a receiving unit, configured to receive at least one first request message sent by the terminal; the at least one first request message is used for applying for sub-payment card applications for the at least t sub-SE modules, so that each sub-SE module corresponds to one sub-payment card application, where t includes: m or m-1, wherein m is more than or equal to 2, and m is the number of people needing to carry out mobile payment at this time and indicated to the terminal by the user;
A sending unit, configured to send at least t sub payment card applications to the terminal through at least one first response message;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive at least one second request message sent by the terminal, where the at least one second request message is used to apply for applying for recharging an account applied to the at least t sub-payment cards;

The method, the device and the system for mobile payment provided by the embodiment of the invention realize that the same terminal (which is used for paying the traffic fee) can be used by multiple persons at the same time in one-time riding in a public traffic scene of a section charging system; the convenience is provided for the traveling of the passengers, and the users have better experience. The problem of inconvenient travelling caused by the fact that people cannot use one transportation card by one hand when a plurality of people take the public transportation means of the segmented charging system for travelling is solved, and a plurality of troubles of queuing for card purchasing for a long time, no self-provided change for ticket purchasing and the like are effectively avoided. One of the methods comprises: the terminal receives the number m of people needing to carry out mobile payment at this time, which is indicated by a user, wherein m is more than or equal to 2; under the condition that the terminal and the charging equipment are mutually authenticated, the terminal receives m pieces of start marking information sent by the charging equipment; the start marker information includes start position information and/or start time information; the terminal receives a start marking message sent by the charging equipment every time the terminal and the charging equipment authenticate each other; the terminal records m pieces of start mark information in the SE thereof; under the condition that the terminal and the charging equipment are mutually authenticated, the terminal sends m pieces of start mark information to the charging equipment, so that the charging equipment deducts the charge corresponding to m people from the terminal according to the m pieces of start mark information and the obtained m pieces of end mark information; the terminal sends a start mark message to the charging device every time the terminal and the charging device authenticate each other, so that the charging device deducts the charge corresponding to one person, and the end mark message comprises end position information and/or end time information.

Detailed Description
The method, the device and the system for mobile payment provided by the embodiment of the invention are exemplarily described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The method, the device and the system for mobile payment provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to scenes of public transportation, parking lot charging and the like of a segmented charging system.
Some terms in the embodiments of the present invention are explained below:
start flag information, end flag information: in a section charging system public traffic scene, charging is generally carried out according to the riding distance, so in the scene, the start mark information can be the position of getting on the bus (start position information), and the end mark information can be the position of getting off the bus (end position information); in a parking fee scenario, the fee is generally charged according to the parking time, and therefore, in this scenario, the start mark information may be the time to start parking (start time information), and the end mark information may be the time to end parking (end time information).
A terminal: the terminal is an NFC terminal, which may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or the like having an NFC function, and is used to simulate itself into an NFC card (payment card application) in a card simulation mode. The terminal includes a master controller (DH), for example, if the terminal is a mobile phone, the DH is a Central Processing Unit (CPU).
NFC card (payment card application): in a public transportation scene of a step charging system, an NFC card (payment card application) is specifically a transportation card application, and a payment card system may be specifically a public transportation system; the charging device is used for deducting the traffic card application in the public traffic system, and can be a bus-mounted toll collector (also called a vehicle-mounted machine) and the like; the vehicles for charging by sections can be buses, subways, ships and the like. In a parking charging scene, the NFC card (payment card application) is specifically a parking card, and the payment card system may be specifically a parking system; the charging equipment is used for deducting the parking card in the parking system.
The safety unit SE: a specific entity providing a secure execution environment for the payment card application may be in a physical form of a Universal Integrated Circuit Card (UICC), an SD card, a DH, an NFC chip (NFCController, NFCC), or the like.
And an SE module: an SE module may represent a block of storage in an SE that may be used to store an SE application. The SE application may include: the terminal comprises a bank card application (specifically, information of one bank card is stored in one SE module, so that the terminal has a function of the bank card), a traffic card application (specifically, information of one traffic card application is stored in one SE module, so that the terminal has a function of the traffic card application), a parking card application (specifically, information of one parking card is stored in one SE module, so that the terminal has a function of the parking card), and the like.
And a sub-SE module: the storage area can be used, namely each sub-SE module can be used as a temporary storage area of the start mark information; in addition, the sub-SE module may also be used as a virtual SE module, in which case the sub-SE module is a mirror image of the payment card application corresponding to the master SE module, but has its own separate storage area. Therefore, the sub SE module can sequentially and independently interact with the charging equipment under the control of the main SE module, and then the received start mark information during each card swiping is stored in the storage area of the sub SE module; of course, the main SE module may interact with the billing device, and then the main SE module transfers the start flag information to the sub SE module (virtual SE module). In addition, regarding the virtual SE module, it may also be in the master SE module, where m sub-SE modules may understand each virtual SE's own storage area, and still where the master SE module interacts with the billing device. It should be noted that, in this case, the master SE module directly controls the virtual SE module to store the start flag information in the corresponding sub SE module, so that the start flag information does not need to be transferred.
Payment card system: the network device may provide the payment card application to the terminal, and may further provide a service of charging an account of the payment card application, and further optionally, a service of logging off the payment card application, and the like. May be a public transportation system or a parking system, etc.
The number of people who need to carry out mobile payment at this time: in the public transportation scene of the sectional charging system, the number of people who need to carry out mobile payment at the time is the number of people who use the terminal to pay the traffic fee in the same riding process; in the parking charging scene, the number of people who need to pay the parking fee at this time is the number of people who pay the parking fee (for example, one person parks one car) in the same parking process by using the terminal.
Maximum unit price of one mobile payment: in a public transportation scene of a segmented charging system, the maximum unit price of one-time mobile payment can be the whole-course fare, and the whole-course fare refers to the whole-course fare/person/time, represents the traffic fee required by each person for taking a bus and walking the whole course each time, and particularly can be the whole-course fare of the number of buses taken by a passenger in the current city; in a parking charging scene, if the charging is carried out by hours, the maximum unit price of one-time mobile payment can be the parking fee of each vehicle per hour; if the charging is carried out by day, the maximum unit price paid by one mobile can be the parking fee of each vehicle every day and the like.
Additionally, the terms "system" and "network" are often used interchangeably herein. The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship. "Master" and "child" (e.g., master payment card application, child payment card application, master SE module, child SE module) are used for reference and distinction and may or may not have a master-slave relationship with each other.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a method for mobile payment according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where a terminal includes a secure element SE, and the method includes:
101: the terminal receives the number m of people needing to carry out mobile payment at this time, which is indicated by a user, wherein m is more than or equal to 2;
for example, the method provided by this embodiment is suitable for paying the fees corresponding to a plurality of people who need to make mobile payment by using the same terminal, where the start tag information and the end tag information corresponding to the plurality of people who need to make mobile payment are respectively the same. Specifically, in a segmented charging system public transportation scene, at least two persons get on the bus at the same station and get off the bus at the same station; in a parking fee scenario, at least two people start parking at the same point in time and end parking at the same point in time (taking one person parking a car as an example).
In step 101, the number m of people who need to make mobile payment this time, which is indicated by the user, may be specifically received by the DH of the terminal.
Further, the SE comprises at least one payment card application, after step 101, the method may further comprise:
and the terminal determines that the account applied by the at least one payment card has enough balance for paying the cost corresponding to the m people needing to carry out mobile payment according to the maximum unit price of the m and one-time mobile payment.
Specifically, the SE includes 1 master SE module, the master SE module corresponds to a payment card application, and the terminal determines, according to the maximum unit price of the m and one-time mobile payment, that there is an enough balance in an account of the at least one payment card application for paying a fee corresponding to the m number of people who need to perform mobile payment, which may include:
a) the terminal receives the number m' of people needing to carry out mobile payment at this time, which is indicated by a user;
b) the terminal determines whether a sufficient balance exists in an account applied by a payment card corresponding to the main SE module according to the m 'and the maximum unit price of one-time mobile payment so as to pay the cost corresponding to the m' number of people who need to carry out mobile payment;
c) If yes, taking the m' as the m;
or, if not, recommending the number of people needing mobile payment at this time, which can be supported by the account of the payment card application corresponding to the master SE module, to the user according to the balance in the account of the at least one payment card application and the maximum unit price of the one-time mobile payment, so that the user indicates the m to the terminal according to the recommended number of people needing mobile payment at this time.
For example, the steps a), b), and c) may specifically be: the DH of the terminal receives the number m' of people who need to carry out mobile payment at this time and is indicated by the user; the DH sends m 'to the main SE module of SE in the terminal, confirm whether there is sufficient balance in the account that the traffic card that the said main SE module corresponds to applies to pay the traffic fee of said m' passenger by the main SE module, and when confirming the balance is insufficient, send the information that the balance is insufficient to DH, make DH through controlling voice output module or display module, etc. to point out the balance is insufficient to users. Of course, whether the balance is sufficient or not, the method may further include prompting the user for the balance, and the like.
Prior to step a), the method may further comprise: 1) a user operates the terminal to enable the terminal to run a payment card application; 2) the terminal prompts the user to input the number of people needing mobile payment at this time, and the prompting mode can be voice prompt, character prompt and the like; 3) the user inputs the number m' of people who need to pay by mobile payment according to the prompt, and the input mode can be voice input, key input and the like.
Before the terminal determines that there is a sufficient balance in the account applied by the at least one payment card according to the maximum unit price of the m and one-time mobile payment for paying the fee corresponding to the m number of people who need to make mobile payment (or before step b), the step of receiving, by the terminal, the m pieces of start marker information sent by the charging device includes: and the terminal receives first start mark information in the m pieces of start mark information sent by the charging equipment, wherein the first start mark information can contain the maximum unit price of one-time mobile payment.
For example, the first start flag information corresponds to a first card swiping action of the user, that is, after the first card swiping action, the charging device sends the first start flag information to the terminal.
In the public transportation scene of the segmented charging system, the maximum unit price of one-time mobile payment can be a whole-course fare, and the terminal can obtain the maximum unit price of one-time mobile payment in various ways, for example, the user directly inputs the maximum unit price of one-time mobile payment, or the maximum unit price of one-time mobile payment is stored in the terminal in advance, or the maximum unit price of one-time mobile payment is obtained through a charging device, and the like. In the following embodiments, the maximum unit price of one mobile payment obtained by the charging device is taken as an example for explanation.
The following description takes a public transportation scene of the step charging system as an example:
step b) may comprise: the terminal determines whether the terminal has enough balance for paying the traffic fees of m 'passengers according to the m' and the whole fare. The concrete implementation is as follows: recording the whole fare as a, recording the balance in the account applied by the traffic card corresponding to the main SE module as W, and comparing the W with the size of a multiplied by m'; if W is more than or equal to a multiplied by m ', the account applied by the traffic card has enough balance for paying the traffic fee of m' passengers; otherwise there is not enough balance in the account of the transportation card application for paying the transportation fees of m' passengers.
In step c), if there is not enough balance in the account of the transportation card application for paying the transportation fee of m' passengers, the method may further comprise: the terminal prompts the user that the balance is insufficient and prompts the user to re-input the number of people who need to carry out mobile payment at the time; the terminal can further recommend the maximum number M of people needing mobile payment for the time to the user, wherein M is a value obtained by dividing W by a and rounding down, and the number M of people needing mobile payment for the time, which is not more than M, can be reset by the user according to the prompt. In the following embodiments, the following embodiments are all described by taking an example in which the terminal recommends the largest number of people that can be supported by the transportation card application and that need to be subjected to mobile payment to the user.
102: under the condition that the terminal and charging equipment are mutually authenticated, the terminal receives the m pieces of start mark information sent by the charging equipment; the start marker information comprises start position information and/or start time information; wherein, the terminal receives the start marking information sent by the charging device every time the terminal and the charging device authenticate each other;
illustratively, step 102 may include: and under the condition that the terminal and the charging equipment are mutually authenticated, the terminal sequentially receives the m pieces of start mark information sent by the charging equipment. The mutual authentication between the terminal and the charging device is specifically as follows: the user moves the terminal to a position where it can communicate with the billing device, that is, the terminal authenticates with the billing device each time the user swipes the card (terminal).
Optionally, the method may further include: after the user swipes the card once, the terminal prompts the user of the number of times of swiping the card, for example, if m is 5, when the number of times of swiping the card by the user is 3 rd, the terminal may display 3/5 characters on the display screen, or prompt the user that the number of times of swiping the card is 3, the number of times of not swiping the card is 2, and the like by voice and the like.
103: the terminal records the m pieces of start mark information in the SE respectively;
illustratively, each time a user swipes a card, the charging equipment sends a start mark message to the SE of the terminal, and the SE records the start mark message; after the user swipes the card m times, the SE records m pieces of start mark information.
In the segmented charging system public transportation scenario, a single-time bus taking may be divided into two parts, namely, a getting-on process and a getting-off process, and step 101-: the terminal prompts the user that the boarding process is finished, for example, "boarding card swiping finish" and the like can be displayed on a display screen of the terminal.
104: under the condition that the terminal and the charging equipment are mutually authenticated, the terminal sends the m pieces of start mark information to the charging equipment, so that the charging equipment deducts the charges corresponding to the m people from the terminal according to the m pieces of start mark information and the obtained m pieces of end mark information; and the terminal sends the starting mark information to the charging equipment every time the terminal and the charging equipment authenticate each other, so that the charging equipment deducts the charge corresponding to one person, and the ending mark information comprises ending position information and/or ending time information.
Illustratively, step 104 may include: and under the condition that the terminal and the charging equipment are mutually authenticated, the terminal sequentially sends the m pieces of start mark information to the charging equipment. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the user swipes a card once, the terminal sends a start mark message to the charging equipment, the charging equipment receives the start mark message, then obtains an end mark message, and deducts a charge corresponding to a person according to the start mark message and the end mark message.
In the sectional charging system public transportation scene, the end mark information includes the getting-off position information of the passenger, the getting-off time, and the like. This step 104 may be a getting-off process, and when the getting-off process is finished, optionally, the method may further include: the terminal prompts the user that the getting-off process is finished, for example, "the getting-off card swiping finish" and the like can be displayed on a display screen of the terminal.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a method for acquiring the start flag information and the end flag information by the charging device is not limited. For example, in a public transportation scene of the charging segment system, the station position information and the like can be acquired by a Global Positioning System (GPS) method, a manual method, or the like. The position information of the boarding station is the position information of the boarding, and the position information of the disembarking station is the position information of the disembarking.

In scenario 3, the terminal and the payment card system may communicate via a wireless network or the like. The same terminal (which is used for paying the traffic fee) can be used by multiple persons at the same time in one-time riding in a public traffic scene of a section charging system; the convenience is provided for the traveling of the passengers, and the users have better experience. The problem of inconvenient travelling caused by the fact that people cannot use one transportation card by one hand when a plurality of people take the public transportation means of the segmented charging system for travelling is solved, and a plurality of troubles of queuing for card purchasing for a long time, no self-provided change for ticket purchasing and the like are effectively avoided.

under the condition that the terminal and the charging equipment are mutually authenticated, the terminal sends the m pieces of start mark information to the charging equipment, so that the charging equipment deducts the charges corresponding to the m people from the terminal according to the m pieces of start mark information and the obtained m pieces of end mark information; and the terminal sends the starting mark information to the charging equipment every time the terminal and the charging equipment authenticate each other, so that the charging equipment deducts the charge corresponding to one person, and the ending mark information comprises ending position information and/or ending time information.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the SE comprises at least one payment card application, and wherein the causing of the billing device to deduct the fee corresponding to the m number of people from the terminal is specifically: so that the billing device deducts a fee corresponding to the m people from an account applied by at least one payment card of the SE.
