本发明涉及一种太阳能杀菌锅,属于杀菌锅技术领域。
背景技术
食品在生产、保存、运输和销售过程中极易污染变质,因此需要使用杀菌锅对食品进行杀菌处理。现有的杀菌锅通常采用通入饱和蒸汽为加热介质对食品进行高温灭菌,用补充压缩空气来实施反压操作,再注入冷水直接进行强制冷却,但往往影响食品的原有风味和营养成份。而微波灭菌是使食品中的微生物,同时受到微波热效应与非热效应的共同作用,使其体内蛋白质和生理活动物质发生变异,而导致微生物体生长发育延缓和死亡,达到食品灭菌、保鲜的目的。微波处理食品具有时间短、速度快、且能保留更多的营养成份和色、香、味、形等风味的优点。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种太阳能杀菌锅,利用太阳能为杀菌锅供电,节能环保。
本发明为解决其技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种太阳能杀菌锅,包括锅体和锅盖,锅体和锅盖之间设有密封装置,锅体内壁装有微波发生器,锅体外壁设有太阳能电池板、蓄电池、控制器和定时器,其中太阳能电池板、蓄电池、控制器、定时器和微波发生器顺序连接。
所述微波发生器为3—5个。
本发明的有益效果如下:本装置利用太阳能电池板采集太阳光和可见光,并对蓄电池充电,蓄电池通过储存的能量对杀菌锅供电,绿色环保。杀菌锅采用微波杀菌、可以保持食物的营养成份和原有风味。

本装置利用太阳能电池板采集太阳光和可见光,并对蓄电池充电,蓄电池通过储存的能量对杀菌锅供电,绿色环保,并且可以使杀菌锅保持稳定的工作状态。杀菌锅采用微波杀菌,时间短、速度快、且保留食物更多的营养成份和色、香、味、形等风味。

1.一种太阳能杀菌锅,包括锅体和锅盖,锅体和锅盖之间设有密封装置,锅体内壁装有微波发生器,其特征在于锅体外壁设有太阳能电池板、蓄电池、控制器和定时器,其中太阳能电池板、蓄电池、控制器、定时器和微波发生器顺序连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能杀菌锅,其特征在于所述微波发生器为3—5个。
