本发明是一种以大豆纤维为主要原料的天然植物保健食品,其中添加有人体所需的各种营养成份,如各种维生素、酶类、无机盐等。可做成蜜丸、片剂、胶囊、液剂、粉剂等各种剂型。本发明产品通过大豆纤维的作用,增加肠蠕动,促进通便,清洁肠腔、吸收胃液,降低食欲,产生保暖感,同时确保人体代谢所需的营养。其原材料丰富,配伍简单,人们服用后无不良反应,无其他副作用,是一种理想的保健食品。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种以天然植物食用纤维为主的保健食品。
背景技术:
目前,国内外的保健食品混杂繁多,功能多样。但大多都以添加各种化学药物实现其目的,在某种程度上对人体产生不良的影响。随着社会的进步,经济的发展和生活的改变,健康饮食已越来越受到人们的关注。因此开发一种天然保健食品,已成为必然。
发明内容:
本发明目的在于提出一种以天然植物中提炼的食用纤维为主的保健食品配方及其制备工艺,其原材料丰富,配伍简单,该保健品中含有人体所需的多种营养元素,人们服用后无不良反应,无其他副作用。
本发明提出的保健品,可采用大豆纤维为主要原料,再添加各种人体需要的营养元素,组成配方,其中,大豆纤维(含水量为5-10wt%)为50wt%以上,一般为60-85wt%,其余为其它营养成份。
本发明添加的人体所需的营养元素有各种维生素(包括B1、B2、B6、A、D、E、K、H等)、酶类(如淀粉酶、转化酶、过氧化酶、脂酶等)无机盐(例如含钙、磷、铁、镁、硫、钾、钠、碘、锌等),具体可加入这些营养成份的一种或若干种。
本发明中,加入的营养成份,具体可以是含有相应营养成份的天然植物,如茶叶、荷叶、山楂等。
本发明提出的保健食品的制备方法如下:
先制作大豆纤维,将大豆放入水中浸泡5-10小时左右(根据不同气温条件选择合适的浸泡时间),用磨机将大豆颗粒破碎,大小为70-100目左右。根据传统工艺可分为热浆(95-100℃℃),和冷浆(室温),将豆蛋白和豆纤维分离,得到含水大豆纤维。再经过几次清洗,得到含纤维较高的含水纤维;再进行脱水、干燥处理。脱水可采用离心、挤压等方法。干燥可采用一次性热风气流干燥系统,如QG、JG系列气流干燥机,SXG快速闪蒸干燥机、XF系列干燥沸腾床等。对于常温分离纤维的,在纤维干燥时,接触温度必须在100℃以上,去除大豆中对人体有副作用的元素。热浆方法分离纤维的,干燥时的选择温度范围较宽。干燥后,大豆纤维的含水量在5-10%以下,便于保存。
获得大豆纤维后,可根据制备的剂型和增加的营养成份等,采用相应的工艺制作即可,例如,对于片剂,就按通常的制备片剂的工艺;对于胶囊或蜜丸,可采用通常的制备胶囊或蜜丸的工艺。
具体实施方式:
一种天然植物保健食品,按本发明方法制备的大豆纤维(含水量为5wt %),大豆纤维的用量为70 wt %。其余部分为各种营养成份,如各种维生素、酶类(淀粉酶、过氧化酶、脂酶、转化酶等)、矿物质(如钙、磷、铁、镁等)、乙烯胆碱。将大豆纤维等成份加热至116-118℃,密度为1.37,增加适量的粘度成中密,适量加水泛丸,再造粒,干燥,上色,抛光,制成中蜜丸,每丸一克,包装,微波灭菌。产品形状:为棕褐色,味微甜,甘苦。功能:减肥、滋补、提神、解毒、助便。服法与用量:口服,一次10粒蜜丸,温开水吞服。保健效果十分明显。

1.一种天然植物保健食品,其特征在于:采用大豆纤维为主要原料,再添加各种人体所需营养元素,组成复合配方,其中含水量为5-10wt%的大豆纤维为50wt%以上,其余为其他营养成份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然植物保健食品,其特征在于:添加的营养元素为维生素:B1、B2、B6、A、D、E、K、H,酶类:淀粉酶、转化酶、过氧化酶、脂酶,无机盐:钙、磷、铁、镁、硫、钾、钠、碘锌。
