkles and fading the wrinkles, repairing skin defects and damages of horny layers, and enabling the skin to become compact and elastic.
The shea butter has good skin-friendly property, is easy to be absorbed by human body, can promote the regeneration of epidermal cells, keeps the natural elasticity of skin, has good deep moistening effect and enables the skin texture to become fine and smooth.
The hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester has the functions of regulating metabolism of epidermis and stratum corneum, resisting aging, reducing sebum overflow, fading epidermal pigments and preventing skin aging. And the hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester has no stimulation to skin, can directly generate biological effect with skin without conversion, simultaneously does not generate adverse reaction on skin, has high activity, and can efficiently resist wrinkle.
The small molecular peptide has homology with organism substances, good compatibility with skin and strong transdermal capacity; the small molecular peptide has small molecular weight, can penetrate into skin, can effectively increase superoxide dismutase (SOD) in a human body, and can effectively remove free radicals.
Further, the weight ratio of the apple seed fermentation extract to the pumpkin seed fermentation extract to the fig fermentation extract is (1-3): (2-3): 1, the anti-aging components are reasonable in dosage matching, and the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects can be better exerted.
Further, the weight ratio of the shea butter, the hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester and the small molecule peptide is (1-2): (1-2): (6-12), the wrinkle-removing component is reasonable in dosage matching, and the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects can be better played.
Further, the small molecule peptide comprises dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, pentapeptide-3, hydrolyzed collagen and arginine/lysine polypeptide in equal weight.
Dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, a snake venom serum protein-like peptide, has excellent smoothing and quick wrinkle-removing properties.
Tripeptide-1, acting on the dermis layer, can promote the synthesis of collagen, elastin, laminin and fibronectin, can promote the renewal and reconstruction of tissues, can relieve wrinkles, and can make the skin tight, smooth and elastic.
Acetyl hexapeptide-8, a neurotransmitter inhibitory peptide, can weaken muscle contraction, prevent wrinkle formation and has high anti-wrinkle activity.
Pentapeptide-3, an improved peptide having lipophilicity, is effective in alleviating contraction of facial muscles and increasing arrangement of collagen and elastin, thereby preventing formation of wrinkles and wrinkles of the skin and maintaining the tight state of the skin.
Hydrolyzed collagen, which is mainly composed of small peptides with a molecular weight of less than 3000, is easily absorbed directly into the dermis through the epidermis.

Further, the apple seed fermented extract is prepared by the following method: crushing fresh apple seeds by using a wall-breaking crusher, adding an extracting solution consisting of water, ethanol and acetone, carrying out ultrasonic extraction, filtering, taking a filtrate, and sterilizing to obtain an apple seed extract; adding the apple seed extract into a fermentation tank, adding a fermentation substrate, inoculating lactobacillus plantarum seed liquid according to the inoculation amount of 2-5%, adding yeast activating liquid according to the amount of 3-5%, fermenting, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain the apple seed fermentation extract.
Further, the pumpkin seed fermented extract is prepared by the following method: pulverizing fresh semen Cucurbitae with wall-breaking pulverizer, adding extractive solution composed of water, ethanol and acetone, ultrasonic extracting, filtering, collecting filtrate, and sterilizing to obtain semen Cucurbitae extract; adding the pumpkin seed extract into a fermentation tank, adding a fermentation substrate, inoculating lactobacillus plantarum seed liquid according to the inoculation amount of 2-5%, adding yeast activating liquid according to the inoculation amount of 3-5%, fermenting, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain the pumpkin seed fermentation extract.
Further, the fig fermented extract is prepared by the following method: pulverizing fresh fructus fici with wall-breaking pulverizer, adding extractive solution composed of water, ethanol and acetone, ultrasonic extracting, filtering, collecting filtrate, and sterilizing to obtain fructus fici extract; adding the fig extract into a fermentation tank, adding a fermentation substrate, inoculating lactobacillus plantarum seed liquid according to the inoculation amount of 2-5%, adding yeast activating liquid according to the inoculation amount of 3-5%, fermenting, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain the fig fermented extract.
When preparing the apple seed fermented extract, the pumpkin seed fermented extract and the fig fermented extract, firstly crushing by using a wall breaking machine, breaking cell walls of raw materials, and ensuring that nutrient components can be efficiently extracted in subsequent operations; the extracting solution is composed of water, ethanol and acetone, so that nutrient elements with different dissolving properties can be fully extracted, and the ultrasonic extraction efficiency is high. Meanwhile, the extracting solution is simultaneously fermented by lactobacillus plantarum and saccharomycetes in stages, so that the molecular weight of the active substances is smaller, and the active substances are converted into a state which is more favorable for skin absorption, and the skin defects of the horny layer are better repaired.
Further, the auxiliary agent comprises one or a combination of an emulsifier, a humectant, a fat-endowing agent, a thickener, a preservative, an antioxidant and a complexing agent.
Further, the emulsifier comprises one or a combination of the following components according to the total weight of the anti-wrinkle composition being 100 percent: inulin lauryl carbamate 0.5-1%, polyglycerol-10 stearate 1-2%, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polysorbate-80 and sorbitan isostearate 0.5% -1%.
Further, the humectant is one or a combination of glycerin, dipropylene glycol, butanediol and sodium hyaluronate, and the dosage of the humectant is 0.1-2.0% of the weight of the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition.
Further, the fat-endowing agent is one or a combination of caprylic triglyceride, capric triglyceride, polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl palmitate, and the amount of the fat-endowing agent is 1.0-10.0% of the weight of the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition.
Further, the thickening agent is one or the combination of xanthan gum and acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer, and the dosage of the thickening agent is 0.1-1.0% of the weight of the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition.

The second purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of an anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following steps: mixing water and water-soluble components in the auxiliary agent to form a water phase; mixing the wrinkle-removing component and the oil-soluble component in the auxiliary agent to form an oil phase; mixing the water phase and the oil phase, stirring uniformly, adding the anti-aging component, and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-aging oil.
The third purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a skin care product is prepared from the raw materials of the skin care product, wherein the raw materials comprise the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition provided by the invention comprises an anti-aging component and a wrinkle-removing component, wherein the anti-aging component comprises an apple seed fermentation extract, a pumpkin seed fermentation extract and a fig fermentation extract, the wrinkle-removing component comprises shea butter, hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester and small molecular peptide, each component has a definite and scientific matching effect, and the anti-aging composition is an anti-aging solution of a 'cuticle therapy', corresponds to a skin structure, combines the scientific theories of anatomy, physiology and biology of the cuticle, and repairs cuticle skin defects and damages caused by various factors through external therapeutic intervention measures of the skin, so that the anti-aging purpose is achieved.
(2) The preparation method of the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition provided by the invention is simple in process and simple and convenient to operate.
(3) The skin care product provided by the invention has good anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below with reference to specific embodiments, and it should be noted that, without conflict, any combination between the embodiments or technical features described below may form a new embodiment. The raw materials, equipments and the like used in the following examples are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
The emulsifiers (sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer) and (polysorbate-80) and (sorbitan isostearate) in examples 1-3 were manufactured by Seebick, France and supplied by Belobo, Guangzhou under the model SIMULGEL EG.
Examples 1 to 3
An anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition is prepared from apple seed fermented extract, pumpkin seed fermented extract, fig fermented extract, shea butter, hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester, dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzylamide diacetate, tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, pentapeptide-3, hydrolyzed collagen, arginine/lysine polypeptide, inulin lauryl carbamate, polyglycerol-10 stearate, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polysorbate-80 and sorbitan isostearate complex, glycerol, dipropylene glycol, butylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, caprylic triglyceride, capric triglyceride, polydimethylsiloxane, cetyl palmitate, xanthan gum, ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, phenoxyethanol, and water, Methyl hydroxybenzoate, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, ethylhexyl glycerol, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and water. The specific formulation is detailed in table 1 below.

The anti-aging and wrinkle-removing compositions of examples 1 to 3 were prepared according to the following methods:
preparing an apple seed fermented extract: taking fresh apple seeds, crushing by using a wall-breaking crusher, and adding the mixture of 5: 1: 1, extracting solution consisting of water, ethanol and acetone, wherein the weight of the extracting solution is 10 times of that of the apple seeds; ultrasonic extraction for 35 minutes, ultrasonic conditions: temperature 30 ℃, ultrasonic power: 1200 watts/single ultrasonic head, 2 seconds of ultrasonic stopping for 1 second; filtering, collecting filtrate, and sterilizing to obtain fructus Mali Pumilae seed extract; adding the apple seed extract into a fermentation tank, adding fermentation substrate sucrose, inoculating lactobacillus plantarum seed liquid according to the inoculation amount of 3%, adding yeast activating liquid according to the inoculation amount of 4%, fermenting, controlling the temperature in the fermentation tank to be 24-26 ℃ on 1-2 days, controlling the temperature in the fermentation tank to be 35-37 ℃ on 3-5 days, completing fermentation, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain the apple seed fermentation extract;
preparing a pumpkin seed fermentation extract: taking fresh pumpkin seeds, crushing by using a wall-breaking crusher, adding the mixture of the materials in a mass ratio of 5: 1: 1, extracting solution consisting of water, ethanol and acetone, wherein the weight of the extracting solution is 10 times of that of the apple seeds; ultrasonic extraction for 35 minutes, ultrasonic conditions: temperature 30 ℃, ultrasonic power: 1200 watts/single ultrasonic head, 2 seconds of ultrasonic stopping for 1 second; filtering, collecting filtrate, and sterilizing to obtain semen Cucurbitae extract; adding the pumpkin seed extract into a fermentation tank, adding fermentation substrate sucrose, inoculating lactobacillus plantarum seed liquid according to the inoculation amount of 3%, adding yeast activating liquid according to the inoculation amount of 4%, fermenting, controlling the temperature in the fermentation tank to be 24-26 ℃ on days 1-2 and controlling the temperature in the fermentation tank to be 35-37 ℃ on days 3-5, completing fermentation, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain the pumpkin seed fermentation extract;
preparing a fig fermented extract: taking fresh fig, crushing by using a wall breaking crusher, and adding the materials in a mass ratio of 5: 1: 1, the weight of the extracting solution is 10 times of that of the fig; ultrasonic extraction for 35 minutes, ultrasonic conditions: temperature 30 ℃, ultrasonic power: 1200 watts/single ultrasonic head, 2 seconds of ultrasonic stopping for 1 second; filtering, collecting filtrate, and sterilizing to obtain fructus fici extract; adding the fig extract into a fermentation tank, adding fermentation substrate sucrose, inoculating lactobacillus plantarum seed liquid according to the inoculation amount of 3%, adding yeast activating liquid according to the amount of 4%, fermenting, controlling the temperature in the fermentation tank to be 24-26 ℃ on days 1-2 and 35-37 ℃ on days 3-5, completing fermentation, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain the fig fermented extract;
mixing water and humectant, stirring, and heating to 65-75 deg.C to obtain water phase;
mixing the wrinkle-removing component, the emulsifier, the fat-endowing agent, the thickener and the antioxidant, and heating to 65-75 ℃ while stirring to obtain an oil phase;
mixing the water phase and the oil phase, stirring, cooling to below 45 deg.C, adding antiaging component, antiseptic and complexing agent, and stirring.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 3 in that: the anti-aging composition was the same as in example 3 except that the fermented extract of apple seeds was omitted. See table 2 for details.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 differs from example 3 in that: the anti-aging composition was the same as in example 3 except that the fermented extract of pumpkin seeds was omitted. See table 2 for details.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 differs from example 3 in that: the anti-aging composition was the same as in example 3 except that the fermented fig extract was omitted. See table 2 for details.

Comparative example 4 differs from example 3 in that: the shea butter was omitted from the wrinkle-removing composition and the rest was the same as in example 3. See table 2 for details.

Comparative example 5 differs from example 3 in that: the hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester is omitted from the wrinkle-reducing component and the same as in example 3. See table 2 for details.

Comparative example 6 differs from example 3 in that: tripeptide-1 and acetyl hexapeptide-8 are omitted from the wrinkle-reducing component and the rest is the same as in example 3. See table 2 for details.

Comparative example 7 differs from example 3 in that: the pentapeptide-3 and arginine/lysine polypeptides were omitted from the wrinkle-removing component and the rest was the same as in example 3. See table 2 for details.

1. Anti-aging test
DPPH is a free radical, whose alcoholic solution is purple in color and strongly absorbs at 517 nm. When the solution for scavenging free radicals is added into the alcoholic solution of DPPH, the color of the solution becomes light, the absorbance at 517nm is reduced, the reduction degree is in a linear relation, and the higher the reduction rate of the absorbance is, the stronger the oxidation resistance of the added solution for scavenging free radicals is. The samples of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 9 were tested for their antioxidant ability based on this principle.
Sample preparation of solution to be tested: respectively dissolving 2mg of the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing compositions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-9 in 50ml of absolute ethanol, fixing the volume to 100ml, and storing in a dark place;
preparation of a DPPH solution to be detected: weighing DPPH 2mg, dissolving with absolute ethyl alcohol, fixing the volume to 100ml, and storing in dark place;
blank test: taking a 25ml colorimetric cylinder, adding 1ml of distilled water into the colorimetric cylinder, fixing the volume by using a DPPH solution to be detected, and then measuring the absorbance A by using a spectrophotometer at the wavelength of 517nm0In 3 replicates, the results were averaged.
And (3) testing a sample: taking 25ml of colorimetric cylinder, adding 1 sample of distilled water of the solution to be detected into the colorimetric cylinder, fixing the volume by using the DPPH solution to be detected, and then measuring the absorbance A by using a spectrophotometer at the wavelength of 517nm13 replicates were made for each sample and the results averaged.

As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the examples 1-3 have better DPPH radical scavenging ability than the comparative example, which indicates that the examples 1-3 of the present invention use (1-3) by weight: (2-3): 1, taking the apple seed fermentation extract, the pumpkin seed fermentation extract and the fig fermentation extract as anti-aging components, and simultaneously adopting the following components in parts by weight (1-2): (1-2): (6-12) shea butter, hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester and small molecular peptide are used as wrinkle-removing components, the small molecular peptide comprises dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, pentapeptide-3, hydrolyzed collagen and arginine/lysine polypeptide in equal weight, the formula is scientifically matched, and the skin defects and damages of the horny layer caused by various factors can be repaired through therapeutic intervention for external use of the skin, so that the purposes of resisting aging and removing wrinkles are achieved.
2. Patch test
The samples of examples 1 to 3 were subjected to patch test according to the standards of the technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition), 30 volunteers were used for each test sample, and the results were as shown in Table 4 below for the inclusion criteria of the volunteers.

As can be seen from the results in table 4, the anti-wrinkle composition provided in the examples of the present invention has less irritation to the skin and high safety in use.

Claims (10)
1. An anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 1-15% of an anti-aging component, 1-15% of a wrinkle-removing component, 3-30% of an auxiliary agent, water and the balance; the anti-aging component comprises an apple seed fermented extract, a pumpkin seed fermented extract and a fig fermented extract; the wrinkle removing component comprises shea butter, hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester and small molecular peptide.
2. The anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the apple seed fermented extract, the pumpkin seed fermented extract and the fig fermented extract is (1-3): (2-3): 1; the weight ratio of the shea butter, the hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester and the small molecular peptide is (1-2): (1-2): (6-12).
3. The anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the small molecule peptides comprise equal amounts by weight of dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, pentapeptide-3, hydrolyzed collagen and arginine/lysine polypeptide.
4. The anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition as set forth in claim 2, wherein the apple seed fermented extract is prepared by the following method: crushing fresh apple seeds by using a wall-breaking crusher, adding an extracting solution consisting of water, ethanol and acetone, carrying out ultrasonic extraction, filtering, taking a filtrate, and sterilizing to obtain an apple seed extract; adding the apple seed extract into a fermentation tank, adding a fermentation substrate, inoculating lactobacillus plantarum seed liquid according to the inoculation amount of 2-5%, adding yeast activating liquid according to the inoculation amount of 3-5%, fermenting, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain an apple seed fermentation extract;
the pumpkin seed fermentation extract is prepared by the following method: pulverizing fresh semen Cucurbitae with wall-breaking pulverizer, adding extractive solution composed of water, ethanol and acetone, ultrasonic extracting, filtering, collecting filtrate, and sterilizing to obtain semen Cucurbitae extract; adding the pumpkin seed extract into a fermentation tank, adding a fermentation substrate, inoculating lactobacillus plantarum seed liquid according to the inoculation amount of 2-5%, adding yeast activating liquid according to the inoculation amount of 3-5%, fermenting, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain a pumpkin seed fermentation extract;
the fig fermented extract is prepared by the following method: pulverizing fresh fructus fici with wall-breaking pulverizer, adding extractive solution composed of water, ethanol and acetone, ultrasonic extracting, filtering, collecting filtrate, and sterilizing to obtain fructus fici extract; adding the fig extract into a fermentation tank, adding a fermentation substrate, inoculating lactobacillus plantarum seed liquid according to the inoculation amount of 2-5%, adding yeast activating liquid according to the inoculation amount of 3-5%, fermenting, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain the fig fermented extract.
5. The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises one or a combination of an emulsifier, a humectant, a fatliquoring agent, a thickener, a preservative, an antioxidant and a complexing agent.
6. The anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 5, wherein the emulsifier comprises one or a combination of the following, based on 100% by weight of the anti-wrinkle composition: inulin lauryl carbamate 0.5-1%, polyglycerol-10 stearate 1-2%, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polysorbate-80 and sorbitan isostearate 0.5% -1%;
the humectant is one or a combination of glycerol, dipropylene glycol, butanediol and sodium hyaluronate, and the dosage of the humectant is 0.1-2.0% of the weight of the anti-aging wrinkle-removing composition;
the fat-endowing agent is one or a combination of caprylic triglyceride, capric triglyceride, polydimethylsiloxane and cetyl palmitate, and the using amount of the fat-endowing agent is 1.0-10.0% of the weight of the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition;
the thickening agent is one or a combination of xanthan gum and acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer, and the amount of the thickening agent is 0.1-1.0% of the weight of the anti-wrinkle composition;
the preservative is one or a combination of phenoxyethanol and methylparaben, and the dosage of the preservative is 0.05 to 0.5 percent of the weight of the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition;
the antioxidant is one or a combination of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid and ethylhexyl glycerin, and the dosage of the antioxidant is 0.1 to 1.0 percent of the weight of the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition;
the complexing agent is disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, and the dosage of the complexing agent is 0.05-0.5% of the weight of the anti-aging wrinkle-removing composition.
7. The anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition as set forth in claim 1, comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
2-13% of an anti-aging component, wherein the anti-aging component is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight of 2: 2.5: 1, apple seed fermentation extract, pumpkin seed fermentation extract and fig fermentation extract;
2-13% of wrinkle removing component, wherein the wrinkle removing component is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1.5: 1.5: 9, hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester and small molecule peptide, wherein the small molecule peptide consists of dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, pentapeptide-3, hydrolyzed collagen and arginine/lysine polypeptide in equal weight ratio;
9-20% of an auxiliary agent, wherein the auxiliary agent consists of an emulsifier, a humectant, a fat-imparting agent, a thickener, a preservative, an antioxidant and a complexing agent, and the auxiliary agent is calculated according to the total weight of the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle composition being 100%:
the emulsifier consists of 0.5 to 1 percent of inulin lauryl carbamate, 1 to 2 percent of polyglycerol-10 stearate, 0.5 to 1 percent of a mixture of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polysorbate-80 and sorbitan isostearate;

8. A method for preparing an anti-aging and wrinkle-removing composition as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of: mixing water and water-soluble components in the auxiliary agent to form a water phase;
mixing the wrinkle-removing component and the oil-soluble component in the auxiliary agent to form an oil phase;
mixing the water phase and the oil phase, stirring uniformly, adding the anti-aging component, and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-aging oil.
9. The method of preparing an anti-wrinkle composition as set forth in claim 8, wherein the auxiliary agents include an emulsifier, a humectant, a fatliquoring agent, a thickener, a preservative, an antioxidant and a complexing agent, and the method of preparing the anti-wrinkle composition comprises the steps of:
mixing water and the humectant, stirring uniformly, and heating to 65-75 ℃ to obtain a water phase;
mixing the wrinkle-removing component, the emulsifier, the fat-endowing agent, the thickener and the antioxidant, and heating to 65-75 ℃ while stirring to obtain an oil phase;
mixing the water phase and the oil phase, stirring uniformly, cooling to below 45 ℃, adding the anti-aging component, the preservative and the complexing agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-aging oil.
10. A skin care product characterized in that the raw material of the skin care product comprises the anti-wrinkle composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
