背景技术
中国疾病控制中心最新报告显示:目前我国高血压和血脂异常人群近1.6亿。我国糖尿病者已超过9200万,还有1.5亿人属糖尿病前期——血糖偏高的人群,虽还未发展到糖尿病的程度,但患糖尿病的危险性极大。且发病率呈向年轻化发展态姿。糖尿病者与高血糖人群往往同时伴生高血压、高血脂、高血粘症状。糖尿病已成为继癌症、心血管病之后的人类第三杀手。
胚是具有生命力的组织,是稻米的精华所在。米胚含蛋白质22.25%,脂质26.44%,膳食纤维3.22%,分别约是胚乳的3倍,88倍和8倍;米胚内不含淀粉,含糖质29.1%。胚乳含淀粉78.7%。人体必需营养素——维生素(含类维生素物质)与矿物质元素积聚在胚和皮层中。稻米中含数十种之多的生物活性物质,都蓄积在胚和皮层中。米胚蛋白必需氨基酸组成(氨基酸分AAS)、生物价(BV)、蛋白质功效比值(PER)等优于胚乳中米蛋白。米胚脂质是一种功能性脂质。不饱和脂肪酸高达82%,其中油酸约42%,亚油酸约39%,接近1:1营养安全的理想模式。脂质富含天然复合VE,它与谷维醇、谷甾醇、磷脂共存,活性高,据日本研究报告,7mg米胚中天然复合VE的活性与30g合成VE相当。又日本资料报告:米胚油、米糠油与血清胆固醇的变动率为–17%,在食用植物油脂中居第一位。

花生仁型:花生仁粉10%,低变性花生仁粕粉15%;
黑芝麻型:黑芝麻粉10%,低变性黑芝麻粕粉15%;
核桃仁型:核桃仁粉10%,低变性核桃仁粕粉15%;
麦胚型:麦胚粉25%;
黑豆型:黑豆25%;
甜味料:蜂蜜15%
②制备
a花生仁粉、黑芝麻粉、核桃仁粉选用当年产净仁;
b低变性花生仁粕粉、黑芝麻粕粉、核桃仁粕粉选用当年产净仁,用液压榨油机冷榨工艺制油;
c稳定化麦胚粉;
d黑豆粉选用当年产净豆,粗粉碎;
e有机蜂蜜当年产,且保管态姿良好的蜂蜜;
混合:巨胚米或及黑豆粉、粕粉用混合机混合5~8min;
灭菌 :SK-WB-20微波袋装食品杀菌机, 主要技术指标:电源电压:380V±10%,50H输出微波功率:20KW,可调节;微波频率:2450MHZ±50MHZ;传输速度:0~10米/分 变频调速(以灭菌时间1~2min调速传输速度);杀菌能力:350~400kg/小时;控制方式:PLC自动控制、温控、监控;料层深度≦50mm;

灭菌 :SK-WB-20微波袋装食品杀菌机, 主要技术指标:电源电压:380V,50H输出微波功率:20KW,可调节;微波频率:2450MHZ;传输速度:8米/分 变频调速(以灭菌时间2min调速传输速度);杀菌能力400kg/小时;控制方式:PLC自动控制、温控、监控;料层深度50mm;
集合包装:铝箔封口机,铝箔包裝袋,內放12个小包。

Claims (1)
1.一种附聚化膨化粉的制法,其工艺步骤如下 :
花生仁型:花生仁粉10%,低变性花生仁粕粉15%;
黑芝麻型:黑芝麻粉10%,低变性黑芝麻粕粉15%;
核桃仁型:核桃仁粉10%,低变性核桃仁粕粉15%;
麦胚型:麦胚粉25%;
黑豆型:黑豆25%;
甜味料:蜂蜜15%
②制备
a花生仁粉、黑芝麻粉、核桃仁粉选用当年产净仁;
b低变性花生仁粕粉、黑芝麻粕粉、核桃仁粕粉选用当年产净仁,用液压榨油机冷榨工艺制油;
c稳定化麦胚粉;
d黑豆粉选用当年产净豆,粗粉碎;
e有机蜂蜜当年产,且保管态姿良好的蜂蜜;
混合(一): 带喷雾装置DLH—P型多角变距锥形混合机,按配方设定的配比将各种粉体,置于混合机內,混合5~8min;
灭菌 :SK-WB-20微波袋装食品杀菌机, 主要技术指标:电源电压:380V±10%,50H输出微波功率:20KW,可调节;微波频率:2450MHZ±50MHZ;传输速度:0~10米/分 变频调速(以灭菌时间1~2min调速传输速度);杀菌能力:350~400kg/小时;控制方式:PLC自动控制、温控、监控;料层深度≦50mm;
