技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种管材,尤其涉及一种电力电线保护套管。
背景技术
PVC管(UPVC管) 硬聚氯乙烯管,是由聚氯乙烯树脂与稳定剂、润滑剂等配合后用热压法挤压成型,是最早得到开发应用的塑料管材。UPVC管抗腐蚀能力强、易于粘接、价格低、质地坚硬,但是由于有UPVC单体和添加剂渗出,只适用于输送温度不超过45℃的给水系统中。塑料管道用于输送饮用水,废水,化学品,加热液和冷却液,食品,超纯液体,泥浆,气体,压缩空气和真空系统的应用。
PE管有中密度聚乙烯管和高密度聚乙烯管。前者适用于输送气态的人工煤气、天然气、液化石油气,后者主要用于输送天然气。和钢管比较,施工工艺简单,有一定的柔韧性,更主要的是不用作防腐处理,将节省大量的工序。缺点就器械性不如钢管,施工中特别的注意热力供暖的安全间距,并且不能裸露于空气中阳光下,并且对化学物品敏感,防止污水管道的泄露造成伤害。

本发明目的就是提供一种电力电线保护套管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种电力电线保护套管,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯HDPE4000F 75-80、硅酸钾1-2、氯氟醚菊酯0.7-1、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑1-2、均苯四酸二酐1-2、亚磷酸三苯酯2-3、六溴环十二烷2-3、丙烯酸2-3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2、焦宝石粉1-2、滑石粉2-3、复合填料6-8;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
温石棉30-40、三水铝石10-15、碳酸铬3-5、蓖麻油酸1-2、氢氧化铝1-2、甲基丙烯酸-2- 羟基乙酯2-3、单硬脂酸甘油酯4-5、交联剂TAC1-2、聚丙烯酸丁酯2.5-4、抗氧剂168 0.4-1;
将三水铝石与温石棉、碳酸铬混合搅拌,研磨成粉,加入蓖麻油酸,400-600转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,加入氢氧化铝、聚丙烯酸丁酯,在100-160℃下保温搅拌40-50分钟,冷却至常温,加入剩余各原料,充分搅拌,烘干,造粒,粒径为2-4μm。
一种电力电线保护套管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述滑石粉与硅酸钾混合,搅拌混合后加入丙烯酸,80-120℃下搅拌混合10-20分钟,冷却,加入剩余各原料,送入捏合机,在70-80℃下进行捏合,出料冷却至常温,熔融挤出,冷却、成型,即得所述电力电线保护套管。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的管材质轻,焊接工艺简单,施工方便,工程综合造价低。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种电力电线保护套管,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
聚乙烯HDPE4000F 80、硅酸钾1、氯氟醚菊酯0.7、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑2、均苯四酸二酐2、亚磷酸三苯酯3、六溴环十二烷3、丙烯酸2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1、焦宝石粉1、滑石粉3、复合填料8;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
温石棉40、三水铝石15、碳酸铬5、蓖麻油酸1、氢氧化铝2、甲基丙烯酸-2- 羟基乙酯3、单硬脂酸甘油酯4、交联剂TAC1、聚丙烯酸丁酯2.5、抗氧剂168 1;
将三水铝石与温石棉、碳酸铬混合搅拌,研磨成粉,加入蓖麻油酸,600转/分搅拌分散5分钟,加入氢氧化铝、聚丙烯酸丁酯,在160℃下保温搅拌50分钟,冷却至常温,加入剩余各原料,充分搅拌,烘干,造粒,粒径为2μm。
一种电力电线保护套管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述滑石粉与硅酸钾混合,搅拌混合后加入丙烯酸,120℃下搅拌混合10分钟,冷却,加入剩余各原料,送入捏合机,在80℃下进行捏合,出料冷却至常温,熔融挤出,冷却、成型,即得所述电力电线保护套管。
性能测试:
冲击性能(TIR):≤10%;
环刚度(KN/m2):13.1;
环柔性:试样圆滑,无破裂,两壁无脱开,无反向弯曲;
烘箱实验(110℃,30min):无分层,无开裂、无气泡。

1.一种电力电线保护套管,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的
聚乙烯HDPE4000F 75-80、硅酸钾1-2、氯氟醚菊酯0.7-1、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑1-2、均苯四酸二酐1-2、亚磷酸三苯酯2-3、六溴环十二烷2-3、丙烯酸2-3、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2、焦宝石粉1-2、滑石粉2-3、复合填料6-8;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
温石棉30-40、三水铝石10-15、碳酸铬3-5、蓖麻油酸1-2、氢氧化铝1-2、甲基丙烯酸-2- 羟基乙酯2-3、单硬脂酸甘油酯4-5、交联剂TAC1-2、聚丙烯酸丁酯2.5-4、抗氧剂168 0.4-1;
将三水铝石与温石棉、碳酸铬混合搅拌,研磨成粉,加入蓖麻油酸,400-600转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,加入氢氧化铝、聚丙烯酸丁酯,在100-160℃下保温搅拌40-50分钟,冷却至常温,加入剩余各原料,充分搅拌,烘干,造粒,粒径为2-4μm。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的电力电线保护套管的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
