Background
At present, the sealing ring is widely applied in industry and life, a large amount of dust or oil stains can be stained on the sealing ring in production or use, actual packaging and delivery are greatly influenced, oil stains and the like on the sealing ring which is used for a long time can also have certain influence on the air tightness of the device, and the sealing performance is lost; ordinary sealing washer washs and is direct leading-in the washing case washing with the sealing washer in a large number, though efficiency improves, can not guarantee that each sealing washer homoenergetic is clean completely, leads to partial sealing washer to need wash again, wastes a large amount of time, indirectly influences the use of equipment such as machine.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above situation, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a sealing ring cleaning device, which has the advantages of effectively cleaning surface stains of sealing rings, ensuring that each sealing ring can be completely cleaned, being simple in operation, accelerating production and shipment or use progress, avoiding repeated cleaning and wasting manpower and material resources.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a sealing ring cleaning device comprises a box body, wherein a hoisting plate is arranged on one side of the box body, a pipe groove is arranged on one side of the hoisting plate, a liquid inlet pipe is installed in the pipe groove, one end of the liquid inlet pipe penetrates through the hoisting plate and extends into the box body, a lifting pump is connected to one end of the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe, a cleaning liquid box is arranged on one side of the lifting pump, a liquid suction pipe is connected to one end of the lifting pump, one end of the liquid suction pipe is communicated with the cleaning liquid box, a hydraulic cylinder is installed at the top of the hoisting plate, a push rod in the hydraulic cylinder penetrates through the hoisting plate and is connected with a hanging plate, a second motor is installed at the bottom of the hanging plate, a switching box is arranged below the second motor, a mounting groove is formed in the top of the switching box and is in transition fit with a driving shaft at the bottom of the second motor, a rotating mechanism is arranged in the switching box, a clamping assembly is installed at one end of the rotating mechanism, and a plurality of sealing rings are clamped in the clamping assembly, the bottom of the adapter box is provided with a positioning plate, a bearing is installed in the positioning plate, a lifting assembly is installed in the bearing, the lifting assembly is fixed at the center of the bottom in the box body, and a plurality of air drying mechanisms are installed on the outer wall of the box body.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, in the washing liquid conveying box of the setting of elevator pump in with the washing liquid incasement, utilize the combination of hydraulic cylinder and second motor to realize carrying out the unloading to a plurality of sealing washers in the centre gripping subassembly and wash and the material loading air-dries, improved the flexibility and the practicality of device.
Further setting: the box is wholly cylindrical, a liquid outlet pipe is communicated with the bottom of the box, and a plug is tightly matched with an opening of the liquid outlet pipe.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, in the switching box immerged the washing liquid through hydraulic cylinder, the second motor drives the switching box and rotates, because the meshing has a plurality of gear posts on the gear bench, every gear post can become nimble because roller bearing's reason, and when the switching box was rotatory, the resistance that the washing liquid brought was met to the centre gripping subassembly, the gear post can rotate thereupon, drives the centre gripping subassembly and rotates thereupon.
Further setting: the clamping assembly comprises a placing rod, one end of the placing frame is connected with a rotating rod through a pin shaft, the other end of the placing frame is movably connected with a limiting plate, and the limiting plate fixes the rotating rod on the placing frame through a bolt in a threaded mode.

Further setting: the air drying mechanisms comprise supports, the supports are fixed on the outer wall of the box body, adjusting columns are arranged on the supports, a section of thread step is arranged at the tops of the adjusting columns, adjusting plates are mounted on the thread step, the adjusting plates are fixed on the adjusting columns through nuts, a first motor is mounted at one end of each adjusting plate, and the driving end of each first motor penetrates through the adjusting plate to be connected with fan blades.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the setting of regulating plate not only plays the supporting role, can also rotate, has improved the flexibility, avoids parts such as fan blade and rack to interfere, drives fan blade through first motor and can carry out diversified air-drying, guarantees that the sealing washer washs the completion back, air-dries immediately, improves and receives material efficiency.
Further setting: install the receiver on the box port outer wall, be equipped with the baffle in the receiver.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the setting of receiver can be concentrated the collection with the sealing washer, can classify the sealing washer after abluent sealing washer and washing air-dry through the baffle, avoids the sealing washer to collect the confusion effectively.

Example 1: a sealing ring cleaning device is shown in figures 1-6 and comprises a box body 1, the box body 1 is integrally cylindrical, a liquid outlet pipe 101 is communicated with the bottom of the box body 1, a plug 102 is tightly matched with the mouth of the liquid outlet pipe 101, a storage box 7 is installed on the outer wall of the mouth of the box body 1, a partition plate 71 is arranged in the storage box 7, a hoisting plate 8 is arranged on one side of the box body 1, a pipe groove 81 is arranged on one side of the hoisting plate 8, a liquid inlet pipe 25 is installed in the pipe groove 81, one end of the liquid inlet pipe 25 penetrates through the hoisting plate 8 and extends into the box body 1, one end of the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe 25 is connected with a lifting pump 26, a cleaning liquid box 28 is arranged on one side of the lifting pump 26, one end of the lifting pump 26 is connected with a liquid suction pipe 27, one end of the liquid suction pipe 27 is communicated with the cleaning liquid box 28, a hydraulic cylinder 9 is installed on the top of the hoisting plate 8, a push rod 91 in the hydraulic cylinder 9 penetrates through the hoisting plate 8 and is connected with a hanging plate 10, a second motor 11 is installed on the bottom of the hanging plate 10, an adapter box 12 is arranged below the second motor 11, the top of the adapter box 12 is provided with a mounting groove, the mounting groove is in transition fit with a driving shaft 111 at the bottom of the second motor 11, and a rotating mechanism is arranged in the adapter box 12.
As shown in fig. 6, the rotating mechanism includes a gear table 20, the gear table 20 is placed in the bottom center of the adapter box 12, a plurality of gear columns 18 are engaged on the gear table 20, each gear column 18 is equipped with a ball bearing 19, the ball bearings 19 are fixed on the side wall of the adapter box 12, one end of each gear column 18 is connected with an adapter plate 17 through a thread, and a clamping assembly is fixed on one side of the adapter plate 17.
As shown in fig. 2, the clamping assembly comprises a placing rod, one end of a placing frame 14 is connected with a rotating rod 15 through a pin shaft, the other end of the placing frame 14 is movably connected with a limiting plate 16, the limiting plate 16 fixes the rotating rod 15 on the placing frame 14 through a bolt in a threaded manner, a plurality of sealing rings 13 are clamped on the placing frame 14, a positioning plate 21 is arranged at the bottom of an adapter box 12, a bearing is arranged in the positioning plate 21, a lifting assembly is arranged in the bearing and comprises an outer cylinder 22, the bottom of the outer cylinder 22 is fixed on a base 24, the base 24 is fixed at the center of the bottom in a box body 1, an inner cylinder 23 is matched in the outer cylinder 22 in a sliding manner, a circular truncated cone is arranged at the bottom of the inner cylinder 23, the diameter of the circular truncated cone is larger than the diameter of an outlet at the top of the outer cylinder 22, the inner cylinder 23 is tightly matched with the bearing, the top of the inner cylinder passes through the adapter box 12 and is fixed at the bottom of a gear table 20, a plurality of air drying mechanisms are arranged on the outer wall of the box body 1, and comprise a support 2, support 2 fixes at 1 outer wall of box, is equipped with on support 2 and adjusts post 3, adjusts 3 tops of post and is equipped with one section screw thread step, installs regulating plate 4 on the screw thread step, and regulating plate 4 passes through the nut to be fixed on adjusting post 3, and first motor 5 is installed to regulating plate 4 one end, and the drive end of first motor 5 passes regulating plate 4 and connects fan blade 6.
During the use, open dwang 15 earlier, with sealing washer 13 along dwang 15 leading-in to rack 14 on, close dwang 15, through bolt with dwang 15 locking, fill up sealing washer 13 on other rack 14 in proper order, after the completion, open elevator pump 26, with the leading-in box 1 of the washing liquid in the washing liquid case 28, when reaching predetermined liquid level, close elevator pump 26, open hydraulic cylinder 9, immerse the washing liquid completely with sealing washer 13 on the rack 14.
The second motor 11 is started, the adapter box 12 starts to rotate, a plurality of gear columns 18 are meshed on the gear table 20, each gear column 18 can be flexible due to the roller bearings, when the adapter box 12 rotates, the gear table 20 is connected with the inner cylinder 23 and does not rotate, the rack 14 and the sealing ring 13 meet resistance brought by cleaning liquid, the gear columns 18 and the gear table 20 rotate, the rack 14 and the sealing ring 13 are driven to rotate together, after the sealing ring 13 is cleaned, the hydraulic cylinder 9 is controlled to lift the adapter box 12 to be away from the cleaning liquid, then the first motor 5 is started, the fan blades 6 are driven to carry out air drying on the sealing ring 13, after the air drying is finished, the treated sealing ring 13 is placed into the storage box 7, and the steps are repeated.
