内水密封沼气箱,由沼气箱体和箱盖两部分构成,其特征是:沼气箱体由底座、内壁、外壁组成,内壁和外壁之间为夹层,夹层内注入密封水,沼气箱盖由顶盖和竖壁构成,顶盖设有导气孔,导气孔连接导气管,竖壁下部设有横向排气孔,沼气箱盖通过竖壁盖在箱体的夹层中。本发明可单独使用,也可多个沼气箱体通过导气管串联使用,错开添加原料的时间,使产气的高峰和低峰互补。

技术领域:
本发明涉及沼气生产利用技术领域,尤其涉及到一种内水密封式沼气箱。 
背景技术:
沼气推广几十年来,国家投入巨额资金,成效甚微,其原因是沼气池设计不合理。建一个沼气池需有证专业人员花费半个月时间,在地下两米多深,长年密封,不仅建池时间长,投资大,出现漏水漏气维修困难,不能移动。更主要是出渣困难,农作物秸秆不能利用,产气量低。现在家庭人口少,人畜粪便不够用,不能推广到千家万户。我国目前每年农作物秸秆焚烧造成大气污染十分严重,还导致重大交通恶性事故,不仅造成资源巨大浪费,对空气污染、生态农业、农村持续能源、土壤板结等都产生巨大影响。 
发明内容:
针对现有沼气池存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种内水密封式沼气箱。 
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现其发明目的的。 
内水密封沼气箱,由沼气箱体和箱盖两部分构成,其特征是:沼气箱体由底座、内壁、外壁组成,内壁和外壁之间为夹层,夹层内注入密封水,沼气箱盖由顶盖和竖壁构成,顶盖设有导气孔,导气孔连接导气管,竖壁下部设有横向排气孔,沼气箱盖通过竖壁盖在箱体的夹层中。 
本发明可单独使用,也可多个沼气箱体通过导气管串联使用,错开添加原料的时间,使产气的高峰和低峰互补。 
本发明的工作原理是:把农作物秸秆、人畜粪便、生活垃圾混合发酵后一次性填满沼气箱,夹层内灌满水,盖上沼气箱盖既可,添加原料或出渣时要用塑料布盖在沼气箱体上口,防止夹层内堵塞。当沼气箱内产生沼气时,内部压力增大,沼气箱盖上移,当沼气箱盖达到一定高度时,沼气箱盖四壁排气孔露出夹层水面,多余沼气从排气孔排到空气中,沼气箱盖不再上升。由于沼气缓慢产生,排到四 周空气中的沼气浓度很低,这时人们也很容易发现沼气箱内已充满沼气可即使用,不需要安全阀。沼气箱盖内始终保持平衡压力,使用时不伤害灶具和沼气管道。 
当人们燃烧沼气时,沼气箱盖内沼气减少,在沼气箱盖重力作用下,沼气箱盖整体下行,使沼气箱盖四壁始终处于水密封状态,密封效果好。沼气贮存室位于发酵室上方,为一相连空间,内部压力平稳。沼气贮存利用上方空间,不另占地方,体积较小,不浪费土地。沼气箱盖四壁在沼气箱夹层内上下运动自如。沼气箱盖四壁排气孔下边有一截竖壁是防止沼气箱盖达到最高后颠倒。 
本发明采用的水密封技术、干发酵工艺技术一次性填料出渣技术,发酵室和贮气室为一整体技术。结构简单、安全、占用地方少、成本低、工业化批量生产,内部压力平稳,运输、安装、使用都非常容易,便于推广,产气量大等优点。

如图所示,内水密封沼气箱,由沼气箱体和箱盖两部分构成,其特征是沼气箱体由底座9、内壁1、外壁3组成,内壁1和外壁3之间为夹层,夹层内注入密封水,沼气箱盖由顶盖6和竖壁7构成,顶盖6设有排气孔8,导气孔连接导气管5,竖壁7下部设有横向排气孔8,沼气箱盖通过竖壁7盖在箱体的夹层上。
