Detailed Description
The present invention will be described with reference to the following embodiments and drawings, but the embodiments are only for illustrative purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a window system with an appearance effect of a glass curtain wall, which comprises a plurality of building floor slabs 1, wherein window openings 2 are arranged between the outer sides of the adjacent building floor slabs 1.
A plurality of glass units 3 which are transversely arranged are arranged in the window opening 2, each glass unit 3 comprises a male upright column 31 and a female upright column 32, an upper cross beam 33 and a lower cross beam 34 are respectively and fixedly arranged between the top and the bottom of each male upright column 31 and the bottom of each female upright column 32, a middle cross beam 35 is arranged below each upper cross beam 33, and two ends of each middle cross beam 35 are fixedly connected with the side surfaces of each male upright column 31 and each female upright column 32. The lower beam 34 is fixedly connected with the embedded part 21 on the bottom plate of the window opening 2 (i.e. the top plate of the window opening below) through a lower connecting piece 22, the upper beam 33 is positioned in the limiting groove 23 on the top plate of the window opening 2, the cross section of the limiting groove 23 is in an inverted U shape, and the embedded part 21 is fixedly connected with the embedded part 21 on the top plate of the window opening 2 (i.e. the bottom plate of the window opening above) through an upper connecting piece 24. The inner side of the middle cross beam 35 is connected with an indoor ceiling plate.
The outer sides of the rectangular frame among the middle cross beam 35, the lower cross beam 34, the male upright post 31 and the female upright post 32 are fixedly bonded with the outdoor glass plate 36 through structural adhesive. The inner sides of the male upright column 31 and the female upright column 32 are provided with vertical installation grooves 37 with opposite openings, and the cross sections of the installation grooves 37 are U-shaped and are positioned between the middle cross beam 35 and the lower cross beam 34. An indoor glass plate 38 is arranged between the two mounting grooves 37, a limiting plate 371 with an L-shaped section is arranged at the bottom of each mounting groove 37, and the indoor glass plate 38 is limited in the mounting groove 37. One or more glass units 3 in the window opening 2 are provided with opening sashes, and the connection between the opening sashes and the male and female columns is the existing sash connection structure and is not described again.
The male columns 31 and the female columns 32 of the adjacent glass units 3 are mutually inserted to form the main column 30, one glass unit or a plurality of adjacent glass units 3 is/are a transverse span unit, the outer sides of the main columns 30 at two sides of the transverse span unit are provided with vertical supporting decorative strips 4, the inner sides of the supporting decorative strips 4 are fixedly provided with connecting plates 5, and the inner ends of the connecting plates 5 are fixedly connected with the corresponding male columns 31 of the main column 30. Horizontal hanging screws 41 penetrate through the outer side of the supporting decoration strip 4, and two ends of each hanging screw 41 are located on the outer sides of two sides of the supporting decoration strip 4. When the window unit is installed, an upper connecting piece, a lower connecting piece and a limiting groove are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the inner side of the edge of a building floor, and are used for fixing an upper cross beam and a lower cross beam of a glass unit, then the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam of the glass unit assembled in a factory are installed and fixed in place, finally the window unit is hung to a window wall through a supporting decorative strip extending from a main upright post of the glass unit below the building floor, and the bottom of the window unit is provided with a transverse grid plate for the air inlet and outlet of a fresh air system.
The window system with the glass curtain wall appearance effect has the following advantages:
1. the invention provides a curtain wall effect unit window scheme for building facade window systems such as newly-built houses;
2. the positions of the window in the light-transmitting area and the wall between the windows in the non-light-transmitting area are designed into the effect of a glass curtain wall, so that the vertical surface is simpler;
