本发明公开了一种五加参预防流感茶及其制备方法。它的组份(按重量比)为:五加参73%~8%,荆芥3~14%,薄荷3~8%,茯苓4~16%,枸杞子8~26%,金银花9~28%;各组份之和等于100%。它的制备方法是:1、将五加参、荆芥、薄荷、茯苓、枸杞子、金银花按组方比例混合粉成细粉,过80-100目筛;2、将过筛细粉加水和成面饼,上锅沸蒸2-15分钟;3、将蒸后的面饼压过2-10目筛成颗粒,干燥,即为成品。本发明的特点:充分利用我国丰富的刺五加资源,制作简单,成本低廉。无毒副作用,扶正御邪,标本兼治。开水冲沏,饮用方便。适用于中老年人预防流感的发生或降低患流感次数,尤其对易患流感者具有显著效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及到五加参饮品及其制备方法,尤其涉及到五加参预防流感茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上生产和销售的五加参饮品和相关的药品,其保健和预防疾病的功能还不够全面,特别是在扶正御邪,增强抵抗力,预防流感方面没有充分发挥五加参的保健作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种发挥五加参保健功能,具有较好扶正御邪作用的五加参预防流感茶。本发明的另一个目的是提出了一种五加参预防流感茶的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样的,五加参预防流感茶的组份(按重量比)为:五加参73%~8%,荆芥3~14%,薄荷3~8%,茯苓4~16%,枸杞子8~26%,金银花9~28%;各组份之和等于100%。
五加参预防流感茶的制备方法是:
1、将五加参、荆芥、薄荷、茯苓、枸杞子、金银花按组方比例混合粉成细粉,过80-100目筛;
2、将过筛细粉加水和成面饼,上锅沸蒸2-15分钟;
3、将蒸后的面饼压过2-10目筛成颗粒,干燥,即为成品。
本发明的特点:充分利用我国丰富的刺五加资源,制作简单,成本低廉。无毒副作用,扶正御邪,标本兼治。开水冲沏,饮用方便。适用于中老年人预防流感发生或降低患流感次数,尤其对易患流感者具有显著效果。
具体实施方式。
本发明的实施例与技术方案完全一致。
服用方法,取本茶适量,开水冲沏,冲泡时间不少于10分钟,日饮4-5次,可有效预防流感。

1.五加参预防流感茶,其特征在于,它的组份(按重量比)为:五加参73%~8%,荆芥3~14%,薄荷3~8%,茯苓4~16%,枸杞子8~26%,金银花9~28%;各组份之和等于100%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的五加参预防流感茶的制备方法,其特征在于,它的步骤是:
①、将五加参、荆芥、薄荷、茯苓、枸杞子、金银花按组方比例混合粉成细粉,过80-100目筛;
②、将过筛细粉加水和成面饼,上锅沸蒸2-15分钟;
③、将蒸后的面饼压过2-10目筛成颗粒,干燥,即为成品。
