Abstract

Description

供软性材料圆柱形外壳用的封接装置
本发明涉及一种为软性材料制成的圆柱形包壳(用以盛装膏状产品)提供封装的装置。
人们对包壳越来越要求它既简单又不危及环境，但在很多情况下，要求它对用户既便宜，又使用简便，还不危及环境，通常很难做到。对于那些类似固体或半固体的产品(具有膏糊般的稠度)，眼下通常是用软管作包壳的，这样，既简单又便宜。但软管包装的一个麻烦是：这类包壳一旦打开之后，很难以一种简单而又满意的方式再将之封闭起来。也就是说，软管中的产品在用掉一部分之后，剩下的产品就很难再以一种满意的方式储存了。
本发明的目的就是为了避免上述麻烦，本发明提供了这样一种包壳，包在从其中取走一部分内容物后，包壳可以重新封闭。按照本发明，这可以藉助一个封装装置来实现。
其提供了一种用于软性材料圆柱形包壳的封装装置，该包壳是用于盛放膏糊状产品的，该封装装置具有一个由底部及一个大体上是圆柱形侧壁组成的封装机构，侧壁与底相连接并从其上延伸，侧壁的内表面上具有至少两条在径向朝内方向隆起的凸脊，它们从底部向壁的自由端大体上呈螺旋状延伸，而当封装机构装到包壳上时，这些凸脊因挤压包壳的软性材料而在被封装的内含物上挤出沟槽。
下文将结合附图对本发明作细致的描述，作为一个例子，附图表示了本发明的一个优先实施例，其中：
图1是本发明的封装装置的侧视图，封装装置正安装在一个包壳上，
图2是图1所示的封装装置从上往下看的俯视图，
图3是图1及图2中封装装置的透视图，
图4则表示了一个按本发明的第二实施例的封装装置的剖面图，图中该装置正装在包壳上。
图1表示于一个圆柱形包壳1，它可以是前文介绍过的所谓软管包壳。拟用此包壳来盛装一种类似固体或半固体的产品，例如猫食或狗食，坚果酱，巧克力酱，奶油，人造奶油，碎肝制成的红肠或其它可延展的产品。
在图1中包壳1的下端，表示着一个按照本发明带有一个封装机构2的封装装置。封装机构2的形状就像底朝上放的一个盖子(参看图2及图3)，从它的底部3上延伸出一个大体上是圆柱形的侧壁4，底3与壁4是作成整体的。
在大体上是圆柱形的侧壁内侧上，有两条在径向朝内方向隆起的凸脊5，从底3向壁4的自由端大体上呈螺旋状延伸。如图所示，每一条凸脊5只沿着侧壁4圆周的一部分延伸，即凸脊5形成螺距角很大的短螺纹。还需指出，凸脊5的数目也可以多于两条，例如可以是4条，凸脊数目多一些，用起来就更牢靠耐用一些。
从图1及图3可见，至少在最靠近自由端4a的这部分壁4上，是制成略带锥形的侧面，在自由边处，锥的直径较大，亦即从图1看，侧壁在顶端较宽。
从图2可看得很清楚，凸脊5是沿壁4的内圆周均衡分布的，虽说图上只画了2条，但若改用3条或4条凸脊也是适宜的。
在壁4的外侧还刻有刻度标记6，以便能从包壳1内测量出你需要的一定数量的内含物，这在下文还会详述。
按本发明的封装装置可以按下述方式操作。当包壳1内已充填满了拟装填的产品时，就可把封装机构2旋拧到包壳1的软性材料上它应处的位置上去。凸脊5挤压包壳1的材料，从而在装填于包壳内的产品上也挤压出螺纹，这样一来，封装机构2就能快捷而又牢靠地藉凸脊旋拧到包壳1上，而壁4上的锥形部分4a又有利于这种旋拧。凸脊5的螺距应这样来选定；使封装机构2能快捷地旋拧到包壳1上，即大致旋拧120°后，就可使包壳1与底3接触上了。
而在取下封装机构2并从包壳1中取走了所需数量的内含物之后，也可用同样的方式重新把包壳1封盖住。可靠地实现再封盖是基于这样一个事实：封装机构2以其侧壁4紧压在包壳1的外表面上，因而以一种令人满意的方式保护了包壳1的内含物。
拟从包壳1中取走的内含物的数量，可以在侧壁4外表面上刻度标记6的帮助下通过转动封装机构2来计量。先把封装机构2完全拧紧，然后将之反拧，使在刻度标记6上退回一足够的标记数，以便使封装机构2中尚留存有你需取出部分的体积，再在包壳1的软性材料上作一印记，然后把封装机构拧离包壳1，再沿上述印记切断包壳1。侧壁4的高度与刻度标记6之间的距离应该协调配合，以便能判断出包壳1中多大数量的内含物对应于封装机构2中多大的空间。
图4所示的圆柱形包壳1带有一个按本发明第二实施例的封装装置。在此情况中，其中的封装机构2具有一个底部3及一个大体上是圆柱形的侧壁4，在侧壁4的内表面上也有在径向朝内方向隆起的凸脊5，其方式与图1至图3所示实施例中的相同。
在图4的实施例中，还多了一个内封装机构8，它用粘接或其它适当的方式连接在包壳1上，从而在内封装机构8与包壳1之间形成紧密的结合，而封装机构2则是旋拧在内封装机构8上的。
当包壳中的内含物不允许长期暴露于空气中时可用图4的实施例。包壳1是一种所谓可压扁的包壳，当它的内含物用去多少，它就压扁多少。它最简单的一种形式，就是一种其上端藉箍圈封死的软管型包壳。
当包壳1被填满而还未使用时，其内封装机构8上原本有一个底部(图上未画出)，用来为包壳1的整个下端提供气密封装。当第一次启封包装时，内封装机构8的底部连同包壳1的末端就被切去了，然后从包壳1中挤出你需要数量的内含物，接着再把封装机构2旋拧到内封装机构8上去。
本发明当然并不只局限于上述诸例，它还可在下述诸权利要求的范围内作颇大的更改。

Claims (6)

1.用于软性材料圆柱形包壳(1)的封装装置，该包壳是用于盛放膏糊状产品的，该封装装置具有一个由底部(3)及一个大体上是圆柱形侧壁(4)组成的封装机构(2)，侧壁(4)与底(3)相连接并从其上延伸，其特征在于：侧壁(4)的内表面上具有至少两条在径向朝内方向隆起的凸脊(5)，它们从底部(3)向壁(4)的自由端大体上呈螺旋状延伸，而当将封装机构(2)装到包壳(1)上时，这些凸脊因挤压包壳(1)的软性材料而在被封装的内含物上挤出沟槽。
2.按权利要求1所述的封装装置，其特征在于：大体上呈圆柱形的侧壁(4)，在其高度离自由端最近的至少一个部分(4a)上略呈圆锥形，锥形的大直径位于侧壁(4)的自由端处。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的封装装置，其特征在于：诸条凸脊(5)在侧壁(4)的内圆周上是均衡地配置的。
4.按权利要求1所述的封装装置，其特征在于：在其侧壁(4)的外侧具有刻度标记(6)。
5.按权利要求1所述的封装装置，其特征在于：包壳(1)上装有一个大体上具有圆柱形侧壁的内封装机构(8)，而封装机构(2)是藉螺纹旋拧在内封装机构(8)上的。
6.按权利要求5所述的封装装置，其特征在于：内封装机构(8)上有一个底部，该底部在包壳(1)首次启封时才除去。
