技术领域
本发明涉及无烟烟草领域,特别涉及一种口含烟及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着国际控烟运动的不断推进,各国对公共场所吸烟的限制更加严格。世界各国烟草行业已把新一代烟草制品的研究开发和推向市场作为解决烟草行业未来发展的重要手段,无烟烟草制品以其独特的吸食方式一直在发展,并引发了烟草公司的广泛关注,如菲莫公司、雷诺公司和瑞典火柴公司已分别推出了“万宝路”牌、“骆驼”牌、“Red Man”牌无烟烟草制品作为传统卷烟的重要补充。
相对于传统卷烟和雪茄烟的危害性,无烟烟草制品被认为对人体的危害性更低。另一方面,无烟气烟草制品通过口腔或鼻腔吸食,无需燃烧,不会产生烟气,杜绝了“二手烟”的产生,从而减少了吸烟对公众健康的危害。
无烟烟草制品主要包括嚼烟、口含烟、鼻烟、口香糖烟以及电子烟等多种形式的产品。目前市场上销售的口含烟有两种形式,一种是散装的湿润烟草,消费者每次食用时,用手取其部分放入口中,存在食用不方便、不卫生的问题;另一种是将湿润烟草用茶包小袋包装,食用时放置唇齿之间,这些产品在口腔吸食完后,消费者还要吐出残渣或者软包的残余物,会对环境造成污染,同时也让消费者感觉不便。以上两种形式产品还会因含水率较高(一般在30%~60%),夏季高温天气下易于产生霉变,不利于长时间保存;同时产品的主要成分是烟草粉末,其特有的刺激性和辛辣、苦涩等口感难以被人接受,限制了产品在更多领域市场的推广。
综上,目前市面上的口含烟普遍存在使用者口感体验不佳、无法产生新鲜体验等问题。基于此,国内烟草领域的研究人员尝试开发一种新型的口含烟,其能给广大消费者提供新奇的口腔体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决口含烟使用者口感体验不佳、无法产生新奇的体验等问题。为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种口含烟及制备方法,可为消费者提供新奇、独特的感官体验。
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种口含烟,口含烟按重量百分比计包括下述成分:烟草浸膏粉0.3~20wt%,烟草浸膏粉是由烟草提取物浓缩液经过喷雾干燥制得,烟草提取物浓缩液中的烟碱含量占烟草提取物浓缩液的0.3~20wt%;泡腾崩解剂5~50wt%;以及填充剂5%~50wt%。并且,该口含烟的片重为为1~8克。
采用上述技术方案,随着口含烟在口中逐渐溶解,其中的泡腾崩解剂发生缓慢的泡腾反应,产生二氧化碳气泡并释放气体,在口中产生起泡感,从而提供新奇、独特的感官体验;烟碱含量及片重的设计使得该口含烟在满足不同需求的生理强度的同时,能够控制烟碱摄入总量;并且,烟草浸膏粉的口感比较温和,不会像烟草粉直接作为口含烟原料在口腔中产生涩感以及其他令人不适的刺激,服用时没有残渣,也不会粘在牙齿上影响美观。
进一步地,按重量百分比计,口含烟还可包括下述成分中的一种或多钟,甜味剂25~89wt%,盐≤1wt%,矫味剂0.05~5wt%,非烟草提取物≤20wt%,水≤0.2wt%。
进一步地,按重量百分比计,本申请提供的口含烟中烟碱含量为0.1%~4wt%,优选为0.5%~4wt%。
进一步地,口含烟在水中泡腾溶解后的pH值为4~8。
进一步地,泡腾崩解剂包括酸源和碱源,酸源选自于柠檬酸、苹果酸、枸橼酸、硼酸、酒石酸、富马酸、无机矿酸中的一种或其组合;碱源选自于碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠中的一种或其组合。
进一步地,酸源为柠檬酸,碱源为碳酸氢钠,柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠的摩尔比为1:1~1:2。
本申请的另一目的在于提供上述口含烟的制备方法,包括如下步骤:制备烟草提取物浓缩液、制备烟草浸膏粉、混合以及压片。制备烟草提取物浓缩液是对烟草进行萃取、浓缩制得烟碱含量为0.3~20wt%的烟草提取物浓缩液;制备烟草浸膏粉是对烟草提取物浓缩液进行喷雾干燥制得烟草浸膏粉;然后按重量比,将烟草浸膏粉0.3~20wt%、泡腾崩解剂5~50wt%、填充剂5~50wt%混合均匀;最后经过压片机压片,得到片重为1~8克的口含烟。
进一步地,在混合步骤中,还包括加入甜味剂25~89wt%、盐≤1wt%、矫味剂0.05~5wt%、非烟草提取物≤20wt%、水≤0.2wt%中的一种或多种。
其中,烟草提取物浓缩液可由一种或多种烟草属植物的一个或多个部位,通过一定的萃取方法,如:使用有机溶剂(如乙醇等)萃取、超临界萃取、亚临界萃取等方法中的一种或多种,得到萃取物,将萃取物浓缩,得到烟草提取物浓缩液。其中,烟草属植物的选择可以变化,有些提取方式需要对植株或植株的部分进行预处理,从而更有效地提取期望化合物。
进一步地,在制备烟草浸膏粉的步骤中,喷雾干燥方法包括但不限于压力喷雾干燥法、离心喷雾干燥法、气流式喷雾干燥法。
进一步地,在压片步骤中,控制压片机的压片压力为10KN~80KN。

所述泡腾崩解剂包括酸源和碱源,酸源选自于柠檬酸、苹果酸、枸橼酸、硼酸、酒石酸、富马酸、无机矿酸中的一种或其组合;碱源选自于碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠中的一种或其组合。具体地,在本申请的一种实施方式中,酸源为柠檬酸,碱源为碳酸氢钠,柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠的摩尔比为1:1~1:2。

另外,在本申请的一些实施方式中,还可包括着色剂,所述着色剂包括但不限于:天然着色剂,如辣椒红、甜菜红、红曲红、胭脂虫红、高粱红、叶绿素铜钠盐、姜黄、栀子黄、胡萝卜素、藻蓝素、可可色素、焦糖色素等;合成色素,如胭脂红、苋菜红、日落黄、赤藓红、柠檬黄、新红、靛蓝、亮蓝等以及它们的组合。着色剂用以改善口含烟的视觉感官体验,其用量视所需调和的颜色以及着色剂本身的显色能力而定,仅需极微少用量。
本发明提供的口含烟具有多种口味和风味选择,为广大消费者提供更加多元化的选择和体验;泡腾崩解剂给本发明的口含烟添加独特器官感觉,当其放入口腔中时,能够自动崩解,酸源和碱源发生反应而产生二氧化碳气体,产生独特的快感,给消费者带来不同的刺激感和满足感;同时,食用本发明的口含烟,人体不会产生因直接接触烟草粉末所带来的辛辣感;同时本发明的口含烟不黏牙、不会掉渣,消费者无需吐渣,从多方位多角度考虑消费者的使用需求。
在本申请的任意实施方式中,口含烟的烟碱含量为0.1~4wt%;并且,将本申请提供的口含烟用水泡腾溶解后,测得pH值为4~8。
本申请还提供了一种口含烟的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
制备烟草提取物浓缩液:将一种或多种烟草的一个或多个部位,通过一定的萃取方法,得到烟草萃取物,将烟草萃取物浓缩,得到烟碱含量为0.3~20wt%的烟草提取物浓缩液;
制备烟草浸膏粉:将烟草提取物浓缩液经喷雾干燥制得干态的烟草浸膏粉;
混合:按重量比,将烟草浸膏粉0.3~20wt%、泡腾崩解剂5~50wt%、填充剂5~50wt%等物料混合均匀;
压片:将混合均匀的上述物料经压片机压片,得到口含烟。
具体地,在混合步骤中,还可加入甜味剂25~89wt%、盐≤1wt%、矫味剂0.05~5wt%、非烟草提取物≤20wt%、水≤0.2wt%中的一种或多种,与上述烟草浸膏粉、泡腾崩解剂和填充剂一起混合均匀。
具体地,在制备烟草提取物浓缩液的步骤中,萃取方法包括但不限于有机溶剂(如乙醇等)萃取、超临界萃取、亚临界萃取等方法中的一种或多种。
可选地,在制备烟草浸膏粉的步骤中,喷雾干燥方法包括但不限于压力喷雾干燥法、离心喷雾干燥法、气流式喷雾干燥法。
在所述压片步骤中,控制所述压片机的压片压力为10KN~80KN。
本发明原料广泛,制备工艺简单、便于推广。通过本发明的方法,最终制得放在口中产生起泡感的口含烟,提高了口含烟的口腔敏感度,且有多种口味、风味类型可供选择,为消费者提供新奇刺激的用户体验。
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1:苹果口味的起泡口感口含烟
(1)制备烟草提取物浓缩液:
取120g白肋烟烟叶在110℃干燥10min,采用磨粉机研磨方式粉碎后,过250目的筛网,进行超临界CO2萃取,萃取条件为:萃取温度90℃,静态萃取0.5h、动态萃取3h,流动相CO2流速为5L/min,萃取压力为200bar,制得白肋烟萃取物1,其烟碱含量为白肋烟萃取物1的5wt%。
取10g白肋烟萃取物1,用100g去离子水将白肋烟萃取物1稀释,稀释后的混合物在水浴中受热振荡、摇匀,其中,水浴的反应条件为:水浴温度60℃,振荡时间为5min,振荡频率为150次/min。随后静置冷却,混合物分成上下两层,下层为液体,上层为固形物,过滤取下层液体,得到白肋烟烟草提取物浓缩液1,烟碱含量占白肋烟烟草提取物浓缩液1的15wt%。
白肋烟烟草提取物浓缩液1的化学成分包括烟碱、乙酸、2,3-联吡啶、泛内酯、2,3-丁二醇、2-丁酸、2-吡咯烷酮、巨豆三烯酮、3-羟基-7,8-二氢-beta-紫罗兰醇、乙酰胺、3-甲基丁酸、2-糠醇、4-胺基苯腈、地芰普内酯、3-乙酰基吡啶、gamma-丁内酯、二氢猕猴桃内酯、1-甲基-2-哌啶基吡啶、1-羟基-2-丙酮、茄酮、甲基吡嗪、吡啶、苯甲醛、2-羟基-3-甲基吡咯、苯乙酸、假木贼碱、5,6-二氢-2H-吡喃-2-酮、3-羟基丁酮、吡咯、3-甲基呋喃酮、乙基吡嗪、2,3-二甲基吡嗪、3-乙基-2,6-二甲基吡啶。
(2)制备烟草浸膏粉:
将白肋烟烟草提取物浓缩液1经喷雾干燥得到白肋烟烟草浸膏粉。具体地,设定干燥温度为180℃,设备进风温度控制为190℃,出风温度控制为180℃,空气流量控制为2m3/min,风压为600Pa,进料量为100mL/h。
(3)混合:将白肋烟烟草浸膏粉与其他成分按照表1的各成分含量混合均匀。

(4)压片:
调节压片机填充量为片重4g,控制压片机压力为40KN进行压片,制得苹果口味的起泡口感口含烟,口含烟的烟碱含量为2wt%,溶解后pH值为7。
实施例2:柠檬-烤烟烟草口味的起泡口感口含烟
(1)制备烟草提取物浓缩液:
200g烤烟粉末(60目)用600mL乙醇超声15min,静置过夜后过滤,再用700mL乙醇超声15min,静置过夜后过滤,减压蒸馏浓缩至干,即得烤烟萃取物2。
取10g烤烟萃取物2,用100g去离子水将烤烟萃取物1稀释,过膜,浓缩,得到烟碱含量为10wt%的烤烟提取物浓缩液2。
(2)制备烟草浸膏粉:
将烤烟提取物浓缩液2经喷雾干燥得到烤烟烟草浸膏粉。其中,设定干燥温度为180℃,设备进风温度控制为190℃,出风温度控制为180℃,空气流量控制为2m3/min,风压为600Pa,进料量为100mL/h。
(3)混合:将烤烟烟草浸膏粉与其他成分按照表2的各成分含量混合均匀。

(4)压片
调节压片机填充量为片重3g,控制压片压力为40KN进行压片,制得柠檬-烤烟烟草口味的起泡口感口含烟,口含烟的烟碱含量为2.5wt%,溶解后pH值为7。
实施例3:陈皮风味的起泡口感口含烟
(1)制备烟草提取物浓缩液:
200g烤烟烟梗粉末用600mL乙醇超声15min,静置过夜后过滤,再用700mL乙醇超声15min,静置过夜后过滤,减压蒸馏浓缩至干,即得烤烟烟梗萃取物3。
取10g烤烟烟梗萃取物3,其烟碱浓度为1%,用100g去离子水将烤烟烟梗初提物3稀释,稀释后的混合物在水浴中受热振荡、摇匀,其中,水浴的反应条件为:水浴温度为60℃,振荡时间为5min,振荡频率为150次/min。随后静置冷却,混合物分成上下两层,下层为液体,上层为固形物,过滤取下层液体并浓缩,即得烟梗提取物浓缩液3。
(2)制备烟草浸膏粉:将烟梗提取物浓缩液3经喷雾干燥得到烟梗浸膏粉。其中,设定干燥温度为180℃,设备进风温度控制为190℃,出风温度控制为180℃,空气流量控制为2m3/min,风压为600Pa,进料量为100mL/h,得到烟梗浸膏粉。
(3)混合:将烟梗浸膏粉与其他成分按照表3的各成分含量等混合均匀。

(4)压片
调节压片机填充量为片重4g,控制压片压力为40KN进行压片,制得陈皮风味的起泡口感口含烟,口含烟的烟碱含量为2.5wt%,溶解后pH值为7。
实施例4:百香果口味的起泡口感口含烟
该实施例的(1)制备烟草提取物浓缩液、(2)制备烟草浸膏粉与实施例3相同。
(3)混合:
将烟梗浸膏粉与其他成分按照表4的各成分含量混合均匀。

(4)压片
调节压片机填充量为片重3.5g,控制压片压力为40KN进行压片,制得百香果口味的起泡口感口含烟,口含烟的烟碱含量为2.5wt%,溶解后pH值为7。

Claims (4)
1.一种口含烟,其特征在于,按重量百分比计包括:
烟草浸膏粉0.3~20wt%,所述烟草浸膏粉由烟草提取物浓缩液经过喷雾干燥制得,所述烟草提取物浓缩液中的烟碱含量占所述烟草提取物浓缩液的0.3~20wt%;以及,
泡腾崩解剂5~50wt%;
填充剂5~50wt%;
所述口含烟还包括甜味剂25~89wt%、盐≤1wt%、非烟草提取物≤20wt%、水≤0.2wt%,
所述口含烟的烟碱含量为0.1~4wt%,
所述泡腾崩解剂包括酸源和碱源,所述酸源为柠檬酸,所述碱源为碳酸氢钠,所述柠檬酸与所述碳酸氢钠的摩尔比为1:1~1:2,
所述填充剂包括微晶纤维素、抗性糊精、预胶化淀粉、磷酸氢钙、硫酸钙、硬脂酸镁、月桂醇硫酸镁、聚乙二醇、L-亮氨酸、十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或其组合,
所述口含烟由上述物料混合压片制得,片重为1~8克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口含烟,其特征在于,所述口含烟在水中泡腾溶解后的pH值为4~8。
3.一种口含烟的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
制备烟草提取物浓缩液:对烟草进行萃取、浓缩制得烟草提取物浓缩液,所述烟草提取物浓缩液中的烟碱含量占所述烟草提取物浓缩液的0.3~20wt%;
制备烟草浸膏粉:对所述烟草提取物浓缩液进行喷雾干燥制得烟草浸膏粉;
混合:按重量比,将烟草浸膏粉0.3~20wt%、泡腾崩解剂5~50wt%、填充剂5~50wt%、甜味剂25~89wt%、盐≤1wt%、非烟草提取物≤20wt%、水≤0.2wt%混合均匀;
压片:经过压片机压片,得到片重为1~8克的所述口含烟,
所述口含烟的烟碱含量为0.1~4wt%,
所述泡腾崩解剂包括酸源和碱源,所述酸源为柠檬酸,所述碱源为碳酸氢钠,所述柠檬酸与所述碳酸氢钠的摩尔比为1:1~1:2,
所述填充剂包括微晶纤维素、抗性糊精、预胶化淀粉、磷酸氢钙、硫酸钙、硬脂酸镁、月桂醇硫酸镁、聚乙二醇、L-亮氨酸、十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或其组合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的口含烟的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述压片步骤中,控制所述压片机的压片压力为10KN~80KN。
