Specifically, the system is provided with the detection module and the protective housing control module to detect and judge whether the turning and milling composite machine tool and the system have processing conditions or not, and the air exhaust module and the air conditioning module are arranged to adjust the environmental temperature of the system, so that whether the turning and milling composite machine tool in the protective housing system is in a processing temperature range or not can be detected, the environmental temperature in the system can be adjusted to a corresponding value, and the system has a temperature adjusting function when providing a protective function of preventing chip liquid from splashing and a cooling liquid recycling function.
As shown in fig. 1-2, when the system is in operation, the detection module starts data acquisition and transmits the acquired detection data to the protective housing control module 7, and the detection module includes a sliding door detector, a loading detector, a temperature detector and an exhaust fan rotation speed detector;
the movable door detector is arranged on the integral type outer cover close to the door body of the protective outer cover and used for detecting the opening and closing conditions of the door body of the protective outer cover;
the feeding detector is arranged on the integral outer cover close to the material clamp of the turning and milling composite machine tool and is used for detecting whether the turning and milling composite machine tool clamps a raw material or not;

As shown in fig. 1-2, when the system works, the protective housing control module 7 controls the movable door 21 to close and controls the temperature detector to collect the ambient temperature of the system, the protective housing control module 7 records the received ambient temperature as T and judges whether the temperature is suitable for the turning and milling composite machine tool to work according to T, the protective housing control module is provided with a first temperature standard T1 for machine tool machining and a second temperature standard T2 for machine tool machining, wherein T1 is less than 0 and less than T2,
when T is less than T1, the protective outer cover control module 7 judges that the ambient temperature does not meet the standard and is not suitable for the turning and milling composite machine tool to work, and starts the warm air work of the air conditioning module 6 to adjust the ambient temperature to a temperature range suitable for the turning and milling composite machine tool to work;
when T is more than or equal to T1 and less than or equal to T2, the protective outer cover control module 7 judges that the environmental temperature meets the standard and is suitable for the turning and milling composite machine tool to work, and sends a signal to prompt the turning and milling composite machine tool to work;
when T is larger than T2, the protective outer cover control module 7 judges that the environment temperature does not meet the standard and is not suitable for the turning and milling composite machine tool to work, and starts cold air work of the air conditioning module 6 to adjust the environment temperature to a temperature range suitable for the turning and milling composite machine tool to work;
the protection outer cover control module 7 controls the temperature detector to periodically collect environmental data, and when the protection outer cover control module 7 judges that the environmental temperature meets the standard, the protection outer cover control module 7 controls the air conditioning module 6 to be closed and sends a signal to prompt the turn-milling composite machine tool to work.
Specifically, when the system works, the air conditioning module is controlled to adjust the ambient temperature of the turn-milling composite machine tool to the temperature range which accords with the machining of the machine tool by judging whether the ambient temperature in the system accords with the machining standard of the machine tool or not and controlling the air conditioning module to adjust the ambient temperature to the temperature range which accords with the machining of the machine tool when the ambient temperature does not accord with the standard, so that the system can effectively adjust the ambient temperature to the temperature range which is suitable for the machining of the machine tool.
Continuing to refer to fig. 1-2, when the turning and milling combined machine tool works, the protective outer cover control module controls 7 the temperature detector to periodically acquire the ambient temperature of the system, and the protective outer cover control module controls the working condition of the air exhaust module according to the received ambient temperature t; the protective outer cover control module is provided with an exhaust opening temperature standard T0, wherein T1 is more than 0 and less than T2,
when T is larger than or equal to T0, the protective outer cover control module 7 judges that the ambient temperature exceeds the standard, and starts an exhaust fan of the exhaust module to work so as to adjust the ambient temperature;
when T is less than T0, the protective outer cover control module 7 judges that the ambient temperature meets the standard and does not start the exhaust fan to work;

when the feeding detector detects that the turning and milling composite machine tool does not clamp raw materials, the protective outer cover control module 7 judges that the turning and milling composite machine tool does not finish processing preparation, opens the movable door body 21 and sends a signal prompt to carry out feeding work;
when the feeding detector detects that the turning and milling composite machine tool clamps a raw material, the protective outer cover control module 7 judges that the turning and milling composite machine tool finishes processing preparation and closes the movable door body 21;
when the protective outer cover control module controls the movable door body 21 to finish closing, the protective outer cover control module 7 controls the movable door detector to detect whether the movable door body 21 is completely closed and controls whether the turning and milling composite machine tool and the system have processing conditions according to detection results;
when the movable door detector detects that the movable door body is not completely closed, the protective outer cover control module judges that the movable door body 21 is abnormally closed and sends a signal to prompt that the movable door body 21 is not completely closed and the system does not have processing conditions;
when the movable door detector detects that the movable door body is completely closed, the protective outer cover control module 7 judges that the movable door body 21 is completely closed, and the turning and milling composite machine tool and the system have machining conditions;
when the protective housing control module 7 judges that the turning and milling composite machine tool and the system have the machining conditions, the protective housing control module 7 controls the temperature detector to collect the ambient temperature of the system and judges the next working of the system according to the ambient temperature.
Specifically, the detection sequence of the detection module is set, the working state of the system is judged by setting the protective housing control module, and whether the system has the working state suitable for machining of the machine tool is judged, so that the system has the function of supporting the machine tool to work, and the system has the functions of protecting and adjusting the temperature.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the coolant tank 3 has functions of storing coolant, recycling the used coolant, and filtering, and can filter, recycle and reuse the debris in the used coolant, and includes a liquid storage tank 31, a filtering tank 32, and a recycling tank 33;
the liquid storage tank 31 is connected with a cooling liquid feeding system of the turning and milling composite machine tool and used for providing a cooling liquid storage space; the recovery tank 33 is connected with a liquid return channel of the system and a cooling liquid return system of the turning and milling composite machine tool and is used for recovering and storing used cooling liquid; the filtering tank 32 is arranged between the liquid storage tank 31 and the recovery tank 33 and is connected with the liquid storage tank 31 and the recovery tank 33, the recovery tank 33 further comprises a first water passing port 341 which can be used for cooling liquid to pass through and is provided with a filtering device at the connection part with the filtering tank 32, the filtering tank 32 further comprises a second water passing port 342 which can be used for cooling liquid to pass through and is provided with a filtering device at the connection part with the liquid storage tank 31, and the liquid storage tank 31 is further provided with a liquid discharge port 35 which is used for filtering the passing cooling liquid.
Particularly, the cooling liquid water is arranged, so that the cooling liquid required by the turning and milling composite machine tool during working can be conveniently stored, and the used cooling liquid can be conveniently recovered and filtered, and the support of the system for the turning and milling composite machine tool during working is further perfected.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the system can count the number of processed pieces of the turn-milling composite machine tool, and set a processed piece number reminding period in the protective housing control module 7, and when the number of processed pieces reaches the reminding period, the system sends a reminding signal to remind the number of processed pieces of the turn-milling composite machine tool to detect the processed pieces or replace the processing tool of the turn-milling composite machine tool.
With continuing reference to fig. 1-2, when the turning and milling compound machine tool is being repaired, the corresponding parts of the turning and milling compound machine tool are repaired by opening the corresponding access ports of the access cover module 5, which includes,
the spindle motor outer cover plate 51 is arranged at the side part of the integral outer cover 1 corresponding to the spindle motor of the turning and milling composite machine tool, and is connected with the integral outer cover 1 to cover an opening of the integral outer cover arranged at the corresponding part of the spindle motor;

Specifically, the maintenance cover plate module is arranged, and when the machine tool needs to be maintained, the corresponding parts of the turn-milling composite machine tool are maintained by opening the corresponding maintenance ports of the maintenance cover plate module, so that the support of the system for the work of the turn-milling composite machine tool is further improved.

when T is less than T1, the protective outer cover control module judges that the ambient temperature does not meet the standard and is not suitable for the turning and milling composite machine tool to work, and starts the warm air work of the air conditioning module to adjust the ambient temperature to a temperature range suitable for the turning and milling composite machine tool to work;
