The invention discloses a grinding material and separating device of a plain end vibration polisher, which comprises a mounting plate, wherein both ends of one side surface of the mounting plate are fixedly connected with fixing rods, one end of each fixing rod is fixedly connected with a U-shaped frame, both side surfaces of each U-shaped frame are rotatably connected with transverse shafts, the surfaces of the transverse shafts are rotatably connected with a processing box, both ends of the other side surface of each U-shaped frame are in threaded connection with positioning screws, one ends of the positioning screws are tightly propped against the surfaces of the transverse shafts, one end side surface of each processing box is hinged with a transverse hinging seat, the surface of each transverse hinging seat is hinged with a separating box, one end opening of each separating box is in sliding connection with one end surface of each processing box, a positioning groove is arranged at the port of each separating box, the side surface of each separating box is in sliding connection with a mesh box, and one end side surface of each mesh box is fixedly connected with a positioning ring, therefore, the practical convenience and stability can be greatly improved, and the safety and the high efficiency of separation and operation are ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of finishing machines, in particular to a grinding material and separating device of a plain end vibration finishing machine.
Background
When the vibration finishing machine is used for discharging a workpiece, the grinding materials and the workpiece need to be mixed, then vibration operation is carried out, and finally separation is carried out through a separation device, so that the workpiece is taken out.
However, in the existing separating device of the polishing machine, the treatment box is mostly installed through a machine frame, and then the separating device is connected with a vibration component for operation, so that the workpiece and the abrasive material are required to be taken out synchronously, and then the screening device is used for separation, the separating device cannot be directly used for separating the workpiece and the abrasive material on the polishing machine, the separating device is troublesome, the efficiency is low, the abrasive material is easy to remain and lose, the maintenance and use cost is increased, and when the treatment box is used for vibration operation, the base is easy to vibrate synchronously, the safety and stability are insufficient, and the improvement is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a grinding material and separating device of a flat-opening vibration polishing machine, wherein a transverse shaft and a processing box are arranged on a U-shaped frame connected through a mounting plate, the orientation can be rotationally adjusted, the adjustment is convenient, meanwhile, the separating box is hinged through a transverse hinge seat, and an internally mounted mesh box is combined, so that the workpiece and the grinding material can be directly separated in the reverse direction while the processing is facilitated, the loss is avoided, the grinding material and the processing box are convenient and practical, meanwhile, a bottom mounting base plate and a roller wheel are combined, the buffering support can be realized during rotation, the vibration is prevented from being transmitted to the bottom, the safety is ensured, the practical convenience and stability can be greatly improved, and the safety and the high efficiency of the separation and the operation are ensured.

The grinding material and separating device of the plain end vibration finishing machine comprises a mounting plate, wherein both ends of the surface of one side of the mounting plate are fixedly connected with fixing rods, one end of the fixed rod is fixedly connected with a U-shaped frame, the surfaces of the two sides of the U-shaped frame are rotatably connected with transverse shafts, the surface of the transverse shaft is rotationally connected with a processing box, two ends of the surface of the other side of the U-shaped frame are in threaded connection with positioning screws, one end of the positioning screw is tightly connected with the surface of the transverse shaft, the side surface of one end of the treatment box is hinged with a transverse hinge seat, the surface of the transverse hinged seat is hinged with a separation box, one end opening of the separation box is connected with one end surface of the treatment box in a sliding way, a positioning groove is arranged at the port of the separation box, a mesh box is connected to the side surface of the separation box in a sliding way, one end side of the mesh box is fixedly connected with a positioning ring, and the surface of the positioning ring is clamped on the side face of the positioning groove.
Furthermore, the opposite side surface of separator box is equipped with the locating piece, the locating piece passes through screw connection in the opposite side surface of handling the case to the surface, connects the locating piece through the separator box, does benefit to location locking, avoids becoming flexible to drop.
Further, the opposite side fixed surface of mounting panel is connected with the articulated joint, the surface of articulated joint articulates there is the axis of rotation, connects the axis of rotation through the articulated joint, can be in the rotation deflection angle, does benefit to vibrations operation, and is convenient high-efficient.

Further, the fixed surface of the other side of mounting panel is connected with the buffer cylinder, the one end side slidable mounting of buffer cylinder has the buffer beam, connects the buffer beam through the buffer cylinder, can cushion the support, improves the safety in utilization.
Further, the gyro wheel is installed in the one end surface rotation of buffer beam, the surface roll connection of gyro wheel is in a side surface of bottom plate, connects buffer beam and gyro wheel through the buffer cylinder, does benefit to the roll support, guarantees circumference pivoted stability.
Furthermore, the other end fixed surface of buffer beam is connected with buffer spring, buffer spring's surperficial sliding connection is in the one end side of buffer cylinder, connects buffer spring through the buffer beam, can compress the buffering, also can support the mounting panel, guarantees stability in use.
Furthermore, the buffer rods and the rollers are at least four and are uniformly distributed on the surface of one side of the mounting plate at equal angles.
Furthermore, the treatment box and the separation box are both of open straight-tube structures.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

(2) The separating box is connected with the positioning block, so that the positioning and locking are facilitated, and the loosening and falling are avoided.
(3) The rotating shaft is connected through the hinged joint, so that the angle can be deflected in the rotation, the vibration operation is facilitated, and the operation is convenient and efficient.
(4) The supporting legs are connected through the bottom plate, so that stable installation and positioning are facilitated, and use is facilitated.
(5) The motor is connected with the rotating shaft, so that the operation can be driven, and the control and the use are facilitated.
(6) Connect the buffer beam through the buffer cylinder, can cushion the support, improve the safety in utilization.
(7) The buffer rod and the roller are connected through the buffer cylinder, so that rolling support is facilitated, and the stability of circumferential rotation is ensured.
(8) Buffer spring is connected through the buffer beam, can compress the buffering, also can support the mounting panel, guarantees stability in use.

Referring to fig. 1-4, an abrasive and separating device of a flat-mouth vibration polisher comprises a mounting plate 1, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, both ends of one side surface of the mounting plate 1 are fixedly connected with fixing rods 11, one end of each fixing rod 11 is fixedly connected with a U-shaped frame 12, both side surfaces of each U-shaped frame 12 are rotatably connected with transverse shafts 13, the upper and lower directions of the transverse shafts 13 can be rotatably adjusted, so that the abrasive and separating device is convenient to adjust and use, the adaptability is high, the surface of each transverse shaft 13 is rotatably connected with a processing box 14, both ends of the other side surface of each U-shaped frame 12 are in threaded connection with positioning screws 15, one ends of the positioning screws 15 are tightly connected to the surface of each transverse shaft 13, one end side of each processing box 14 is hinged with a transverse hinged seat 16, so that the transverse staggered separation can be realized, the workpiece can be conveniently taken out, the separation use is facilitated, and the surface of each transverse seat 16 is hinged with a separating box 17, one end opening sliding connection of separator box 17 is in the one end surface of handling case 14, the port of separator box 17 is equipped with constant head tank 18, the side sliding connection of separator box 17 has mesh box 2, can filter abrasive material and work piece, do benefit to the separation, it is high-efficient stable, the one end side fixedly connected with holding ring 21 of mesh box 2, the surface joint of holding ring 21 is in the side of constant head tank 18, the opposite side surface of separator box 17 is equipped with locating piece 22, locating piece 22 passes through screw connection in the opposite side surface of handling case 14 to the surface, connect locating piece 22 through separator box 17, do benefit to location locking, avoid becoming flexible and droing.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 4, the other side surface of the mounting plate 1 is fixedly connected with a hinge 23, the surface of the hinge 23 is hinged with a rotating shaft 24, the rotating shaft 24 is connected through the hinge 23, the angle of deflection during rotation can be achieved, the vibration operation is facilitated, the operation is convenient and efficient, one end surface of the rotating shaft 24 is rotatably connected with a bottom plate 25, one side surface of the bottom plate 25 is provided with a support leg 31, the support leg 31 is connected through the bottom plate 25, the stable installation and the positioning are facilitated, the use is facilitated, one side surface of the bottom plate 25 is fixedly provided with a motor 26, the shaft end of the motor 26 is rotatably arranged on one end surface of the rotating shaft 24, the rotating shaft 24 is connected through the motor 26, the operation can be driven, and the control and the use are facilitated.
Please refer to fig. 4, another side surface of the mounting plate 1 is fixedly connected with a buffer cylinder 27, one end side surface of the buffer cylinder 27 is slidably mounted with a buffer rod 28, the buffer rod 28 is connected through the buffer cylinder 27, the buffer support can be buffered, the use safety is improved, one end surface of the buffer rod 28 is rotatably mounted with a roller 29, the surface of the roller 29 is connected on one side surface of the bottom plate 25 in a rolling manner, the buffer rod 28 and the roller 29 are connected through the buffer cylinder 27, the rolling support is facilitated, the stability of the circumference rotation is ensured, another end surface of the buffer rod 28 is fixedly connected with a buffer spring 3, the surface of the buffer spring 3 is slidably connected on one end side surface of the buffer cylinder 27, the buffer spring 3 is connected through the buffer rod 28, the compression buffer can be realized, the mounting plate can also be supported, and the use stability is ensured.
